HP smart tank plus printer connected with wifi doesn't work if vpn (kaspersky plus) is enabled. Is it possible in vpn parameters to filter ip adress of the printer in lan to let the direct connection without vpn ? Thanks for your help. did72

Не могу запустить программу Kaspersky Secure Connection

установлен касперский премиум 21.25.7.504. пытаюсь установить Kaspersky Secure Connection. программа не запускается. при попытке открыть программу указатель мыши/сенсорной панели скачет по рабочему столу, затем программа сама закрывается. переустановил программу. сделал restoreheals, sfc, полную проверку ПК антивирусом. перезагрузился.. всё равно не запускается. запускал и от администратора, и разных режимах совместимости. в безопасном режиме не устанавливается. пятый день поддержка не решает вопрос (очередь там...) спрашивал разные ИИ - все советы выполнил - бестолку. в той же сети старый комп с той же версией Windows - всё подхватил и работает нормально. андроид в той же сети - тоже работает Kaspersky Secure Connection. -

После покупки Kaspersky Internet security перестал грузиться Telegram, хотя в пробной версии работал. Также стало меньше серверов ВПН.

Recommend against buy Kaspersky. They are not keeping up with technology. For over 6 years, they have been writing about ARM architecture and for 1.5 years, they have been saying they are upgrading so their products can work with laptops using ARM. But they can't do it still, so you are wasting your money if you buy from them. I was convinced to upgrade to Premium and it won't work with my new laptop. Calling them Kaspersky KRAP now. -

I have bought a new suscription to Kaspersky Premium, Before that I had an old suscription to Kaspersky VPN... So the problem is that the VPN is taking the old Suscription caducated instead of the new suscription and i can´t connect to that. The VPN is asking me for an activation code instead of upgrade automatically to the new suspcription to Kaspersky that includes the same VPN

For many locations visible IP does not match selection. For example: Aruba -> IP is in USA, Cyprus -> IP is in Holland, Moscow -> IP in Praha etc. It is really hard to find location which will match with IP provided by VPN. It was not like that before. I think it started a few months back. This totally defeats one majour purpose of VPN. Premium subscription. Both Windows 10 and 11. App ver: 21.25.7.504-2 (a). Updates, reboots do not fix the issue.

Coloquei na lista do túnel dividido, um navegador (librewolf) para navegar apenas nele via VPN, deixando o meu navegador principal (Firefox) para uso normal, mas o librewolf continua expondo meu IP principal. Tem alguma maneira de resolver isso para eu ter um navegador que possa usar com segurança? O VPN em túnel dividido também não funciona em alguns serviços, como o Stremio. Já tentei configurar o windows defender e até desliguei ele, mas ainda assim não funciona.

Hi everyone! I recently moved to Linux, and have seen that the VPN can be, or at least was, configurable with OpenVPN. Kaspersky not supporting with any package Linux is sad, while I've always enjoyed the Kaspersky Standard on Windows, is it possible to use the VPN with third party software?

I'm suddenly having an issue accessing my VPN in the U.S. I know that the U.S. banned the sale of Kaspersky in the U.S. but I had already paid for 3 years on 5 devices. I would use the VPN to connect and get database updates, but now neither my android phone nor my windows 11 laptop will connect to VPN. Both say I don't have a subscription, but it comes with the Kaspersky Plus. Even my account page says it's unlimited and active. I've gone to the support page and filled out the form a week ago and gotten no response. I went today to Live Chat and am put into the AI chat that directs me to Live chat, Phone, and Email support. All three make me fill out a form but none take me to support. Has Kaspersky stopped support for existing customers? Is there any way to actually get support?
