I have Kaspersky VPN installed on a device, which is associated with a previously purchased Premium license. I have bought a Plus license for this device, but when I try to connect the VPN to the Plus license, it automatically links to the Premium license. Since the Premium license already has an active Kaspersky VPN device, it remains in its free version. How can I change the license associated with Kaspersky VPN?

Há alguns sites em que não consigo acessar com a VPN ativada. Para estes, quero criar uma regra de não ativar VPN. Contudo, não consigo acessar essa configuração pelo app, o botão está inválido.

Hi, I am currently using Kaspersky Premium version 21.16.6.467 and whenever I try to play a game through steam (CS2, Warzone, etc) I am unable to connect to matches. I can connect to games normally when I use Kaspersky VPN or when I completely uninstall Kaspersky Premium. I would like to be able to play my games without having to use the VPN as it affects my connection and I would preferably like to keep Kaspersky installed on my machine. I want to note that up until last week I had no such issues for nearly 3 years of using Kaspersky products. I am not sure what happened but after a database update I started facing this issue. Other friends who also use Kaspersky AV do not have the same issue as I do.

Heya! The title is quite self-explanatory. I'm planning to get Kaspersky premium, and i was wondering if there was more servers of each country or is it one sole server for each country. or possibly providing a dedicated static IP. such a service would be a life saver for me since some applications tend to block vpn IPs unless they were static or dedicated (such as Riot Games). and i know that another VPN has it, but for this case specifically I'm wondering if kaspersky may hold it? Or if i can ask for it to be achieved from support? And for the sake of the rules my OS is Windows 10, Running on a soon-to-be Kaspersky premium + VPN Thanks!

Eu sei que alguns aplicativos acessam links em segundo plano, mas esse número não está alto demais para somente 5 dias? Outra desconfiança que tenho é que a cada 5 min eu recebo de 5 à 7 notificações dizendo que não foi possível verificar a segurança do link e então vem a notificação dizendo que o botão de emergência foi acionado. Devo me preocupar ou esse número de links é normal e as notificações são somente instabilidade na conexão?

Hi there everyone! My first time posting, so I apologise for any mistakes. For the past month or so, my Kaspersky VPN app has just been showing 'connecting'. If I try to turn the VPN off, it freezes. I also get a 'Failed to connect' error occasionally. I've tried restarting my PC, restarting my internet, reconnecting. I've been through my settings and they all seem okay, plus my subscription is still valid until March. Does anyone have a solution to this? It's quite annoying to not feel protected right now, haha! Hey, I am a new User, but I am already unhappy. Although fully secured with Kaspersky, my Private Phone which is connected to my Jobs Servers (Michelin), was hacked. I found the case. I don't know what got hacked but found the worm, see picture. How can I ad it to the infected apps list? I don't have a Laptop with me, I am on a Business Trip. But I Have Time if needed I can travel wherever you say. How big the damage done is I have to find out with the IT from Michelin. Thank You in advance, you can call/text/email me 24/7 another sleepless night, I thought I was pretty safe with Kaspersky. I am Sorry but I have no trust into Kaspersky anymore. Just subscribed to Kaspersky Plus for 3 protected devices, and product description includes VPN functionality. Kaspersky is working fine on my PC with VPN, however, VPN functionalities are not available on my Phone App (Android - Kaspersky VPN and AntiVirus). I tried downloading Kaspersky Fast Secure VPN but only notification that the Karspersky App already had VPN functionalities. How can I use the VPN?

Hi, I live in India and I recently purchased Kaspersky Plus (1 device - 1 year). I want to know if my family member, who lives in the US, would be able to use its VPN service connection or not. I am aware that I'll have to first disable the connection from my end in order to activate it on other device. But if I do that, would they be able to use it in the US - considering the shift in the region. (India - United States). Please let me know.

Hello guys. I've been trying to connect to Indian server but it won't connect. I am using android. And the crazy part is it works fine in windows. Other country servers is working fine(android). I am trying to connect for 6 hours. Steps taken- 1)Close the app and force stop it in android setting and the restart 2)Used different internet providers (mobile data and wifi) 3)Clearing cache data 4)Uninstalling and Installing 5)Shutdown and rebooting mobile device. I am out of ideas.

Merhaba, Bugün Vpn için yıllık abonelik aldım ve laptopuma kurdum. Kaspersky içinde kurulu geliyor sanırım uygulama ve uygulamaya giriş yaptım. İçerisinde bulunan vpn bölümüne tıkladığımda ise tepki vermedi. bir süre sonra bildirim panelimde Kaspersky vpn başlatılırken hata diye uyarı aldım. ekran görüntülerini ek'te bulunmaktadır. Geri dönüş yapmanızı bekliyorum. 3 iş günü içinde dönüş alamazsam aboneliğimi iptal edeceğim. Satın aldığım vpn'i kullanamamamın bir anlamı yok.
