Olá pessoal. Estou tendo problemas para navegar e consumir recuros da internet, minha internet é de 120 MB, porém o Kaspersky acaba limitando muito ela, fiz o teste no computador sem o anti-vírus e dava 70 MB (pelo WI-FI) e com o anti-vírus da de 3.5 MB a 8 MB. Alguem já passou ou passa por esse problema ao usar o Kaspersky ?

Salve, ho un problema con l'estensione per browser: quando clicco sopra l'estensione, e quindi cerco di utilizzarla, mi risponde con l'immagine allegata. Specifico che ho un abbonamento Premium e che quando apro l'app del pc mi dice d installare l'estensione seppure io l'abbia già fatto. (Ho anche provato a disinstallarla e reinstallarla).

Olá, estou com um problema no Chrome. Toda vez que faço uma busca no google, o navegador tenta realizar o download de um arquivo, que é bloqueado pelo Kaspersky. Isso acontece sempre e gostaria de resolver a questão que origina esse download, não ficar bloqueado o arquivo toda hora. It has notified me of this about 3 times in the past 11 days, the first on June 5th and the most recent today. My Kaspersky Password Manager (KPM) extension was suddenly work incorrectly although it was normal yesterday. This morning, I can't unlock my KPM extension on my Google Chrome though I typed correct master password. I tried to unlock my KPM PC app using that master password and it was fine, but the KPM extension still was not unlocked. I also reinstalled the extension but nothing changed. What's happening with me? Could you suggest me some ways to fix that? Thank you very much!

Intento entrar por ejemplo en https: //www.xatakandroid . com/ y no puedo ver nada porque no me carga. He confirmado que es culpa de Kaspersky porque cuando pauso la protección y reinicio la página la puedo ver perfectamente e interactuar en esta. Así es como la veo:

I am running Kaspersky Total Security v 21.3.10.391 on windows 10 (x64 build 19045) and windows 7, and the browser extension on both computers slowing down and sometimes making un-responsive each and everyone of my browsers, Edge, Chrome, FF, all browsers are at the latest as of 2023-05-12. On my Asus TUF windows 10, I can hear all the fans kick in when the browser starts hanging, I have verified that it is browser extension since disabling or removing the KS extension, will solve the problem, I have also on windows 10, completely uninstalled Kaspersky (VS and Extension) and reinstalled it and still have the same issue, I am not sure if this has to do with a KS update (exe or virus database) or some sort of windows update!! Please advise.

Hello, One or two weeks ago Kaspersky chrome extension stopped(greyed out) working on my pc. Mainly I use chrome. But it appears to be greyed out in Microsoft edge too. And yesterday protected browser option stopped working on both chrome and edge browsers. I have 3 separate chrome accounts for work, personal stuff etc. It doesn't work in any of these accounts. Tried to reinstall the extension but it doesn't work. My specs are - Windows 10 21H2, Kaspersky total security(21.3.10.391). AMD 5950x, 32GB ram. I tried to rename the safeBrowser Common folder but no luck. Issue still persist. I have another pc with windows 10, Kaspersky internet security. It partially work on some browsers on that pc. Can anyone please help me to fix this issue ? I have reached out to customer support but they haven't responded to me yet. Another thing that I have noticed is, Kaspersky chrome extension doesn't appear on chrome webstore search result. I can only find it using the link provided in the Kaspersky notification center. Thanks.

Hi, So apparently despite the fact I'm (gasp) on the internet typing this on my Chromebook Kaspersky fails to update claiming I don't have internet access. I moved closer to the modem... ran still says no internet access. I restarted reran - still says I have no internet access I uninstalled tried to reinstall... and surprise surprise it claims I have no internet access. Well that's odd because I ran a speed test and guess what... I do have internet access. No I haven't reset the modem because I don't have access to it and multiple people use it so I'm NOT going to restart it for something like this. What is going on? Thanks Snhawna

Hace unos días que no puedo entrar a aplicaciones que requieran conectar una cuenta mediante un browser, como Figma desktop, Github desktop, Whatsapp desktop, etc., pero una vez que suspendo mi protección de Karpersky todo vuelve a funcionar como antes y no me da errores de autenticación. Ya probé desactivando proxy y firewall, poniendo exclusiones de protección a sus respectivas paginas web y aplicaciones, pero sigue sin funcionar hasta que suspendo la protección por completo.

