Ho installato da anni kaspersky A.V e vpn, ma da settimana scorsa quando ho voluto rinnovare K.i.s. 21.3.10.391(K) che scade il 26 gennaio, ma mi dice che il prodotto non è più disponibile allora ho comperato una licenza su Nexway con bonifico, ma sono passati 6 giorni e non ho ricevuto niente, nessun codice. Assistenza kaspersky glielo fatto presente ma mi hanno risposto che mi avevano già risposto, peccato che era un ticket di un' altro problema. Ho riscritto mandando tutti gli screenshot e copia dell pagamento alle poste ma niente, La mia casella di posta non c'è il codice da nessuna parte, nemmeno in spam e nemmeno in MY KASPERSKY non compare nulla di aggiornato nelle licenze Aiuto... se voglio rinnovare ecco cosa mi è apparso, per questo ho pagato kaspersky-Plus con codice sconto PLUS

I recently purchased 5 Kaspersky Plus sealed Activation Cards. When I tried to create a My Kaspersky Account and enter the activation codes, I was advised that the codes were already activated on another My Kaspersky account. I tried a second new sealed Activation Code and this was also registered to another email account. I didn't recognise either of these email accounts. After trying to Activate the 5 newly purchased activation codes from a reliable supplier, I was only able to successfully activate 1 of the 5 activation codes. After over a week of trying to get some support with these activation codes, Kaspersky at first they though I was trying to con them, I was finally able to convince Kaspersky that I didn't activate the codes, and after they did some checking, realised that 4 of the 5 codes where Activated before the date of my purchase invoice. I'm still waiting for a response from Kaspersky saying they will replace the 4 Kaspersky Plus codes for me. All I am getting is to return them, opened, to my supplier and ask for a refund. If I can't get Kaspersky to believe me in under a week, I'm sure that a supplier isn't going to believe me without proof. Only Kaspersky has the proof. They are not fourth coming in sharing it with me. More importantly, how do Sealed Activation Code Cards get used by someone else. Again no expiation from Kaspersky. Gnomie.

Might be causing issues with instagram reported below. Hi guys! I'm back with a new guide, this time giving some tips of how to harden Low Restricted group. Without further delay, these are the steps to follow: 1.- Go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Protection -> Intrusion Prevention, and set: This may be a bit aggressive, so for newbies and / or standard users, probably better to leave Trust digitally signed applications enabled. That will lead to get less blocking in legit applications. 2.- Go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Exclusions and actions on object detections, and set: 3.- Now We are going to hard a bit also Trusted group, so go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Protection -> Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications. Once Manage Applications window is open, select Trusted group with Your mouse pointer, then 1 click on mouse right button -> Details and Rules, and in the new window, go to tab Rights: In this new window We have to change the selected rights in orange color, to do so, again just select with Your mouse pointer in Shut down Microsoft Windows (1), then 1 click on the small arrow down on the right (2), then select Ask User (3), and later repeat the same to enable Log events (4): Repeat the same to change the remaining orange rights shows in previous capture, once ended, click on Save (and allow saving the changes in the next Kaspersky prompt window). 4.- And finally going to harden Low Restricted group. We are going to repeat all the steps in previous point to harden Trusted group, but this time with Low Restricted group: Go to Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Protection -> Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications. Para los que no entendáis nada de inglés y estéis interesados en aplicar dichos ajustes, siempre podéis cambiar el idioma de vuestro Kaspersky temporalmente a inglés con la combinación de teclado MAYÚSCULAS + F12, y una vez aplicados, volver a castellano con MAYÚSCULAS + F5. 我是21.13正式版升级的21.15准正式版，不知道那里误操作开启了调试转储和文件跟踪保护；C盘在21.13版本与21.15早期时剩余398GB可用空间，之后由于前面说的产生回滚备份数据额外空耗掉59-60GB空间。在国内论坛求助无果，指导意见是关闭性能里面的这个调试两项和删除一个注册表键值；可惜没看到实际效果-空间并未立马得以释放出来。特此求助，也希望卡巴斯基后期功能设定提供释放回滚所需空间的选项。谢谢！

I have a small problem, each time i try to download kaspersky , it goes up until like 15%, then a small window pops up for a split second and then it gives me failed to install error , i tried redownloading it multiple times, i have used several anti viruses to check the whole pc for any malware but found nothing, the articles weren't much help either as they suggested stuff i already did,i thought that it was the plus version, i tried downloading the free one and still i failed, every time i try to download it , it gives me the same error, installation failed, your pc could be infected, well if it was infected then i wouldn't be able to download other anti viruses, if there a fix please tell me , i have been trying anything for the past days but nothing

I was surfing the web and accessing the Internet normally when suddenly I received a notification that there was a trojan in my computer by Kaspersky. I've tried running a quick scan and a full scan, but it doesn't seem to be doing very well. It still shows up when I use a web browser and log in to my personal account.
