Приветствую. Стоит 10 виндовс и касперский премиум(жалко что не смог понять как оплатить тотал секьюрити заранее и потому пришлось переходить на не понятную для меня премиум). Узнать версию касперского не представляется возможным потому что он не открывается. Суть проблемы в том что когда комп только запустился я могу нажать на касперский и он покажет что он запускается, однако потом окно закрывается и всё. Больше открыть его не представляется возможным по всем способам которые я знаю.Стрелка вверх на нижней панели виндовс показывает иногда что он есть, но увы при нажатии он не реагирует. Бывает что вообще исчезает из процессов, тогда я его запускаю, на 0,5(как в 25 кадре) секунду появляется окошко запуска и снова пропадает, а в низу где стрелочка вверх появляется касперский с красным фоном и восклицательным знаком, однако при наводке мышки он исчезает. За кривоту темы заранее извиняюсь. Мне кажется что у меня какой-то вирус по той причине что в последнее уже длительное продолжение времени(я долго не пытался этим заняться, а когда пытался то ничего не получалось) он глючит. Оперативка забивается очень быстро, увы щас даже сказать не могу потому что почему то когда открыл диспетчер задач то он просто напросто открылся но не показывается, в нижнем табле виндовс есть, но увы. Надеюсь и уповаю на вашу помощь, потому что найти решений для меня не представляется возможным. Заранее благодарю хоть минимум хотя-бы за то что уделите этой проблеме внимание. Переустанавливать пытался, но это ничего не дало, пытался прочистить думал может другими получится антивирусниками,т. к. думал что вирус может только на крупные заточен антивирусники блокировать, но те ничего не находили.

Здравствуйте. Касперский буквально при каждом включении компьютера находит вот такой файл (скрин 1) Кнопка устранить не помогает. Помимо этого файла иногда появляются другие, которые удаляются с помощью кнопки устранить, но все равно опять появляются (скрин 2) Прошу помочь.

Why does the screen blink during the Performance stage of the Kaspersky installation??

In Kaspersky Premium there is an option for use hardware virtualization if available. I was wondering what exactly this feature does, the only public info I can find about it is that it helps protect your input when using Kaspersky safe browser, but is it worth it to disable Hyper-V and the Memory Integrity features in favor of Kaspersky hardware virtualization? Does it also provide some additional protection that makes it more viable than these options? I also use some Hyper-V specific features such as WSL2, but I can live without these if hardware virtualization is better.

Hello, I am inserting a USB memory into the PC. When I double click to enter the USB memory, the same place appears again. (As in the 2nd photo) It's like a USB within a USB. When I hover over it with the mouse and wait, an explanation appears. (in the 3rd photo) When I double click to enter, a small error window titled "Windows Script Host" appears as in the 4th photo. So I cannot see or access the contents of the USB. I scan it with Kaspersky Premium, Eset Online and Malware, but it comes up clean. I am adding a photo of the problem. my friend already has a Kaspersky VPN subscription and we got the "Kaspersky Premium" subscription today we tried adding more devices under the same user yet only the original Kaspersky VPN subscription is getting used can't we use the VPN from the Premium subscription?

I have kaspersky premium edition installed in my pc (windows 11 pro), I tried to install kaspersky protection extension in brave browser but it doesn't work, is there any solution because brave is my default browser.

Kaspersky password manager is excellent and have all the essential features. It even has an option to share the account credentials or secure notes. But only if instead of sharing it in a plain text a link is created which asks for the 6 digit code (which was generated when the user clicks on share option). So that it can be accessed only after entering the 6 digits code of it. Also when a link for share is created it also provides for the time duration as well as how many number of access can be made. Sharing in a plain text is not secure enough. So I hope someone from Kaspersky forwards this suggestion to the concerned app developers and teams of Kaspersky Password Manager. Hope it will be provided in the near future via an update.

I have an application that needs to access the Hosts file on Windows 11. However, when I run the application, it is denied access to the hosts file by Kaspersky Premium. If I pause protection, the app works fine, it can access and write to the Hosts File. Obviously this is something I would not rather do. I cannot find any setting inside Kaspersky Premium that will allow access to the Hosts file for either a specific application or in general. We used to be able to do it but it seems that ability has either been removed or hidden. Can anybody help please.

Hallo an das Forum, Ich habe da wo ich wohne als WLAN Sicherheit "wpa2 enterprise" und kann mich nicht direkt mit der Playstation über das WLAN Netz verbinden (und nur einen Gast Zugang also kann ich leider manuell keine Ports freigeben)... Ich verwende jetzt meinen Laptop und stelle mittels Netzwerkverbindung eine Verbindung von meinem Laptop (KSP VPN) zu der Playstation her, Problem ist nur dass ich leider NAT Type 3 habe und nicht weiß wie ich die Ports per VPN freigeben kann? Weil online habe ich gelesen dass durch einen VPN der NAT Typ veränder werden kann. Oder hat es etwas mit der Firewall zu tun bei den Kaspersky Einstellungen? Weil bei den Paketregeln habe ich nichts verändert und kenne mich leider nicht aus... Falls es jemand weiß wäre ich sehr dankbar 🙂 LG Valentin

короче, решил поиграть в игру и почему-то изи анитичит взбунтовался я начал копать и нашлась крыса "dbgcore.dll" первое ( возможно глупое) действие - удалить. а винда в ответ сказала что я теперь не админ и тд и тп мол теперь владелец некий проверенный установщик. помогите человеку пожалуйста.

Не могу удалить программу, стандартный деинсталлятор Windows выдает ошибку (это действие допускается только для установленных продуктов) После этого я решил попробовать установить утилиту удаления касперского (kavremvr) но она просто не видит программу (хотя та спокойно открывается и работает) Далее я начал искать решения на форуме и нашел англоязычную тему где модератор советует установить troubleshooter и Revo Uninstaller, первая программа не видит касперский, вторая выдает тоже самое что и Windows. Что делать в данной ситуации?

Несколько недель назад у меня начало всплывать окошко в правом нижнем углу экрана с надписью "включение защиты от вирусов и угроз", в этот же момент я открываю касперского и вижу что он находится в состоянии запуска. Подскажите, пожалуйста, почему он сам отключается, и как это исправить. 1) Операционная система: Windows 10 pro 2) Kaspersky premium 21.17.7.539 3) В отчетах видно что он сам по себе отключился и через 4 секунды запустился.

Após instalar o Kaspersky Password Manager, o mesmo trava na inicialização. Tentei reiniciar o computador mas o problema persiste e eu preciso forçar o encerramento da aplicação. Alguém sabe como proceder? Já abri chamado no suporte e até agora nada, também. Desde já, agradeço.
