Übertragung der Anmeldeinformationen beim Kaspersky Passwort Manager

Hallo zusammen, hat jemand Informationen dazu gefunden, wie die Anmeldedaten vom Kaspersky Passwort Manager in den Browser oder eine App übertragen werden? Mir geht es in erster Linie darum, ob die Daten bei diesem Prozess verschlüsselt sind. Mich verwunderte die Einstellung in der Android-App, dass die Zwischenablage alle paar Sekunden geleert wird. Daher hatte ich die Befürchtung, dass dies über die Zwischenablage funktioniert. Da Informationen in der Zwischenablage im Klartext gespeichert werden, fände ich das ziemlich unsicher. Viele Grüße -
I recently purchased 5 Kaspersky Plus sealed Activation Cards. When I tried to create a My Kaspersky Account and enter the activation codes, I was advised that the codes were already activated on another My Kaspersky account. I tried a second new sealed Activation Code and this was also registered to another email account. I didn't recognise either of these email accounts. After trying to Activate the 5 newly purchased activation codes from a reliable supplier, I was only able to successfully activate 1 of the 5 activation codes. After over a week of trying to get some support with these activation codes, Kaspersky at first they though I was trying to con them, I was finally able to convince Kaspersky that I didn't activate the codes, and after they did some checking, realised that 4 of the 5 codes where Activated before the date of my purchase invoice. I'm still waiting for a response from Kaspersky saying they will replace the 4 Kaspersky Plus codes for me. All I am getting is to return them, opened, to my supplier and ask for a refund. If I can't get Kaspersky to believe me in under a week, I'm sure that a supplier isn't going to believe me without proof. Only Kaspersky has the proof. They are not fourth coming in sharing it with me. More importantly, how do Sealed Activation Code Cards get used by someone else. Again no expiation from Kaspersky. Gnomie.

Kaspersky Plus causing Windows 11 Explorer to open extremely slowly

My Windows 11 device is currently suffering from a problem that makes Explorer to launch extremely slowly and making the context menu almost unusable. The symptom looks like Explorer is taking forever to load Kaspersky's context menu. Uninstalling Kaspersky solved the issue and re-installing it can reproduce the problem. The context menu looks like this if Kaspersky is installed ("正在加载..." means Loading...) When trying to show more options, Explorer will become unresponsive and must be killed using Task Manager. If you wait long enough, the context menu will eventually load. The version of Kaspersky Plus is 21.19.7.527(a). I didn't experience this problem before yesterday, and I haven't downloaded/installed any new software during this time. I checked all other context menu entries and tried to uninstall them, but it seems like it's Kaspersky that is causing the issue. Disabling Kaspersky has no effects, it must be uninstalled for Explorer to function properly again. The last Windows Update is on 10/26 and the patch is KB5044384. I've been using Kaspersky for years and never experienced problems like this. But I think I'll just uninstall Kaspersky for my PC to handle my work properly. -

kaspersky plus 23.09.2025 браузер Firefox 132 не даёт проигрывать фильмы на okko, отключаю защиты всё ок Отключал по очереди: Антивирус, Инет Защиту, amsi , Защиту от сет. атак, Сетевой экран не помогло. Что предпринять? -
On the 18th and 19th June, I downloaded and paid for two standard and one plus version. Having realised what had happened I cancelled the unwanted versions and requested a refund. Kaspersky acknowledged the cancellations and told me I would recieve my refunds within 7 days. That was nearly two moonths ago! They have told me that they do not know how to issue refunds but are working on a solution - would you believe! Since then I have exchanged numerous emails, but have not been offered any explaination as to why there is a problem and when I might receive my refunds. It is becoming clear that they are simply trying to stall and have no intention of giving any refunds - despite their 30-day refund guarantee. Is this fraudulent trading and should I now involve Trading Standards?

Hi, I had run a quick scan about two days ago, and I hadn't noticed that the AV had found two (one?) corrupted objects and a missing file. Just wanted to know what I can do about it and what it means. Hello, I have a pos software which i run for years without any problems.But, these days, the "HEUR:Trojan.Win32.InversedShelma.gen" is detected in the *.exe file and KP try to delete it. Anyone heard about this trojan.I made a search on the google but nothing ! thanks -
Hello, dear members of the forum! In my Kaspersky settings, I have always had this "Restrict external management of this application" feature enabled, but today, testing Google Chrome Remote Desktop service, I found out that it allows me to easily change Kaspersky's settings and save the changes as well (because I can remotely click "yes" in the "Do you really want to change the settings?" window). Considering this, how do I get this external management restriction actually working? Thanks in advance!

Hello, for few months now I have been encountering really annoying situation which I have managed to track down to interactions between Kaspersky and Opera/ Opera GX The situation manifests in two ways. First, quite bothersome: If webpage has search bar to search something in site, it will take AGES to show the result (for reference, using Firefox doesn't have this issue) all the while Network console gets spammed by from?get&nocache records for several seconds to in worse case up to few minutes. Second, less bothersome: youtube. Usually, it will take either several minutes or several page refreshes/or application restarts to get the page to load. I have contacted the Opera developers and we did several troubleshooting steps, but with other users, we have pinpointed the one common thing to using Kaspersky product. If I disable the protection, the issue goes away. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? Thank you

При попытке зайти на сайт с включенным VPN выдает данную ошибку. Надеюсь на вашу помощь, спасибо ?

