Hi. I have Kaspersky Premium on Windows 10. Does anyone know of a way that I can place a shortcut pointing to the "Network Monitor" or "Network Activity" directly onto my desktop for quick access. It is the feature that I use the most. Thank you.

Lo que me crucé hace unos días es que, a la hora de usar Bun (aquí el sitio oficial: Bun — A fast all-in-one JavaScript runtime), que es un motor de Javascript tal como Node, el antivirus lo detecta como un Trojan cuando en realidad no es así (sumado a que Bun está solamente disponible en WSL, Linux o Mac). ¿Hay alguna manera de analizar para ver si realmente es un elemento malicioso o simplemente debo agregar sus binarios a las exclusiones del antivirus? No solamente me pasó con Bun, si no instalando otras librerías y paquetes de Linux desde mi terminal WSL, así que tal vez pueda ser un problema más amplio. Gracias por su atención!

Estava utilizando o KTS e agora renovei para o Premium, no meu Windows 10 tudo Ok precisei baixar e fazer a instalação tudo isto sem problemas mais e no Android????? Pensei que encontraria na loja a nova versão mais sem sucesso o que existe lá é o que eu já uso no meu dispositivo como proceder?

good day i found today a file called etmonitor with its dll files when i opened the task manager at startup options ,it gives me the chance to disable it at startup but why is it there ? what it does ? is it a malware or something else i did click on it for properties nothing happens...clicked on to show its file location found it on C/windows/. so i googled it some sited said its 50% malware hided on the name of etmonitor.exe and some others say not .but i found someone said 100% of antiviruses didn't detect it ...is it some sort of new malware or what ? please have a look at it cuz if it is a malware and the antivirus didn't detect it its a serious problem.

Hi, I have Kaspersky Premium version 21.9.6.465. I installed the Firefox browser and installed the Kaspersky protection and Kaspersky password manager extensions and I have a problem. The protection extension is shown in grey color, and the KPM is shown in red color and asks me to download and install the Windows app (screenshots attached). I'd be happy to get help to fix this issue.

So I just activated Total security and Internet security, and I thought the internet security would only be activated after my total security expire? Anyway, after a crashed windows update caused by the application, both my KTS and KIS became Kaspersky Pure (picture below), and my android phone is still the free version of Kaspersky? Is there like a mobile and pc version of KIS? Also, the Security cloud application seems to be activated with a 3 years protection for 3 devices but my subscription is listed as free, and my current device seems to be expired. I'm lost here folks. What's the difference between Total security, Kaspersky Pure and Security cloud free? Is KSC better than Kaspersky Pure, or is it like Kaspersky SC Paid>Kaspersky Pure>Kaspersky SC Free>Kaspersky Total? What are the differences and capabilities? TA

I am using a laptop (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300U CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.71 GHz) with Windows 10 Pro ver 21H2, OS Build 19044.2728 running Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows ver 11.6.0.394. The license has expired and I wish to change to Home Premium plan for 1 to 3 users for one year with VPN and Password manager. I did the Eligibility check but it gives me an option to only renew the existing product/license and not to change to a different plan. Kindly advice as to how this change can be made at the earliest. Srinivasan

Hi, So apparently despite the fact I'm (gasp) on the internet typing this on my Chromebook Kaspersky fails to update claiming I don't have internet access. I moved closer to the modem... ran still says no internet access. I restarted reran - still says I have no internet access I uninstalled tried to reinstall... and surprise surprise it claims I have no internet access. Well that's odd because I ran a speed test and guess what... I do have internet access. No I haven't reset the modem because I don't have access to it and multiple people use it so I'm NOT going to restart it for something like this. What is going on? Thanks Snhawna

