Kaspersky VPN parou de abrir a uns 2 meses. Já desinstalei e reinstalei e não resolveu. Alguem sabe como solucionar o problema? Obs: Em outro micro que uso (com a mesma versão do windows) e no meu celular funciona normalmente. My licence for Kaspersky Internet Security is expiring at the end of the month and am planning to move to Kaspersky Plus as KIS now appears to be a legacy product. If I buy the licence to cover 3 devices, I assume this will include my iPhone and iPad running the Kaspersky Security & VPN for iOS (iPhone and iPad) As I believe Apple Apps are sandboxed I wonder whether this means I would need to have the VPN turned ON all the time for Kaspersky Security & VPN to actually work? Is this the case, or are the other aspects of the App able to function without the VPN being active?

Como já diz no título do tópico, o Kaspersky Premium não atualiza o banco de dados quando a VPN está ativa, está ficando chato isso, porque de hora em hora recebo um alerta do Windows sobre o antivírus e quando vejo é o Kaspersky avisando que o banco de dados está desatualizado, daí eu tenho que desligar a VPN e deixar o antivírus atualizar pra poder ligar a VPN novamente. Me deem uma LUZ por favor. Fiz uma gravação do que acontece.

Hi I have installed a new M2 drive in my Desktop PC, replacing the previous smaller capacity one, and had to carry out a new Windows install, meaning I had to reinstall all the programmes etc that I use. I have a live Kasperski Premium account which has over 12 months still to run. I have reinstalled my Kasperski Premium programme and all seems to be good except that my VPN data use when using my Desktop is now restricted instead of the unlimited data which is a part of the Premium Package. I also have 2 Laptops also covered by the subscription. In My Devices on My Kasperski, where the 3 devices are shown, one of the laptops has the crown symbol (denoting the unlimited VPN - see picture) and one doesn't as well as My Desktop not having the crown symbol. This picture shows (left to right, with the reference numbers removed) my laptop, another laptop, and my desktop. All should have the crown symbol denoting unlimited VPN traffic. How do I reinstate the unlimited VPN please ? BTW, when I reloaded Kasperski Premium onto my new M2 drive, I wasn't able to reinstate the Desktop PC onto the account at first. I was being asked to input my license details to activate. When I did, I was told that the license already had the maximum three machines allocated to it; one of which was my Desktop! After searching on this forum, I found a similar situation which was rectified by removing the Desktop from the account and then reinstating it. This worked for me too, except for the unlimited VPN data. Any help please ?

O plano alega ser 69,90 durante o período de 1 ano. Vem alguma cobrança mensal ou, é um valor único CASO eu não opte por refazer assinatura? E outra, eu sei que quanto mais dispositivos o valor é outro, mas, posso comprar confiando que virá uma compra única de 69,90 durante 365 dias ou, enfim, como funciona isso????

I now see that Kaspersky VPN was deleted from my computer, or perhaps simply disabled. I tried to download it and was told the download was not available. I iknow downloads are stopping on September 29, but today is September 25. What gives?

Olá a todos(as), Possuo um controle pessoal financeiro e uma das coisas que sempre me deixa na mão é encontrar e saber dados financeiros do Kaspersky. Só é possível saber informações do valor sendo cobrado da assinatura quando chega o dia, porém, gostaria de saber se é possível ter acesso a essas informações correspondentes à minha assinatura, como assinaturas que já foram pagas e o valor previsto. Seria interessante também verificar se houve alguma eventual alteração no valor da cobrança. Sou usuário dos serviços da Kaspersky desde 2021, se não me falha a memória, e achei interessante compartilhar essa dúvida com os demais. Abraço!

Boa noite. Nos últimos dias tô tendo uma conexão muito instável e muito lag nas minhas partidas de GTA Online, e ao invés de tentar me cansar até aprender como configurar, resolvi buscar ajuda. Já reparei que usando o VPN no Brasil consigo uma conexão estável mas tenho muito lag. Usando o servidor premium mais rápido tenho dificuldades de me conectar ao online, e quando conecto não tenho lag mas costumo ser desconectado tempo depois. Gostaria saber de vocês especialistas se tem algo que deva alterar ou configurar para melhor desempenho na minha jogatina, preferencialmente gostaria de menos lag, mas estabilidade longo prazo é mais interessante. I have followed the instructions and guides from both Kaspersky and Keenetic (including modifying Firewall / Routing settings on my router) and the internet is still working, but it is not using the VPN connection to access the internet (IP address is still presenting as St Petersburg). Please advise what additional settings need to be altered, presumably on the router) to make it work. I have been attempting to add a wireguard vpn to my home router. Just to add, I have the 'Secure Connection' enabled on my windows computer and macbook air and they work without a problem. I am having issues activating it on my android phone (but it was fine on my wife's iphone)

Hi, when I switch to WireGuard, I cannot access the internet from Germany server, tried on ~10 more servers, they all worked fine. Also it works fine on Catapult Hydra. How can i fix it (if it is possible), or if it is client issue? Did not change any dns setting etc. Just asking for information, i can switch to other servers. Hydra was causing issues and I was using Germany servers so just wanted to switch.
