Meine Lizenz läuft in einer Woche ab. Heute wollte ich diese verlängern und habe wie immer die 3 Geräte Kaspersky Plus Version gewählt. Zuerst habe ich dann den Code auf dem Computer meiner Mutter gespeichert . Dort wurde die Lizenz erfolgreich verlängert. Als ich dann meine eigene Lizenz verlängert wollte wurde mir der Hinweis angezeigt , dass der Aktivierungscode bereits mit einem anderen Benutzerkonto verknüpft wurde. Die Jahre zuvor hat alles immer ohne Probleme geklappt. Was soll ich jetzt machen

I just uncovered something that completely undermines the entire purpose of Kaspersky’s Safe Browsing feature. Kaspersky claims Safe Browsing runs in a virtualized, isolated environment to keep user data secure. In reality? It dumps everything in plain sight at: C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\SafeBrowser\Common\ And here’s the worst part: That folder is wide open. Any third-party program (file managers, cleaners, erasers, even malware with standard privileges) can access it. There’s no encryption, no sandbox, no ACL protection. It’s just sitting there. On SSDs, once this data is written, you can’t even guarantee complete destruction. For someone like me, who always stores browsing profiles and user data inside VeraCrypt vaults with maximum security, this is beyond unacceptable. I used Safe Browsing for months, thinking it isolated data properly. Instead, all of it was on my C drive like nothing mattered. So much for “virtualization.” What’s the point of a so-called isolated environment if the data ends up exposed on disk? It’s basically just a Chromium shell with poor storage policies dressed up as security. SO If you think you’re safe using Kaspersky Safe Browsing — you’re not. It’s a false sense of security that actually makes you more vulnerable. This is not a minor oversight. It’s a fundamental design flaw that destroys trust in the product. Until Kaspersky fixes this, assume your browsing data is not secure and take your own precautions.

Hallo Forum, bin der Empfehlung von Kaspersky gefolgt und wollte von Kaspersky Internet auf Kaspersky Plus umzusteigen. Hätte ich sein lassen sollen ! Ich hatte mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen PLUS zu Install (natürlich entsprechend der Kaspersky Beschreibung zum Vorgehen bei noch aktiver Lizenz, einschliesslich Deinstallation von Kaspersky Internet ; PC Neustart; Install Plus) Am Ende der Install kam es immer nur zur Fehlermeldung von Kaspersky Plus . Deshalb wollte ich genervt wieder zu Kaspersky Internet zurückkehren. Das funktioniert aber nicht . Keine Aktivierung möglich ! Siehe Bild. Angeblich wäre ich die max. Anzahl der Aktivierungen überschritten. 🥵 Meine noch gültige Lizenz ist für 3 Geräte. Davon wird die Kaspersky Lizenz ausschliesslich nur 2 von der 3 möglichen Geräte genutzt und die waren bislang auch angemeldet (1x PC win10 und Lapt win10). Meine Lizenz überschritten habe ich also nicht. Auch an den beiden Geräte auf denen Kaspersky installiert hat sich nicht geändert. Der Ärger kann wohl ausschliesslich durch meinem PLUS Versuch entstanden sein, obwohl ich die Anleitung zum wechsel auf Plus strikt befolgt habe Gibt es hier einen hilfreichen Tip ? Danke

Merhaba, son dönemde Microsoft Office 365 Uygulamaları için "Connecting to a website that cannot prove its authenticity" sertifika hatası alyorum. Çözüm bulamadım. Bilgisayarım güncel. Antivirüs programım güncel. Ama soruna çözüm bulamazsam kaspersky yi yenilemesini yapmayacağım. Aynı zamanda outlook'ta da eklenti sorunu çıkartıyor. Orada başlangıçta hata veriyor. Ne oldu birden anlamıyorum.

Давно не заходил в My Kaspersky,открыл профиль Kaspersky нажал управлять аккаунтом,открылся сайт но там не полный доступ,нажал войти вводится пароль с КРМ,пароль не верен.Попробовал зайти напрямую на сайт My Kaspersky,ошибка та же не тот пароль.Сбросил пароль опять пароль не верен.Как это исправить?

Добрый день, уважаемые пользователи. Подскажите пожалуйста, как удалить секретную папку? Сегодня заканчивается подписка Kaspersky Plus, я перенёс конфиденциальную информацию в другую программу, а папку Касперского хочу убрать, но похоже тут нужен специальный алгоритм, нужно её демонтировать для начала наверное. Через уничтожитель не удаляется, нужно скорее всего зайти в управление дисками или что-то в этом духе? В общем напишите алгоритм пожалуйста, как её удалить с памяти компьютера.

