Dear, Kaspersky i have seen a lot of test videos and websites that have tested your product but what all the tests show me is that pup detection is not soo good so please improve the pup detection for any kaspersky products please.

Hola a todos, Como indica el titulo tengo esa duda. Resulta que no puedes tener el aislamiento del núcleo en Windows 11 22h2 y a la ves la proteccion mediante virtualización por hardware de Kaspersky. He estado buscando por los foros en inglés y esto se debe a que no se pueden mantener 2 virtualizaciones simultaneas en una sesión, por lo que o seleccionas la proteccion de windows 11 o dejas que Kaspersky tome el control. Por lo que veo en la aplicación de Kaspersky Premium es que esta protección mediante virtualización de hardware se utiliza para la configuración de entrada de datos y la protección contra keyloggers. Sin embargo en la web de kaspersky se indica que: Cuando la aplicación de Kaspersky se instala en Microsoft Windows 8, Microsoft Windows 8.1 o Microsoft Windows 10 de 64 bits, utiliza tecnología de hipervisor para obtener protección adicional contra malware complejo que podría interceptar sus datos personales mediante el uso del portapapeles o la suplantación de identidad (phishing). Acerca de la protección mediante virtualización de hardware (kaspersky.com) También he leído que se utiliza para la aplicación de "Pago seguro". Teniendo en cuenta esto, no me queda claro que función tiene la protección mediante virtualización de hardware y si tenerlo desactivado significa comprometer la aplicación de Kaspersky Premium. Necesito saber esta información para saber si compensa desactivar la protección por aislamiento de núcleo de Windows. Hi, I am looking to purchase a version of Kaspersky. I am currently running the free version. What I am wondering is what is the difference between the four in the title. It looks like 2 completely different lines of software. I am used to the internet security and total security line, but then there is this (new?) free, basic, plus and premium suite. What is the difference between the two lines of software. Is premium comparable to total security.

Hey, I was trying to review my logins using the Password Check menu but it is very very difficult to use. The main issue for me is the constant synching. Why not have an option to synch at the end? As in you could at least disable a number of notification and then hit save instead of auto-synching that keeps doing for every entry? It also falls into an eternal synching mode I can only get out of by closing the program completely in task manager. Also, why not have a delete button for each entry as well? There are things that are old or meant for local LAN use that I could easily delete from the list without and major concerns but can't. I'd have to make up a list of them first, from the results in the Password Check window to then go back to All Entries, search and delete. Please help us out here. This is just common sense stuff that would make the user experience much more enjoyable. Thanks!

Reinstalled the application after upgrading the operating system on computer. When activating the application, I got the error message "You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code".

So, there's a obvious logic issue here that chocks me the fact that i didn't found anything related searching on Google before i decide to come here. How do you only offer mobile device 2fa options* (sms or authenticator apps) to access the web panel for anti theft, which the use case is mostly in cases where you indeed DON'T HAVE the mobile device? If my mobile is stolen at any circunstance and i'm interested in any of the Kaspersky anti-theft options on the web panel, what's the logic here on asking for authentication methods based on mobile device? What disappoints me is the fact that i found out this inconsistence by chance, and I would probably be helpless by a service i pay for assisting me over this kind of situation if i had been robbed. Ok, beside this, i have another question here, which is: how to setup the fast logon on my account setting of web interface? The description here of the "fast logon section" is something like: "Add services for fast logon Login in your account even fastly, in any device. add (button)" Everytime i try to add devices on this "fast logon" (which is the case basically of my personal desktop), i get redirected to another screen with login infos, with no clear description of what i've got to do. * I tried to find desktop authentication apps, but all of them are dysfunctional.

Ich habe ein zweites Konto und wir teilen dieses Abo. Das Gerät welches über das Konto von meinem Vater angemeldet ist, hat unbegrenzt VPN. Die beiden Geräten, die über mein Konto angemeldet sind, haben keinen Zugang zu dem unbegrenzten VPN.

Olá, eu preciso fazer um fresh start na minha máquina, mas possuo uma assinatura ativa do kaspersky premium. Gostaria de saber se é possível manter a licença após realizar o procedimento. Vale considerar que a assinatura é compartilhada com máquinas de familiares, são 5 membros e todos possuem uma licença ativa. Agradeço desde já a ajuda. Atenciosamente.