I need help and this starting to get frustrating. I formatted my laptop to a clean state and when I tried to reinstall the Kaspersky Plus by downloading the installer through the MyKaspersky account. The Kaspersky App on desktop keeps saying this. - Even though I just recently bought the Kaspersky Plus last August. - I tried copying the License Key on the Additional Info on the MyKaspersky according to the guides. -But it doesn't work since It only asks for 20 codes but the License Key contains about 32 numbers/letters. - Since I bought the Subscription through online. I haven't received any Activation Code on my email. I need help to fix this.- 1 reply

1. Windows 10 версия 20H2 2. Kasperksy Plus 21.18.5.438(a) 3. После перехода с KIS на Plus заметил проблему: при открытии приложений на полный экран они просто сворачиваются. Перестаёт сворачивать при открытом окне касперского либо когда он полностью выключен. Кнопка "приостановка защиты" ничего не меняет, как и игровой режим, режим не беспокоить. Переустановка плюса тоже не помогла. Спасает смена разрешения экрана на более низкое. Хотелось бы узнать решение, которое не доставит много неудобств.- 10 replies

Updating from Total Security to Plus

Asking for my customer. Correct me if I am wrong. From information given in Kaspersky sites, Total Security users can update to Plus for free as long as they still have valid licence. I don't know how the procedure goes. Does it require re-entering licence key? Or Is it supposed to be automatically done by signing in on new Plus app? I cannot find clear enough information. Sorry if this kind of questions have been asked already. I couldn't find answers in existing threads. -
Kaspersky Anti-Virus prompt asking for password while running scan

Hello, as the title says every time i run the full scan I get a prompt for a few files asking for a password, I tried my windows password or kaspersky password and it doesn't work. In this example it asked me for a Malwarebytes file which I installed myself, but there was other unknown files so I clicked "ok" without a password and deleted the file manually. What does clicking "ok" do? does that mean that kaspersky will scan and take care of the virus(if there is)? Or does clicking "ok" mean that that file is safe and it does not scan?Should i delete manually the unknown files raised?Should I click ignore? The notification is in portuguese, but it says " Enter password"; File; and then 3 options of "Ok", "Ignore", "Ignore everything" Thank you. -
Tried System restore to back 2 days ago, since i had an app bug out and i thought might as well do a restore so registry is all deleted too, but on boot up this shows, should i check for updates in kaspersky app? how to let the AV know to restore that corrupted file? would it lower the capability of AV? should i uninstall and reinstall kaspersky? so everything working properly? although system restore did its job, it removed the app but did it corrupt kaspersky? Thanks!

I wanna try out a virtual machine like Hyper-V but I have a few questions in mind, first is I have the virtualization enabled in my bios for Kaspersky, should I disable it for Hyper-V? Should I install another Kaspersky app inside the VM? or is it not needed? since its already in the host machine? and can the Host AV detect and monitor inside the VM already? or would I need the Kaspersky Security Center Application that is for used for managing VM's? or is that only used for workspace environments. I looked up and Hyper-V seems to allow GPU passthrough, I'll try to play some games on it too, but I need to update gpu drivers on VM too right? Thanks for reading and your time, have a great day!

Recentemente navegando pela Steam encontrei o jogo Visions of Mana e resolvi instalar a demo para jogar. Hoje ao abrir o jogo para minha surpresa o antivirus detectou que havia um vírus nele, fechou o jogo demo antes mesmo de começar e excluiu o arquivo. É até estranho que uma empresa como a Steam permita que esse tipo de coisa aconteça e até denunciei. Mas também, qual seria a possibilidade disso ser apenas um falso positivo?

Hy, aktuell läuft meine Lizenz aus und ich aktiviere gerade auf meinen Geräten die neue Lizenz. Auf dem PC ist es Online oder Lokal sehr einfach die neue Lizenz zu hinterlegen. Aber bei meinen Android 13 Telefonen nicht. Es ist schier unmöglich. Es gibt kein Eingabefeld. Keine Übertragungsmöglichkeit. Selbst die auslaufende Lizenz vom Telefon zu entfernen scheint absolut unmöglich. Ich hoffe es kann mir jemand helfen. -
Hola a todos, Tengo una duda sobre un comportamiento que he notado en mi PC. He visto que los procesos "Antimalware Service Executable" (parte de Windows Defender) y "Kaspersky Lab Launcher" están corriendo simultáneamente. Entiendo que el primero es el servicio antimalware de Windows, y el segundo pertenece a mi software de seguridad de Kaspersky. Me gustaría saber si es normal que ambos estén activos al mismo tiempo. ¿Debería desactivar Windows Defender al usar Kaspersky, o debería dejarlo activo? Si creéis que es mejor desactivarlo como lo hago, porque hay cosas que en la configuración de seguridad me aparecen que son controladas por Kaspersky y otras no me aparece nada de Kaspersky.
