Impossible to access website - Dangerous object as been blocked

Hello, Kaspersky is blocking a trojan when I try to access the following website : https : // lignemeuble . com/ And I can't access the website with computers that have Kaspersky installed. I can access the website on computer without Kapsersky, or if I disable Kaspersky. The problem could be replicated on an two different computers. Computer 1 : Windows 11 x64 build 22621 Kaspersky Internet Security version 21.3.10.391 (j) Microsoft Edge Computer 2 : Windows 10 Home x86 build 19044 Kaspersky Anti-Virus version 21.3.10.391 (j) Google Chrome See attached image "Computer 2 with extra info.png", to see the full Kaspersky message. Infected object : HEUR:Trojan-PSW.Script.Generic Is it a false positive ? If yes, can you fix the problem ? Thank you, mat123- 2 replies

Delay between database release date and database distribution date.

Good Day. Since yesterday I have noticed that when I update the database, in the reports about the update of the same, it appears as in this case that I illustrate here a time much before the time of distribution of the database. I attached the report image and the database distribution date image. It has now become normal for the release date (in the update report) to be much earlier than the database distribution date. Now it is normal or is it something that is happening with my KIS 21.3. ? -
Hi, yesterday I had problem with Kaspersky Lab Launcher taking 30% of cpu for a long time, & first thing that came to my mind was to delete KIS cache, I searched about it but got nothing worthy. The problem with Lab Launcher solved on its own, but generally I want to know, is it ok to delete cache folder's content (c:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Bases\Cache\)? & does it help with potential problems or freeing up some space? Thanks

Há alguns dias o Kaspersky vem bloqueando o acesso a internet em alguns apps do PC, como no Spotify por exemplo. Assim que eu pauso a proteção a conexão à internet nesses aplicativos retorna. Não encontro nas configurações aonde pode estar ocorrendo os bloqueios. Utilizo o Kaspersky Internet Security. Minha licença está ativa.

In my data drive, which is always included in my full scans, I have some symbolic directory links that link to a network drive. Kaspersky Internet Security is following those links and ends up scanning huge chunks of my network drive, which I don't want to do, at least not in this particular scan. Is there any way to set the scan options so that it does not follow the symbolic links and scan their destinations? System configuration is KIS 21.3.10.391, Windows 10 w/all updates, Dell Precision 7920 workstation. Thank you!

Hi, i can't sign in my skype desktop until i exit kaspersky internet security I can sign in skype on web and and my phone I already add "Manage exclusions" to location on skype folder and still no luck When i try to add "Trusted applications" on skype.exe, kaspersky get crash for no reason For some reason, when i click "details and removes" on "skype-8.83.0.408.tmp" in Manage applications, i get "Application was moved or removed" Or maybe for some reasnon i can't find the real skype on Manage applications list -

После установки apk на смартфон выдается сообщение о трояне, хотя сам apk проходит проверку на KIS и на сайте https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ На форуме, откуда взят файл, никаких сообщений о трояне нет. -

Hello Kaspersky community. since yeasterday my kaspersky product kaspersky internet security got extreamly slow removing malware 1 malware took 5-10 minutes to be removed by kaspersky rtp sometimes does not remove them and when scan will remove virusses it take 10-15 minutes pr malware to be removed -

Сегодня обнаружил что мой KIS не запустился. OS: Win7 6.1 сборка 7601 SP1 Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3 В нижнем правом углу нет иконки антивируса. В диспетчере задач нет процесса avp.exe После запуска вручную C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3\avp.exe он появляется на секунду в диспетчере задач но больше ничего не меняется. После запуска вручную C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3\avpui.exe появляется сразу два окна "Подготовка к запуску программы" и больше ничего не происходит. Программа не запускается. Перезагрузка ничего не меняет. При попытке переустановить, скачанный с сайта установщик пишет "Ресурс с установочными файлами для этой программы недоступен. Проверьте подключение к интернету и повторите попытку." Хотя интернет есть и я сейчас пишу с этого самого компьютера. При попытке удалить антивирус через панель управления менеджер паролей удаляется ( хотя в процессе ругается "Не удалось создать новую страницу защиты для стека" ). А удалить сам антивирус не получается. Программа зависает на окне "Подготовка к установке программы". Прошу помощи.