Since a week, my computer's internet connectivity is experiencing some issues. The internet connection is staying active in a way, but losing partially after a certain amount of time. All browsers start to show "ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED", apps and games gets partial internet connectivity, like in WhatsApp exchange of text messages happens, but no media or status, in game, many functionalities loses connection, like voice chat, text chat and changing settings, etc. I can't find any fix which is permanent, only a full system restart helps, but after sometime, again the same disconnection. Whereas, the hotspot that this same system is emitting, that doesn't loses any connection, with the hotspot, I can access the full internet on my phone. Please help to fix this, I can't understand if this is a problem of antivirus, or windows update or something else. Thank You

Olá! No dia de hoje , logo no ao começar ao usar o pc (primeira hora, talvez) fui informado pelo software kaspersky security sobre um ataque de rede bloqueado. No minuto seguinte (literalmente), fui informado de outro ataque. Logo passei uma verificação rápida (que nada detectou) e continuei meu trabalho nele normalmente, sem outros avisos. Pois bem, ao fim da tarde, ao retomar uma atividade no pc, após deixa-lo em desuso (ligado), ocorreu outro ataque, seguido de outro no minuto seguinte. Mais uma vez passei outra verificação e nada. Estou agora usando ele sem nada ocorrer, mas fico com preocupação. Já ocorreram outras dessas tempos antes, porem nada de estranho ou nada de prejudicial a meu pc ou aos meu dados . Só que agora quero tentar esclarecer se trata-se de falsos positivos ou algo realmente sério. Seguem imagens da segunda ocorrência. Obrigado.

I got a virus that deleted Kaspersky, so I reformatted pc and I'm going to download Kaspersky again and it has told me "An error has occurred during installation of .NET Desktop Runtime (x86). Please help quick because I am worried of getting another virus. picture below, this is also a fresh installation of windows 11. I also do not want to download that version of .NET cause its discontinued but if I have to I will.

I exported the passwords from kaspersky website's password section , it exported into txt format . Now want to reimport that exported file into my different kaspersky account but it needs csv format.

Antes eu usava o Kaspersky Total Security e isso não acontecia, isso veio a ocorrer após a atualização para o Kaspersky Premium. O problema é o seguinte: Me parece que o antivirus está bloqueando a execução do robô de trading, então as ordens de compra ou venda não estão sendo executadas. Eu já tentei configurar o programa que eu uso, no caso, Profit Pro da Nelógica, em diversos gerenciamentos de segurança como confiável, mas mesmo assim estou tendo este problema. Eu adicionei o Profit Pro da Nelógica como confiável nos seguintes locais: Configuração da Prevenção de Intrusões > Gerenciar aplicativos > Restrições e em coluna Rede > Permitir Configuração da Prevenção de Intrusões > Gerenciar recursos > Exclusões e em coluna Status > Ativar o controle Configurações do Firewall > Regras para aplicativos > Regras de Rede de Aplicativos e em coluna Rede > Permitir Antivírus de Arquivos > Configurações Avançadas > Gerenciar Exclusões > Especificar os aplicativos confiáveis e em coluna Status Ativo Antivírus de Arquivos > Configurações Avançadas > Gerenciar Exclusões > Gerenciar Exclusões > Exclusões e em coluna Status Ativo IMPORTANTE!!! Em Configuração da Prevenção de Intrusões > Gerenciar aplicativos > Restrições eu cliquei o com o botão direito em cima do software e fui em Detalhes e regras > Exclusões: [Marcado] Não verificar arquivos antes de abrir [Marcado] Não monitorar atividades do aplicativo [Marcado] Não monitorar atividades de aplicativos secundários 1) - Não sei mais o que fazer, pois na versão anterior ao kaspersky Premium(Total Security me refiro) eu não tinha nenhum destes problemas. Creio que seja algumas verificações novas de segurança que foram acrescentadas que estão interferindo na execução do robô de trading que eu uso por meio do software Profit Pro da Nelógica. Estou tentando excluir o programa de todas as verificações do anti-virus, mas mesmo assim está difícil fazer funcionar. 2)- Mesmo desativando o anti-virus, mesmo assim parece ter alguma alguma interferencia. Não sei se o antivirus fica excluindo os arquivos do robô, pois já aconteceu de eu ter de recria-lo na hora de executar, e algumas vezes até voltou a funcionar, mas logo depois não consigo usá-lo de novo!!! O que eu gostaria com este post é que alguém me ajudasse a fazer todas as configurações necessárias, para que o antivirus não interfira na execução do robô de trading, Por favor! Hello to whoever this may concern; I've recently been getting a window pop-up (from svchost.exe) that temporarily freezes everything that is focused on the desktop, even while gaming, and basically alt tabs whatever I'm focused on for about a millisecond and then re-focuses back on whatever I was on. It's super frustrating mid-game because it stops everything for a split second then tabs back in. I did extensive searching throughout my PC, didn't do any suspicious installs recently, I just bought this PC last week and only installed my games and necessary trusted software. Went on Task Manager and looked at the file path for svchost and all that I saw was filepaths in System32 (so no signs of malware). I ran multiple malware software and not one has fixed the issue yet. I get a notification ~ 5minutes telling me about the Trojan from svchost from Kaspersky. I'm currently on Microsoft Windows Version 21H2 (OS Build 22000.918) Using Kaspersky Premium version 21.7.7.393 (a) I'll also attach a log of the report I get regarding the trojan. I'd like to know a fix to this problem, as I don't want to get a notification every 5 minutes about it (I have notif's disabled, but still annoying seeing svchost.exe pop up as malware every 5 minutes)
