    W10 Kasperky Plus vers. 21.9.6.465 It seems like after the latest update my Kaspersky VPN won't work anymore, tried a reinstall but didnt work. Is it offline or something is broken?

    Bonjour je suis étonné de voir aucun topic sur ce sujet ! heu... ULTRA RAPIDE ??? est-ce une hérésie ??? Des années que j'utilise le VPN et depuis quelques mois la vitesse en téléchargement est de 650ko/s en moyenne ! alors qu’auparavant était de 3.5mo/s ! Testé sur plusieurs PC et résultat identique ! Une solution pour retrouver la vitesse d'avant ? merci pour vos réponses

    I am using a laptop (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300U CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.71 GHz) with Windows 10 Pro ver 21H2, OS Build 19044.2728 running Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows ver 11.6.0.394. The license has expired and I wish to change to Home Premium plan for 1 to 3 users for one year with VPN and Password manager. I did the Eligibility check but it gives me an option to only renew the existing product/license and not to change to a different plan. Kindly advice as to how this change can be made at the earliest. Srinivasan

    Bonjour, J'ai trouvé ce PC-19 connecté sur mon réseau wifi , Kaspersky est incapable de le détecté. Étant donné que je n'avais pas d'autres objet connecté , je pense au piratage. Donc, la sensation de sécurité est bel et bien une sensation chez vous, si je comprends bien. Un professionnel peut m'expliquer ce que c'est ? Pourquoi, il est indétectable par kaspersky ? Est-ce que l'on appel faux positif ? Merci.

    I'm using Kaspersky Plus with a license converted from the Security Cloud version, but even though the application's interface shows that I have unlimited data traffic on the VPN itself, I'm restricted to 500mb as if I were a free user, as shown in the attached image. I got in touch with support who informed me that I am not entitled to an unlimited VPN because of the Security Cloud license, but this is not foreseen and was not announced by Kaspersky, it is something that does not even make sense, after all the real difference between the Standard and Plus is precisely the unlimited VPN. Is this info from the local support (Brazil) correct? Ps: I am logged in Kaspersky VPN with my account.

    Base on this link, i can switch to Wireguard within the Setting https://support.kaspersky.com/ksde/win5.8/en-us/236273.htm But the problem is i dont even see any "Protocol" setting, i am using Kaspersky VPN desktop. Is Kaspersky scamming people just for some quick bucks ?

    My valorant app when Split Tunneling is on it can't connect to the server even though I have it set to "Don't use VPN". With Split Tunneling off, all connections work fine, but I want to play valorant while using the VPN in the browser. Plz help.

    Сегодня хотел посетить один сайт через Kaspersky Secure Connection, но последний перестал подключаться (пишет "Не удалось подключиться"). Подключаюсь через бесплатный сервер, пока никакой подписки на KSC не оформлял. Переустанавливал KSC начисто, но бесполезно. Перезагрузка компьютера тоже не помогает((( Данные о моей Windows: Выпуск Windows 10 Домашняя для одного языка Версия 22H2 Дата установки ‎12.‎06.‎2020 Сборка ОС 19045.2130 Взаимодействие Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0 Как мне быть?     Hola Buenas Noches. Tengo un incidente con la VPN de Kaspersky. Soy cliente desde Febrero y hasta la fecha no había tenido ningún problema El día de hoy 07/10/2022(horario de chile) Kaspersky VPN comenzó a bloquear la conexión de las aplicaciones que uso para trabajar a diario. Aplicaciones como openvpn, github desktop, winscp, mobaxterm. Al apagar o cerrar la VPN de Kaspersky se resuelve el problema. Sin embargo no puedo contar con esto como solución ya que necesito tomar todas las medidas de seguridad posibles. Y la VPN no me da muchas opciones de configuración. ¿Qué es lo que puedo hacer? PD: Adjunto pantallazos de otras aplicaciones al estar con la VPN de Kaspersky encendida. Sistema Operativo: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise x64 Build 19044 Version de la aplicacion: 21.7.7.393

    Hello, I'm using premium customer and using VPN services and I found some wired issue from current location = Australia. Without VPN = OFF - Open URL - https://www.google.com, precise location is set to Australia by default and IP address detected is . With VPN set to New Zealand - Open URL - https://www.google.com, precise location is still set to Australia by default but IP address is set to New Zealand 103.76.164.92 Looks like Google has updated their IP range in their internal geo location system. Kaspersky have to look into this issue to update to correct Ip address to get precise location when we access Goolge.com
