Laughingly posted a topic in Kaspersky VPNRecent update to the app, all the usual nonsense with the recent merger with PureVPN (fewer servers, rubbish speed) That I can just about live with but now the entire VPN facility on my phone has vanished. Tried installing the standalone VPN app and it tells me it's included in the main app. Not anymore apparently. Seriously unhappy here and unlikely to renew my long-standing licence at this point.

До вчерашнего дня в VPN было 85+ стран, включая Украину, Турцию, Аргентину и т.д. — всё работало идеально. Сегодня захожу: - без входа в аккаунт (гостевой режим) — видно все страны, включая Украину - как только логиняюсь в свой plus аккаунт — список серверов урезается в 3–5 раз, Украина и ещё куча стран просто исчезают Переустанавливал приложение, чистил кэш, выходил/заходил в акк, перезагружал комп — нихера не помогает Версия - новейшая , на айфоне и пк пользуюсь Это что за херня ?Что за кидалово ? Я за Plus бабки плачу именно за полный список серверов и неограниченный трафик, а не чтобы мне половину стран вырезали при входе . Верните все серверы обратно или хотя бы объясните, почему так происходит и что за херня такая . Жду срочного ответа, потому что VPN сейчас вообще бесполезный у меня

Sometimes I get a good server, but most of the time, I get the slowest server with an unstable ping. M247 server is the slowest server (for me) which means ping is not stable . Cogent Communications is the fastest and most stable server (for me) When I change the protocol, I sometimes get a good server, but not always. and I want to use the Cogent Communications server all the time and I need help with this. How can I join this server all the time?

Проблема началась сегодня, при попытке подключения выдаёт ошибку "Пожалуйста, проверьте настройки брандмауера и виртуального адаптера". Проверял настройки адаптеров, чистил кеш днс и т.п. к сожалению ничего не помогло. Через протокол WireGuard он подключается, но трафик не проходит т.е. ни одна страница не грузится. На других устройствах приложение работает корректно.

Whenever I enable Split Tunneling (for example, activating VPN only for Discord), some online games such as Battlefield and other titles freeze or get stuck at the loading screen after clicking “Ready”. Here are the details: Windows version: Windows 11 (latest updates installed) VPN: Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection (latest version) ISP: Turkcell / Superonline (Turkey) I tested the same configuration with another VPN that supports Split Tunneling — and everything worked perfectly fine. This problem seems to appear only when Kaspersky VPN is running. I have already: Tried disabling all Kaspersky protection features temporarily. Reinstalled the VPN. Reset network settings and cleared DNS. Tried different servers and protocols. This same problem happened to me a few months ago and it resolved itself automatically after an update, but now it’s back again. I am quite experienced with networking and system configuration, and I’ve verified that the issue is not related to Windows Firewall, routing, or game servers. It’s definitely connected to the Kaspersky VPN Split Tunneling behavior. Please investigate this issue or let me know if any logs or diagnostic traces would help. -

Every time I start my Windows 11 laptop at my university and connect to the school wifi a notification about "unsafe network" shows, with the reason being that it's a common network name. How can this notification be disabled? I won't start using VPN and changing the network name is not an option. I have searched around and there don't seem to be any clear way, the only option being to disable notifications entirely which might not be ideal. If it's not possible, can the option to disable this be added? Im using Kaspersky Plus.

O produto é ótimo em muitos aspectos, mas venho enfrentando uma limitação que afeta minha usabilidade: a falta de suporte nativo para tunelamento IPv6. Atualmente, quando a VPN está ativa, o tráfego IPv6 é bloqueado, o que impede o uso em redes que dependem desse protocolo. Isso é problemático para mim, pois utilizo IPv6 para aplicações que beneficiam de conexões diretas e de alta performance, como videochamadas colaborativas, acesso remoto seguro a dispositivos e serviços que exploram as vantagens do IPv6 sobre o IPv4 (como evitar restrições de NAT e port forwarding, resultando em latência menor e conectividade mais confiável em ambientes modernos). Como assinante Premium, esperava que o VPN estivesse alinhado com as tendências atuais, onde o IPv6 está se tornando padrão em muitas redes e provedores. Muitos concorrentes já oferecem suporte completo a IPv6, tunelando o tráfego de forma segura. Gostaria de sugerir à equipe de desenvolvimento que priorize essa implementação em atualizações futuras, o que tornaria o produto ainda mais robusto e atraente para usuários avançados. This license is being shared with another Kaspersky user with a different account from the one from which the license was purchased. However, this user using the shared license isn't getting Unlimited VPN activated, only the antivirus subscription. So, I'd like to know how to activate Unlimited VPN for a user with a separate account through license sharing. -

В итоге я захожу в "Мир танков" и вижу пинг 200. Пока приложение VPN выключено, пинг стоит 30-50. Но я не указывал игру как избранную. Есть решение проблемы? Буквально неделю назад таких проблем не наблюдалось. Добавлю, при выборе сервера Белоруссия, перестает грузиться браузер. .

marat posted a topic in Kaspersky Secure ConnectionДобрый день, столкнулся с проблемой настройки Kaspersky Secure Connection на роутерах Keenetic при помощи клиента OpenVPN. Выполнил все согласно инструкций с сайта Kaspersky и Keneetic, проблема возникает в том что соединение на роутере через VPN устанавливается, но после подключения ни открывается ни одна страница в интернете, перелазил форумы ни где нет так таковых примеров и решения проблем по доступу в интернет через Kaspersky VPN на роутерах Keenetic. -
uwi posted a topic in 家用产品支持之前KTS或者KIS似乎官网都显示兼容安卓的，目前国区的似乎没有标注兼容安卓了，因为手机采用的类原生设备，日后可能还需要用到，目前还没过期，不确定改版后的是否兼容？ 设备或用户的计数问题，有的地方售卖说的是设备有的地方是说的用户，虽然一个码似乎可以激活几次，之后需要发邮件重置，我尝试过一用户或一设备的码可以同时激活PC和安卓的甚至更多设备的，不太理解是怎么计数的？ 如果购买其他地区的订阅，在中国大陆使用，能否使用中国大陆禁用的功能，比如VPN。 还有个建议，密码管理器可以兼容下Linux，做个浏览器插件也行，方便跨平台，安卓/PC的填充待选可以把身份验证器也加上方便一些… -
