    我昨天刚下载VPN，今天安装的时候发现在c盘就复制了一份到D盘然后把c盘的放回收站了。发现D盘的打不开又把回收站里的c盘那部分恢复了。能打开了但是连接不了。也把VPN通过防火墙了，但是还是不行

    I've recently upgraded my Kaspersky Total Security to Kaspersky Plus and noticed that my subscription key is not giving me Unlimited VPN access which is also part of the bundle package. What needs to be done so that I can also start using Unlimited VPN access?

    KSK has sort of cancelled its VPN service in India. My query is, what happens if you go for auto renewal/buy Plus/Premium again? Does the VPN simply stop working when the current subscription ends or does it work as normal after auto-renewal/buying again? I'm looking for actual user experience, not tech support answers.

    I have downloaded the .ovpn file from https://my.kaspersky.com/VPN and saved the username and password. I can not connect to vpn using this file either from network manager or cli using 'openvpn --config credentials.ovpn' .

    Hello, I already own a Kaspersky Premium subscription, but my current membership covers only one device. I would like to upgrade my subscription to cover two devices because I recently purchased a new phone and I want to use Kaspersky antivirus and VPN services on it as well.     Hello, everyone. I'm interested in learning if there's a method to configure a VPN with distinct regions for multiple instances of the same application. For instance, if I'm running two instances of a single game, I want game instance (A) to use one IP address and game instance (B) to use a different IP address. Is this achievable?

    I have Kaspersky VPN installed on a device, which is associated with a previously purchased Premium license. I have bought a Plus license for this device, but when I try to connect the VPN to the Plus license, it automatically links to the Premium license. Since the Premium license already has an active Kaspersky VPN device, it remains in its free version. How can I change the license associated with Kaspersky VPN?

    Há alguns sites em que não consigo acessar com a VPN ativada. Para estes, quero criar uma regra de não ativar VPN. Contudo, não consigo acessar essa configuração pelo app, o botão está inválido.

    Hi, I am currently using Kaspersky Premium version 21.16.6.467 and whenever I try to play a game through steam (CS2, Warzone, etc) I am unable to connect to matches. I can connect to games normally when I use Kaspersky VPN or when I completely uninstall Kaspersky Premium. I would like to be able to play my games without having to use the VPN as it affects my connection and I would preferably like to keep Kaspersky installed on my machine. I want to note that up until last week I had no such issues for nearly 3 years of using Kaspersky products. I am not sure what happened but after a database update I started facing this issue. Other friends who also use Kaspersky AV do not have the same issue as I do.

    Heya! The title is quite self-explanatory. I'm planning to get Kaspersky premium, and i was wondering if there was more servers of each country or is it one sole server for each country. or possibly providing a dedicated static IP. such a service would be a life saver for me since some applications tend to block vpn IPs unless they were static or dedicated (such as Riot Games). and i know that another VPN has it, but for this case specifically I'm wondering if kaspersky may hold it? Or if i can ask for it to be achieved from support? And for the sake of the rules my OS is Windows 10, Running on a soon-to-be Kaspersky premium + VPN Thanks!

    Eu instalei o aplicativo Kaspersky: VPN & Security no celular à 5 dias e segundo o recurso Antiphishing, mais de 19.5 mil links já foram verificados e esse número não para de crescer. Eu sei que alguns aplicativos acessam links em segundo plano, mas esse número não está alto demais para somente 5 dias? Outra desconfiança que tenho é que a cada 5 min eu recebo de 5 à 7 notificações dizendo que não foi possível verificar a segurança do link e então vem a notificação dizendo que o botão de emergência foi acionado. Devo me preocupar ou esse número de links é normal e as notificações são somente instabilidade na conexão?

    Hi there everyone! My first time posting, so I apologise for any mistakes. For the past month or so, my Kaspersky VPN app has just been showing 'connecting'. If I try to turn the VPN off, it freezes. I also get a 'Failed to connect' error occasionally. I've tried restarting my PC, restarting my internet, reconnecting. I've been through my settings and they all seem okay, plus my subscription is still valid until March. Does anyone have a solution to this? It's quite annoying to not feel protected right now, haha!     Hey, I am a new User, but I am already unhappy. Although fully secured with Kaspersky, my Private Phone which is connected to my Jobs Servers (Michelin), was hacked. I found the case. I don't know what got hacked but found the worm, see picture. How can I ad it to the infected apps list? I don't have a Laptop with me, I am on a Business Trip. But I Have Time if needed I can travel wherever you say. How big the damage done is I have to find out with the IT from Michelin. Thank You in advance, you can call/text/email me 24/7 another sleepless night, I thought I was pretty safe with Kaspersky. I am Sorry but I have no trust into Kaspersky anymore. I am ready to talk to Customer support. I am in Germany/Rheinland-Pfalz at the moment.

    Selamlar, Yakın zamanda yurt dışına çıkış yapacağım. Gideceğim ülkede (Türkmenistan) yoğun bir internet sansürü var. Bilinen çoğu VPN uygulaması engelli. Kaspersky VPN'in çalışıp çalışmadığını nereden öğrenebilirim? Teşekkürler.