I purchased Kaspersky Plus today, and I did not have an account while purchasing so after payment, when it asked me for my email address in order to send receipt and product activation key, but instead of giving my account which is .yahoo, i gave .gmail.com and after realizing the mistake I contacted customer support and then they said that they have updated the email address, and that the confirmation mail would be sent to my original email within an hour. Its been almost 2 hours now and still no email, I made a ticket in the email, other than an automated ticket confirmation mail, no other response. I requested for refund, pretty much same with response. I even called their local support centre numbers but they aren't picking up. What do I do now? Any sort of help is highly appreciated.

Bueno he adquirido un servico de prestamos de varias IAs y suscripciones por el cual se me hizo muy asequible. Lo adquirí hace una semana y si bien descargue "programas dudosos" el kaspersky nunca saltó alarma. El host (vendedor) me comentó que sufrió un hackeo (robo de credenciales de sus cuentas) aunque me asegura que los clientes (como yo) no les afecto en lo absoluto no se que pensar la verdad. Recien hoy depues de 7 días de instalar y 2 días despues del hackeo me solto esta alarma. El programa ADSPower permite gestionar varias cuentas y al parecer es como una herramienta para workstation o algo así. Siempre analice cada documento con el kaspersky directamente y nunca solto nada raro. HEUR:Trojan.Script.Generic por el nombre me hace suponer que es falso positivo pero me da miedo.

I have an issue related to the exclusion feature in Kaspersky Plus, where even though I have set an exclusion for a folder, Kaspersky still scans that folder, causing the files inside it to be detected and deleted The scenario started when I tried to install the Burp extension sqlmap. After successfully installing, the extension file was automatically deleted by Kaspersky because it was detected as HEUR:HackTool.Python.Agent.gen. I then performed an exclusion for the folder C:\Users[MYUSER]\AppData\Roaming\BurpSuite, including checking the box for included subfolders. However, Kaspersky still deleted the settings.py file or other files owned by the sqlmap extension in the Burp folder. The setting I used was to uncheck all component protection in the exclusion. У меня настроено резервное копирование на внешний диск. Около 40 Гб В первый раз, что понятно, это заняло около 2 часов. Но следующие копии, настроенные по расписанию, занимает столько же времени. Вопрос почему так. Разве при копировании не должны просто перезаписываться только изменённые файлы? Я ничего не скачивал, но ощущение будто бы копирование каждый раз начинается по новой.

Muy buenas con todos, tengo una consulta y también no se si será normal, me instale el Kaspersky plus puesto que al parecer ya no hay licencias para el Kaspersky internet security, por lo que migre a Kaspersky plus, sin embargo me trajo un problema, y es que al entrar al buscador de Google en las diferentes direcciones web que me muestra el buscador aparece dos iconos de escudo de Kaspersky plus, al principio solo aparece uno pero a medida que me desplazo por los resultados van apareciendo dos y hasta tres, al principio pensé que era un bug de mi pc o del navegador lo reinicie y nada (también desinstale el Edge), pero sigue sucediendo, con el Kaspersky internet security aparecía este icono pero solo uno solo (y nunca tuve este problema, por lo que el problema apareció con el Kaspersky plus), y claro que este icono es del kaspersky security network eso lo se por que siempre lo tengo activado pero yo pienso que solo debería aparecer un solo icono como lo que pasaba en el Kaspersky internet security me gustaría saber por que es esto y si es posible arreglarlo por que personalmente me molesta por que pareciera que fuera un bug y no se ve b bien estéticamente en mi navegador porque hace que haya mucho espacios en blanco. А я давно к нему привык: по независящим от меня причинам я пользуюсь корпоративным почтовым сервером, который спам фильтрует, мягко говоря, "не до конца". И вот как раз антиспам в составе Kaspersky Internet Security прекрасно чистил мой входящий почтовый трафик (MS Outlook) от спам-писем - ошибок было немного, а перекладывал в папку спам он практически все, что нужно. И тут на тебе - я теперь имею несчастную необходимость руками разгребать посыпавшийся почтовый спам - порядка 20 писем в сутки. Какие есть возможности для того, чтобы все "вернуть как было"?