Resulta que no puedes tener el aislamiento del núcleo en Windows 11 22h2 y a la ves la proteccion mediante virtualización por hardware de Kaspersky. He estado buscando por los foros en inglés y esto se debe a que no se pueden mantener 2 virtualizaciones simultaneas en una sesión, por lo que o seleccionas la proteccion de windows 11 o dejas que Kaspersky tome el control. Por lo que veo en la aplicación de Kaspersky Premium es que esta protección mediante virtualización de hardware se utiliza para la configuración de entrada de datos y la protección contra keyloggers. Sin embargo en la web de kaspersky se indica que: Cuando la aplicación de Kaspersky se instala en Microsoft Windows 8, Microsoft Windows 8.1 o Microsoft Windows 10 de 64 bits, utiliza tecnología de hipervisor para obtener protección adicional contra malware complejo que podría interceptar sus datos personales mediante el uso del portapapeles o la suplantación de identidad (phishing). Acerca de la protección mediante virtualización de hardware (kaspersky.com) También he leído que se utiliza para la aplicación de "Pago seguro". Teniendo en cuenta esto, no me queda claro que función tiene la protección mediante virtualización de hardware y si tenerlo desactivado significa comprometer la aplicación de Kaspersky Premium. I am using Widows 11 with Kapersky premium 21.9.6.465. I like the Smart Home Monitor, but its behavior is a bid odd. My home network has about 10 devices. Today I am not at home, but using wifi in a meeting. It is grouping all the devices on this guest network with my home devices and saying it is adding them to my home network's SSID. I kept getting notification of new devices being added...finally an option to disable notifications for this network popped up and I turned off the notifications. However, the Smart Home Monitor is now showing tens of devices from all the people at the meeting as if they are part of my home network, even though is says on top my home network is not connected. Is this how this should work? I would think all these other devices should not appear on a screen with my home devices. The screenshots show the top of the screen and just some of the devices below.

Hey, I was trying to review my logins using the Password Check menu but it is very very difficult to use. The main issue for me is the constant synching. Why not have an option to synch at the end? As in you could at least disable a number of notification and then hit save instead of auto-synching that keeps doing for every entry? It also falls into an eternal synching mode I can only get out of by closing the program completely in task manager. Also, why not have a delete button for each entry as well? There are things that are old or meant for local LAN use that I could easily delete from the list without and major concerns but can't. I'd have to make up a list of them first, from the results in the Password Check window to then go back to All Entries, search and delete. Please help us out here. This is just common sense stuff that would make the user experience much more enjoyable. Thanks!

Reinstalled the application after upgrading the operating system on computer. When activating the application, I got the error message "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code".

Entre autres, il faut vérifier le reseau 5G, des hackers peuvent se cacher dedans. Comment se fait-il qu'il savent redoubler de ressources et pas vous ?

So, there's a obvious logic issue here that chocks me the fact that i didn't found anything related searching on Google before i decide to come here. How do you only offer mobile device 2fa options* (sms or authenticator apps) to access the web panel for anti theft, which the use case is mostly in cases where you indeed DON'T HAVE the mobile device? If my mobile is stolen at any circunstance and i'm interested in any of the Kaspersky anti-theft options on the web panel, what's the logic here on asking for authentication methods based on mobile device? What disappoints me is the fact that i found out this inconsistence by chance, and I would probably be helpless by a service i pay for assisting me over this kind of situation if i had been robbed. Ok, beside this, i have another question here, which is: how to setup the fast logon on my account setting of web interface? The description here of the "fast logon section" is something like: "Add services for fast logon Login in your account even fastly, in any device. add (button)" Everytime i try to add devices on this "fast logon" (which is the case basically of my personal desktop), i get redirected to another screen with login infos, with no clear description of what i've got to do. * I tried to find desktop authentication apps, but all of them are dysfunctional.

Ich habe ein zweites Konto und wir teilen dieses Abo. Das Gerät welches über das Konto von meinem Vater angemeldet ist, hat unbegrenzt VPN. Die beiden Geräten, die über mein Konto angemeldet sind, haben keinen Zugang zu dem unbegrenzten VPN.

Olá, eu preciso fazer um fresh start na minha máquina, mas possuo uma assinatura ativa do kaspersky premium. Gostaria de saber se é possível manter a licença após realizar o procedimento. Vale considerar que a assinatura é compartilhada com máquinas de familiares, são 5 membros e todos possuem uma licença ativa. Agradeço desde já a ajuda. Atenciosamente.

Since a week, my computer's internet connectivity is experiencing some issues. The internet connection is staying active in a way, but losing partially after a certain amount of time. All browsers start to show "ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED", apps and games gets partial internet connectivity, like in WhatsApp exchange of text messages happens, but no media or status, in game, many functionalities loses connection, like voice chat, text chat and changing settings, etc. I can't find any fix which is permanent, only a full system restart helps, but after sometime, again the same disconnection. Whereas, the hotspot that this same system is emitting, that doesn't loses any connection, with the hotspot, I can access the full internet on my phone. Please help to fix this, I can't understand if this is a problem of antivirus, or windows update or something else. Thank You

Moin, seitdem ich Kaspersky Premium habe, laden viele Videos einfach nicht mehr, welche vorher geladen haben.. Habe AdBlocker alles deaktiviert und dennoch kein Erfolg. Hatte das jemand auch schon mal & wie wurde es gelöst bzw. hat jemand Ideen?
