Venceu meu total security e achei que poderia aguardar outra assinatura para comprar novam5. Percebi que um e-mail que haviam trocado meu e-mail de um serviço e logo me assustei. Fui enviar os documentos para revalidar e percebi que tinha senhas em alguns pdfs da minha máquina. Não havia grandes mudanças o pc até provavelmente perceberem que eu sabia da invasão. Comece aram a invasões massivas de muitas conexões de redes e troca de pastas de arquivos windows. Inicialmente desliguei conexão de Internet e salvei um pendrive com documentos e outro pendrivefiz para formatar e instalar o Windows. O pendrive novo ficou apenas com windows original e a instalação ficou pior. Tem dezenas de redes e arquivos que não consegui identificar se era um ransomware ou vírus e suponho s3r trojan com outros males que não sei identificar. Tenho outro PC que ao tentar fazer um pendriver bootavel foi ontami ado pois apresenta características semelhantes. Tenho um laptop antigo com tela quebrada que tem DVD e imagino ei usá-lo pra gravar u DVD reinstalar o SO e depois inserir o kaspersky. O estranho foi perceber no laptop a mesma coisa mas não havia i serido nenhum arquivo. Eu reinstalei no laptop e pc e ambos com malwares depois do movo SO. Não usei minhas contas originais na reinstalação mas criaram-se usuarios e muitos processos. Tenho um usb de um pc com windows limpo que aí dá não usei aguardando orientações. Os softwares free de remoção não en optaram erros apenas bloqueei as saídas diversas pelo firewall e foi formatado o HD e não tem arquivos para usarem, mas provavelmente eles possuem outros que vou avaliar depois. Vocês podem me auxiliar como fazer? Eu instalo o kaspersky Premium insiro a senha e dados pexxoIs com esse pc elaptop evidentemente i fectado ou formato antes? Eu tenho um pendrive com documentos de clientes e gostaria de saber como abrir pois vejo que .PDF, .documentos. xls e etc podem conter malwares como de o proceder? O pc de trabalho usa windows 10 xeon 18 cores 32gb de RAM rtx de vídeo. Estou usando Tablet com vpn e aparentemente limpo mas não sei se estão monitorando. Por favor qualquer orientação é bem vinda

Добрый день! Мне пришло сообщение по Ватсапу о том интересуются товаром который я опубликовал на Юле. Ничего такого не могло быть и в помине. Номер засвечен только в мессенджерах для работы. Потом на ВК мне кроме моего стандартного аккаунта предложили войти под некоей женщиной. Запросил код для входа по телефону и вошел. Аккаунт удалил. Не знаю кто она была но номер телефона теперь мой. Официальный. Вопрос: не может быть такого что сообщение в Ватсапе это сигнал трояну о том, что мой номер для работы и аккаунты ВК связаны с одним и тем же человеком (то есть со мной) и дальше уже должны были срабатывать следующие шаги по взлому? Антивирус я купил, троян удалил без проблем. Но может тот человек в Ватсапе как то связан с создателем трояна? Кто-нибудь ловит их тут из сотрудников лаборатории? Вам нужна помощь? Если обратиться к правоохранителям есть ли перспектива поимки? Как правильно себя вести теперь? Может это зацепка.... Спасибо.

Hi all, struggling quite a lot to find the problem with my installer. Recently paid for an upgrade to premium and wanted to download it on my mac Installer won't progress, and I keep getting told that "The data couldn’t be written because of an error in the destination for the data". Have tried everything, I've uninstalled kaspersky IS, have rebooted multiple times, have update my system, have even checked the tmp files and all seems in order. Any advice??

Buenas noches. Tengo el siguiente problema. Windows defender me detecta un virus que Kaspersky Premium no. Me di cuenta que tenia el virus ayer alrededor de las 23, como tuve problema con robo de cuenta de Steam y tras intentar eliminarlo con Windows defender decidí comprar el Antivirus Kaspersky. Cuando realice el análisis completo me detecto 3 objetos no procesador los cuales elimine, luego procedí hacer otra revisión completa con Windows defender y me seguía mostrando el Virus y no lo puedo eliminar. Que me recomiendan hacer en estos casos? Ya cambie la contraseñas de todas mis cuentas mediante otro dispositivo ajeno. Adjunto pantallasos del windows defender y el Kaspersky.

Buongiorno, Ho installato Kaspersky premium su un MacBook Pro m1 con macOS 13. Una volta installato l’applicazione, il computer è diventato lentissimo ad avviarsi dopo aver inserito la password dell’urente. Passano anche diversi minuti prima che il computer torni a funzionare. Rimuovendo Kaspersky il Mac torna a funzionare, avviandosi immediatamente. Ho anche provato a ripristinare il computer alle impostazioni di fabbrica ma questo non ha risolto il problema. Come posso fare per risolvere questo problema? Grazie

Ok so I'll make this short, my software windows 11 was glitching for no reason, I already had kaspersky installed, it found nothing, also nothing weird in task manager taking alot of cpu or anything. I did decide to reset my pc, for some reason this time it took about 5 hours to complete. When opening the pc I wanted to run a scan from windows, it said something like "your IT has denied access", I installed kaspersky once again, after closing and reopening my PC the next day, at the first 10 seconds, there was a red alert at windows security, it said "Kaspersky is snoozed" at virus and threat protection, while firewall and network protection was also disabled. Then I guess kaspersky loaded and all the warnings disappeard. There might be a logical explanation, its that I'm just worried since this is the first time it has happend to me. Also, after installing a ram stack stick, my TPM is no longer found in my motherboard... not sure if that has to do with anything. I own kaspersky total security, kaspersky vpn and password manager.

I'm using Windows 11 with Korean IME. I tried turning off hardware virtualization didn't work. Only turning off the category worked but it loses the functionality.

