  1. Hello, As of version 21.3.10.391(k), I am experiencing some issues that were not present about three (3) weeks ago. 1) I have contacted Support, but they need traces. I explained that I am uncomfortable to send them, since they may contain personal info and memory dumps. The issues are reproducible on other systems, so I don't think that the issues are specific for my machine and I prefer for the issues to be resolved without sending traces. I am sure that many clients may be reluctant to send them, especially clients that have compliance audits. 2) Since the latest version, when KIS was enabled, I could not connect/use the Phone Link (Your Phone) and Microsoft Store apps. Also, my sister reported the same issue for one of her gaming apps (not sure which. Also, she is using the DEFAULT settings, even though I am using the maximum-security settings). As of four (4) days ago, the connectivity issues were resolved for Phone Link (Your Phone) and Microsoft Store on their own, but now the same issue manifested for the Feedback Hub app. 3) The connection to my Wi-Fi printer was lost when I had the computer running for 3-4 days continuously. The issue used to resolve temporarily after a restart. I am not sure if this was caused by KIS. But, this issue has now also resolved itself! 4) The Clean up function of Manage applications (Main KIS Window -> More Tools -> Manage applications -> Application Control -> Manage applications) no longer works. Upon clicking on the Clean up button, it says that the list is up-to-date and the uninstalled/missing applications are not removed from the list. 5) The online help documentation shows clearly how to create exceptions for programs and desktop applications, but, how do I make exceptions for Microsoft Store apps (packaged)? 6) I am a longtime customer of Kaspersky (10+years) and Kaspersky VPN and I find it quite unfair that my KIS is considered equivalent to Kaspersky Standard. As a KIS customer, I find that, more-or-less, the features that my current KIS provides are the same as the ones that Kaspersky Premium provides, with the exception of the unlimited VPN (which I have already purchased, anyway). I suggest that, for the migration to the new subscription, KIS customers be provided with the Premium subscription but without the unlimited VPN, to be FAIR. Thanks in advance!
  2. Kaspersky İnternet Security lisansına sahibim. Yeni satılan ürünlere göre Kaspersky Internet Security, Total Security gibi ürünleri göremedim. Kaspersky plus gibi ürünlerin arayüzü değişmiş ve galiba bazı özellikler eklenmiş. Benim şu anki uygulamam (Kaspersky Internet Security) şu an desteklenmiyor mu, herhangi bir güncellemeyle arayüzü yeni sürüme yükseltebilir miyim ve şu anki lisansımı Kaspersky Plus olarak yükseltebilir miyim?   3. Good evening and excuse my English, as it is a language that I do not master completely. I felt completely let down by K Standard 21.13. Earlier this week whenever I proceeded to delete traces of activity, K Standard would continually crash, restart, strangely at the same time as it crashed it automatically performed a database update at the same time. My Security Center always indicated that I had no anti-virus active and then K. Standard would restart again. During this process, a message to send data to Kaspersky's servers always popped up. Disappointed, I managed to buy the KIS because in my country it is still in stock in the form of a physical card with an activation code to scratch off. Already quite upset that the situation was repeating itself whenever I performed this action, I completely uninstalled K Standard from my desktop and installed KIS 21.3 (k), licensed for one year. In "My Kaspersky" is registered the K Standard that I bought by Automated teller machine with duration until 2025. K. Standard still seems to me to be a product with many bugs and not very mature. Another error that sometimes happens to me is that all the applications and programs running on my desktop registered by K. Standard disappear (like in the firewall, activity control and network applications) and then they return there according to the activity of my machine. Yesterday I spoke via chat with technical support but since I no longer had KS 21.13 (which, as I said, I completely uninstalled), obviously I didn't send a series of things that they asked me to do. Support then communicated to me that: "Thanks for sharing the issue we will pass it on to our development team." I hope that the problem is resolved soon or that K. Internet Security has a long life as it is stable (for some reason the new range of products is not yet for sale in Eastern European countries.) Excuse me for my outburst, but I think first of all that programmers correct and develop new products better or they will have to lose a customer, because support only knows how to resort to the user to carry out tests with traces, and due to the fact that they are large files size, I can't send them, because I don't master the technologies that ask to send them. I have to install a suitable Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) product that is applicable for business users in my laptop in order to cover the internet security requirements while working on tech projects for my clients. When running a business as a single person, may I please know which is the most suitable internet security product of Kaspersky Internet Security which is cost effective that I can install in my laptop in order to provide protection against online security threats that may arise while working on tech projects for my clients and how can I know more about it? Can I pls know about it?

