Уже много тем было создано по этому поводу, много сказано, много раз написано в ТП - но воз и ныне там. ТАК НИЧЕГО И НЕ РАБОТАЕТ!! ДЕНЬГИ УПЛАЧЕНЫ - продукт не рабочий. Может пора что-то решить? -

В моем аккаунте стало намного меньше стран серверов для подключения, впн работает намного хуже, с телефона не работает вообще. Не могу совсем пользоваться. У человека, аккаунтом которого я пользовалась ранее, все работает хорошо, много серверов, включая Казахстан, Азербайджан и другие, также у него работают все сайты с компьютера и телефона. Почему у меня нет столько серверов и впн не работает с телефона вообще, компьютера работает очень плохо? -

Скачала по ссылке отсюда. Установила без проблем. И теперь она просит ключ лицензии. Тот, который у меня есть в личном кабинете, к ней не подходит. У меня еще 313 дней пользования в запасе, пользовалась программой лет 5. Что за фигня, извините? Вот так вот захочешь поддержать отечественного производителя и получишь на выходе какую-то хрень. Вот, вдогонку, подписка в личном кабинете есть.

При использовании Kaspersky Secure Connection в ряде продуктов (Чаще всего игр, но не только, иногда у стриминговых сервисов тоже) появляется предупреждение об использовании strict NAT. Которая сильно портит взаимодействие с программами. Гугл говорит что достаточно включить Port Forwarding / Проброс портов в натройках программы чтобы проблема ушла. Не подскажите как это правильно и лучше сделать? В настройках протокол выбирается автоматически. Версия 21.23.6.614 Win10 home 22H2 19045 -

После обновления перестал работать YouTube, Discord, и все иностранные сайты на которые я не мог в то время подключатся без VPN, по сути программа делает вид что она работает но толку от нее никакого, (что самое неприятное, обновление произошло в момент продления подписки если бы я знал что такие изменения в программе будут давно бы отказался от него), вот не раз видел вы отсылаете людей к старым тредам, а толку от этого если это началось как раз после обновления, и вот у меня безлимитная версии а по сути как урезанная

After that I downloaded Kaspersky VPN and tried to log in my PC, ( with the email I bought ) it logs to my account but shows the free version ( 300Mb free ). I'm not sharing to anyone, I'm using the owner email. The premium VPN connects to my phone but not my PC. When I went to My Kaspersky website, my pc name was there, but the the VPN crown symbol was dimmed for my pc ( My mobile has the yellow crown ) then I tapped on that, and then the yellow crown lightened, but still it shows free version in my pc. I reinstalled both my Internet Security software and VPN ( my pc didn't restart or shutdown ). On the My Kaspersky website it shows my PC is connected to VPN, but when I open the software, it shows free even though it is logged with the purchased "owner" email. Btw, I have used the VPN on my PC for more than 2 years, when I turned on my pc it was logged out and then when I tried to connect it shows free. Please help -

It's fine if I'm connecting to my wi-fi but it's stuck in infinite loop of "connecting" state if I'm using my mobile internet. Why could that be? My app is up to date by the way.

Vor einer woche habe ich mein fast ausgelaufenes abo gekündigt und ein neues jahresabo für 5 geräte geholt. seitdem ist auf dem laptop die funktion "Double VPN" verschwunden und die server sind von ca.180 auf 87 reduziert worden. woran kann das liegen/ kann ich das noch wiederherstellen? Die Verbindung funktioniert zudem auch sehr schlecht. -

Só é possível saber informações do valor sendo cobrado da assinatura quando chega o dia, porém, gostaria de saber se é possível ter acesso a essas informações correspondentes à minha assinatura, como assinaturas que já foram pagas e o valor previsto. Seria interessante também verificar se houve alguma eventual alteração no valor da cobrança. Sou usuário dos serviços da Kaspersky desde 2021, se não me falha a memória, e achei interessante compartilhar essa dúvida com os demais. Abraço! -

After 8 days waiting for this issue to be resolved I can no longer justify spending any more time dealing with an unreliable and intermittent VPN, so have uninstalled it and paid for a month with another provider. As a Kaspersky loyalist who has used Kaspersky's products for nearly a decade, and never had any of my systems breached under Kaspersky's guardianship, I find having to uninstall their VPN immensely disappointing. For those of you still struggling with issues like intermittent VPN access, zero access or partial access to some sites (YouTube and Google Maps among others in my case) and your DNS malfunctioning, in my view this cannot be solved at the users end as it is an issue Kaspersky's integration of PureVPN's servers into it's security architecture. * IT IS TIME FOR KASPERSKY LAB TO RESPOND I am formally requesting that an OFFICIAL UPDATE from Kaspersky Lab is sent to all users of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection via email to clarify the nature of the remaining issues and when they can be expected to be solved. In my view 8 days of a virtually unusable VPN is a serious enough failure to maintain an internet security component that a FULL ROLLBACK of the update needs to be considered until the developers find a 100 percent functional and permanent solution to the issue. In the meantime, having reluctantly uninstalled Kaspersky VPN, I can now get on with my work with a 100 percent reliable VPN. For the reader, let me know what you think, or if you have come across any solution that works for you. * Once Kaspersky Lab issues a statement on the issue as requested above I will download and test Kaserpsky VPN Secure Connection again, because, as I say, I am a Kasperksy loyalist and still believe their security suite is the Gold Standard in internet security. -

Kaspersky is working fine on my PC with VPN, however, VPN functionalities are not available on my Phone App (Android - Kaspersky VPN and AntiVirus). I tried downloading Kaspersky Fast Secure VPN but only notification that the Karspersky App already had VPN functionalities. How can I use the VPN?