Hello, Asking the community, as I've been running in EXHAUSTIVE CIRCLES with the support-experts at Kaspersky Labs support. Kaspersky Premium has been working, flawlessly, on an older desktop that I have reserved for kids and guests. Hence, why it's still on an older O/S. It's fully locked down, in regards to the standard User's ability to affect change. Point being, during the prior AUTO-installed Version-Update of Kaspersky Premium a few months ago, and without my consent, it (1) REMOVED my ability to access Parental Controls, (2) attempted but failed to auto-engage Kids Safe, and (3) REMOVED the prior settings I had engaged. You heard me correctly - Kaspersky now allows ANYONE to download EXE, ZIP et al. , contrary to my former settings / preferences. To provide added insight, I had long ago opted-out of their lackluster "Kids Safe". This action auto-enables the Parental Controls feature inside the main Kaspersky Premium app. The feature and its settings were working perfectly, prior to aforementioned auto-update, wherein I had settings such as DISALLOWING ALL users from performing downloads (such as EXE and ZIP), with the exception of the Local Admin. As stated, this was working flawlessly and is a standard security practice on any computer. The support team then asked me to manually install Kids Safe, providing me with a download URL to that installer. This doesn't work nor does it throw any errors or logs as to why .. it merely completes without any sign of Kids Safe being present - desktop icon, Start Menu, or on the hard drive itself. On my own, I did a FULL uninstall of Kaspersky Premium, rebooted, followed by a full install and from-scratch reconfigure. Despite this rigorous attempt, neither Parental Controls re-appeared .. nor did Kids Safe engage even after the app's initial launch prompted me about Kids Safe .. showing the PhD's review .. etc. NADA. The support team requested I provide them with a "Traces Archive" data-collection, using their support tool, to which I gladly obliged. They responded a week or so later with this: As most savvy users will note, this HKLM Registry area is NOT accessible for changes; not even for the Local Admin. I immediately responded, asking for insight on how that may be changed ... perhaps, by a special boot-time fix they could supply. This request was completely ignored. Instead, they next asked to Remote into my computer. As much as I do appreciate and promote Kaspersky Labs products, I don't wish to allow anyone into my private network ... especially, without even providing a hint as to their plan of action. Preposterous request, at best. The support team then asked me to perform the following steps, despite my (prior numerous times) disclosing that their app no longer prompts to "Restore Parental Controls" nor allows me to perform even a stand-alone install of Kids Safe! It is ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE that Kaspersky has not only removed my Parental Controls .. but their action has REVERTED my Security Preferences thereby allowing ANY user to download EXE, ZIP .. and, MOST DESTRUCTIVELY, drive-by downloads engineered specifically to exploit vulnerabilities on ALL O/S .. especially, those aged / out-of-support. This action has now forced me to bear the expense of replacing that entire computer with newer hardware and current O/S, as it's too old to properly host the demands of a newer O/S. Anyone with this experience, please opine.

Hey, I am a new User, but I am already unhappy. Although fully secured with Kaspersky, my Private Phone which is connected to my Jobs Servers (Michelin), was hacked. I found the case. I don't know what got hacked but found the worm, see picture. How can I ad it to the infected apps list? I don't have a Laptop with me, I am on a Business Trip. But I Have Time if needed I can travel wherever you say. How big the damage done is I have to find out with the IT from Michelin. Thank You in advance, you can call/text/email me 24/7 another sleepless night, I thought I was pretty safe with Kaspersky. I am Sorry but I have no trust into Kaspersky anymore. Salve, ho un problema con l'estensione per browser: quando clicco sopra l'estensione, e quindi cerco di utilizzarla, mi risponde con l'immagine allegata. Specifico che ho un abbonamento Premium e che quando apro l'app del pc mi dice d installare l'estensione seppure io l'abbia già fatto. (Ho anche provato a disinstallarla e reinstallarla).

Olá, estou com um problema no Chrome. Toda vez que faço uma busca no google, o navegador tenta realizar o download de um arquivo, que é bloqueado pelo Kaspersky. Isso acontece sempre e gostaria de resolver a questão que origina esse download, não ficar bloqueado o arquivo toda hora. Dear Kas Community Support I have noticed today that I my Kaspersky Password Manager on my PC is not logging in with my password, but my phones Kaspersky Password Manager does login with the password I have for my account. I have just noticed that my Total Kaspersky will not update the either. I have been having some other issues in the last month. My Windows and Java hasn't been updating for the past month and I uninstalled the Java to clean install and it hasn't been able to install since. Today I also noticed that I no longer have any space on my 1TB SSD, like something has been filling up my SSD. Why would I be able to login on my phone but not on my PC?

Hello everyone, The overall performance of the application is average or slow most of the time. Filling in passwords when I go to a website is slow, I'm waiting 5-10 seconds. Saving passwords in the browser is much faster. Also, using the KPM UI is not responsive as I expected. Click actions take ~0.5 seconds. Scrolling through the accounts page is slow. Delete, update etc. actions take ~1-2 seconds. I want to use KPM but it's slowing me down. Unless there are plans to improve performance, I have to switch to another application. Alternatives of KPM are much faster. I hope there are some plans for the performance. Hallo Community, Ich habe ein Video gesehen wo es möglich ist mithilfe von der folgenden Unicodes eine Datei so zu verändern, dass sie nicht als .exe erscheind sondern als jede andere Datei. Beispiel ---exe.docx => sieht wie eine docx Datei aus aber dadurch, dass der Titel einen Unicode "left to right mark" verwendet ist es leider nicht gleich ersichtlich, dass es eine exe Datei und keine docx Datei ist. Man sieht es zwar wenn man im Explorer die Dateinamenerweiterung an hat. Kann auch mit jeder anderen Datei sein.