Windows 版本:22621.1485 卡巴斯基版本:21.3.10.391 在启用 WSL2 后,开机时总会出现类似“检测到新的以太网”弹窗,即使我选择了允许,下次开机仍然会弹出(图1)。 在开机后第一次打开 WSL 时,会出现图2的弹窗,同样这个弹窗也无法被记住。 即使关闭了卡巴斯基的防火墙功能,弹窗也会出现。 我尝试过在防火墙>可用网络中将对应网卡设置为自动添加到信任网络,但是并没有效果,重启后这个网卡的设置会被重置,这可能是因为网卡是被动态增加的。 有没有什么办法能让卡巴斯基记住这个网卡,或者干脆信任所有新的网络,这个弹窗实在是太烦了。 WSL 本身就属于 Windows 自带的功能,我觉得卡巴斯基应该对其做好适配。

Hello, On Windows 11 Pro 64bit 22H2 (Build 22621.1413) and Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391(j) the windows security center warning im not in optimal status, and after looking on microsoft KB the cause could be this error reported in systems logs Microsoft-Windows-CodeIntegrity/Operational Event ID 3033, CodeIntegrity Code Integrity determined that a process (\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\svchost.exe) attempted to load \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3\x64\antimalware_provider.dll that did not meet the Windows signing level requirements. Is there some hint to correct this error? PS: I have fount two old post about this, but solution was provided by waiting MS Update on older windows release
  7. So I just activated Total security and Internet security, and I thought the internet security would only be activated after my total security expire? Anyway, after a crashed windows update caused by the application, both my KTS and KIS became Kaspersky Pure (picture below), and my android phone is still the free version of Kaspersky? Is there like a mobile and pc version of KIS? Also, the Security cloud application seems to be activated with a 3 years protection for 3 devices but my subscription is listed as free, and my current device seems to be expired. I'm lost here folks. What's the difference between Total security, Kaspersky Pure and Security cloud free? Is KSC better than Kaspersky Pure, or is it like Kaspersky SC Paid>Kaspersky Pure>Kaspersky SC Free>Kaspersky Total? What are the differences and capabilities? TA
  8. Hi, I am looking to purchase a version of Kaspersky. I am currently running the free version. What I am wondering is what is the difference between the four in the title. It looks like 2 completely different lines of software. I am used to the internet security and total security line, but then there is this (new?) free, basic, plus and premium suite. What is the difference between the two lines of software. Is premium comparable to total security.
  9. День добрый! Поддержка пишет, что во всю разрабатывается новая версия антивируса. Хочу внести свою лепту и виденье полезного и удобного дизайна программы KIS. Так же дополню: 1) Убрать рекламу в рекомендациях установкой Safe Kids и Password Manager. 2) Убрать предупреждение с просьбой отключить защиту ядра в настройках windows для обеспечения безопасных платежей (лично Я предпочту защиту ядра, чем отдельный браузер для банков). 3) Убрать рекомендации включить расширение в браузере для экранной клавиатуры, даже если браузер был портативный и запускался один раз - рекомендация на всю жизнь (до переустановки программы). 4) Отдельная кнопка для настройки приватности - бесполезна. Более глубокие настройки находятся в "Настройка - Защита - Защита от сбора данных". Изменить эту кнопку на открытие "Настройки - Защита".
  10. Добрый день! На днях перестали открываться сайты и загружаться почта через защищенные соединения. При выключении KIS - работает. Не работает ни в одном браузере, а также не подключается почтовый клиент. Все действия из базы знаний попробовал - сертификаты, настройки Firefox, и т.п. Пробовал в настройках KIS отключать веб-антивирус и почтовый антивирус - не помогает. Что еще можно попробовать? Спасибо!

После установки на компьютере Kaspersky internet security начал долго перезагружаться и выключаться компьютер. Сценарий воспроизведения проблемы: К примеру после нескольких часов работы компьютера появилась необходимость перезагрузить компьютер. Нажимаем пуск -> перезагрузка, Windows 10 завершает процессы, секунд 5 крутится "Подождите" и экран монитора становится черным (на нем можно первые несколько секунд увидеть надпись "Кабель не подключен"), и в таком состоянии он находится примерно две с половиной минуты. По истечении 2-3 минут windows 10 начинает штатно грузиться. Сам windows грузится быстро как и должен, система стоит на ssd. Такая же история происходит при выключении компьютера: через пуск выключаем, процессы завершаются, экран становится черным (на нем можно первые несколько секунд увидеть надпись "Кабель не подключен"), вентиляторы в системном блоке при том активно крутятся как будто он еще работает, по истечении 2-3 минут компьютер выключается (Вентиляторы крутится прекращают). Замечено что если к примеру перезагрузить комп подождать эти 2-3 мин и сразу же опять перезагрузить то он перезагрузится сразу же (2-3 мин ждать не нужно, черный экран не весит), а если подождать 2-3 часа и начать перезагружать то проблема возвращается Пришел к выводу что проблема в Kaspersky internet security так как если его удалить с компьютера то проблема не воспроизводится, компьютер перезагружается и выключается быстро, буквально несколько секунд. Наблюдал несколько дней перезагружалось все нормально. После повторной установки KIS проблема сразу вернулась. Прошу подсказать какие настройки в касперском могут влиять на эти 2-3 мин холостой работы компьютера, и как решить эту проблему

  14. Windows 10 Решил провести полную проверку ноутбука через Kaspersky internet security. После проверки перезагрузил ноутбук. Решив, что все кончено собирался зайти в браузер — не получилось. Когда подключаюсь к wifi пишет "подключено, отсутствует доступ к интернету". Сам же wifi работает на других устройствах. До этого WiFi работал хорошо. Удаленный Файл не имел отношение системе или все, что связано с WiFi. Подскажите, как решить проблему.
  15. Hello, While trying to block multiple addresses, I noticed that kaspersky says the format is incorrect even though I double checked it [first image]. After a while, I realized that when I remove/change the test.ex website, it suddenly works [second image]. If its not just me, is it possible for kaspersky to support a lot more than just com and gg?   17. Reinstalé KIS en la misma laptop luego de cambiar de Windows 7 a Windows 8. Coloqué luego las direcciones bancarias en SAFE Money. Cuando intento abrir cualquiera de ellas sale el aviso: No se instalaron las actualizaciones de sistema críticas. Le recomendamos instalar las actualizaciones del sistema operativo antes de continuar. Mientras no se instalen las actualizaciones, el Navegador seguro no podrá proteger sus datos por completo. Actualizo el sistema operativo de Windows pero sigue igual. NOTA: El navegador por defecto es Google Actualizar

  20. Hello, Kaspersky is blocking a trojan when I try to access the following website : https : // lignemeuble . com/ And I can't access the website with computers that have Kaspersky installed. I can access the website on computer without Kapsersky, or if I disable Kaspersky. The problem could be replicated on an two different computers. Computer 1 : Windows 11 x64 build 22621 Kaspersky Internet Security version 21.3.10.391 (j) Microsoft Edge Computer 2 : Windows 10 Home x86 build 19044 Kaspersky Anti-Virus version 21.3.10.391 (j) Google Chrome See attached image "Computer 2 with extra info.png", to see the full Kaspersky message. Since yesterday I have noticed that when I update the database, in the reports about the update of the same, it appears as in this case that I illustrate here a time much before the time of distribution of the database. I attached the report image and the database distribution date image. It has now become normal for the release date (in the update report) to be much earlier than the database distribution date. Now it is normal or is it something that is happening with my KIS 21.3. ?

Hi, yesterday I had problem with Kaspersky Lab Launcher taking 30% of cpu for a long time, & first thing that came to my mind was to delete KIS cache, I searched about it but got nothing worthy. The problem with Lab Launcher solved on its own, but generally I want to know, is it ok to delete cache folder's content (c:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Bases\Cache\)? & does it help with potential problems or freeing up some space? Thanks

  24. Há alguns dias o Kaspersky vem bloqueando o acesso a internet em alguns apps do PC, como no Spotify por exemplo. Assim que eu pauso a proteção a conexão à internet nesses aplicativos retorna. Não encontro nas configurações aonde pode estar ocorrendo os bloqueios. Utilizo o Kaspersky Internet Security. Minha licença está ativa.
  25. In my data drive, which is always included in my full scans, I have some symbolic directory links that link to a network drive. Kaspersky Internet Security is following those links and ends up scanning huge chunks of my network drive, which I don't want to do, at least not in this particular scan. Is there any way to set the scan options so that it does not follow the symbolic links and scan their destinations? System configuration is KIS 21.3.10.391, Windows 10 w/all updates, Dell Precision 7920 workstation. Thank you!