Actualmente pase de kaspersky internet security, a kaspersky standard, y he notado que cada vez que uso firefox el sistema se pone a consumir mas recursos, lo noto porque aumenta la velocidad del ventilador de la cpu, como que estuviera haciendo algo todo el tiempo, lo corrobore mirando el monitor de recursos, yo creo que es kaspersky que por alguna razon no le gusta mucho el firefox, y esta todo el tiempo buscando amenazas, o le resultan sospechosos los procesos de firefox quizas. A pasado de quedarse congelado firefox viendo youtube, y de escuchar el audio del video y lo demas todo congelado, y luego vuelve a la normalidad, por el momento estoy buscando el responsable de esos congelamientos de firefox, a veces lo ocasionaba el driver de nvidia en ciertas versiones, y justo ahora se actualizo el firefox, windows, los drivers de nvidia y pase a kaspersky standard, asi que son muchos cambios en el sistema y quizas alguno de esos cambios esta ocasionando algun problema de rendimiento. Nota aparte, kaspersky standard me informa que tengo instalada la extensión de kaspersky en chrome y firefox, pero no en edge, sin embargo si esta instalada, kaspersky no se da cuenta, la desisntale e instale la extension en edge, y kaspersky sigue sin detectarla, me dice sin activar. Ya encontrare al culpable del aumento de consumo, quizas es algo de nvidia o un bug en firefox que lo arreglaran en el proximo parche, de momento esos son los unicos inconvenientes que he tenido al pasar a la nueva version de kaspersky, me gustaria tambien que se vuelva a indicar la fecha y hora de la ultima actualizacion de las bases de kaspersky, en kis si lo hacia, ahora solo dice que estan actualizadas, por no se hace cuanto tiempo fue la ultima actualizacion. Estoy usando las ultimas versiones de todos los softwares mencionados, ya sea windows 10, kaspersky, firefox, edge chrome, driver de nvidia etc.

Olá bom dia. Gostaria de publicar no fórum um problema que estou tendo que a princípio conversei o suporte do Google, mas descobrimos que o problema pode estar no Anti-vírus Kapersky que pode estar interferindo na sincronização do Google Drive, pois este não reconhece o certificados de segurança oriundos do Google. Segue uma porção da conversa por e-mail que tive com suporte do Google: Então eles do suporte puderam reconhecer que o problema não deveria estar nas aplicações do Google. E até mesmo acessar o gmail.com.br tem uma notificação que me informa que o site não é confiavel. Infelizmente para sincronizar os arquivos com o Google Drive preciso desligar e sair da aplicação do Kapersky Total Security 21.3.10.391, pausar a aplicação não funciona. E depois de sincronizados abrir a aplicação novamente, o que eu acho que me deixa desprotegido e tenho arquivos muito importantes de trabalho no meu computador pessoal. Até perdi alguns documentos pois ao fechar o Google Drive sem sincronizar a documentação deletou alguns documentos muito importantes. Informo esse erro aqui no fórum para ajudar o Kapersky a ser um aplicativo melhor, gosto muito do produto e também espero resolver este problema.

Bonjour, J'utilise le site "https://www.capitalkoala.com/" pour avoir un peu de cash back pour mes enfants lors de mes achats sur le net. Quand j'active l'option anti-bannières dans Kaspersky Standard il m'est impossible de bénéficier des cash back car tout est bloqué par kaspersky. Pour résoudre mon souci je désactive l'option puis je la réactive une fois mon achat avec cash back fait, c'est source d'oubli ! Voilà ma demande : Le site Capital Koala propose une api avec les sites qui sont en partenariat avec eux pour les cash back : "https://www.capitalkoala.com/api/adblock" Cette api est à l'origine prévu pour les bloqueurs de pub comme Adblock afin d'y créer les exclusions pour Adblock automatiquement et les maintenir à jour. Est il possible d'utiliser cette api dans l'anti-Bannières de Kaspersky ? ça serait très pratique ! A vous lire cdt Francis

При входе в ksc web console с портом 8080 появляется такое окно (см.скрин) .Постоянно крутит в любом браузере. Все браузеры обновлены до последней версии. Брандмауэр отключен и на сервере и на клиенте. Правила для 8080 порта также были прописаны. Ничего не помогает... Не заходит и на сервере администрирования также. Странно, что примерно пол месяца назад заходил без проблем, ничего с того времени не поменялось, но теперь висит. Он как-будто пробивается туда, но ничего не отображает. Если же вводить неправильные логин/пароль, выдает ошибку. Что может быть? Ответов не нашел, а все что было по похожей теме - попробовал. -

Since a week, my computer's internet connectivity is experiencing some issues. The internet connection is staying active in a way, but losing partially after a certain amount of time. All browsers start to show "ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED", apps and games gets partial internet connectivity, like in WhatsApp exchange of text messages happens, but no media or status, in game, many functionalities loses connection, like voice chat, text chat and changing settings, etc. I can't find any fix which is permanent, only a full system restart helps, but after sometime, again the same disconnection. Whereas, the hotspot that this same system is emitting, that doesn't loses any connection, with the hotspot, I can access the full internet on my phone. Please help to fix this, I can't understand if this is a problem of antivirus, or windows update or something else. Thank You

Moin, seitdem ich Kaspersky Premium habe, laden viele Videos einfach nicht mehr, welche vorher geladen haben.. Habe AdBlocker alles deaktiviert und dennoch kein Erfolg. Hatte das jemand auch schon mal & wie wurde es gelöst bzw. hat jemand Ideen?

Recently I've been having constant problems watching videos online. On some sites, like Netflix and Prime Video, I don't have any problems, but on others, like CTV, it's impossible to watch any video. Even YouTube crashes from time to time. On any site that I access (apart from those mentioned), I start watching any video, and after a few minutes of playback a message appears saying that the video cannot be played. Error code 241001 usually appears. The problem happens in all my browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi and Yandex). I found a post from 2019 here on the forum from a person with the same problem, saying that it solved the problem by turning off Anti-Banner and Private Browsing. I've tried disabling both, but nothing has changed. The only thing that stops this problem from happening is disabling the entire antivirus. In my last test I turned off the antivirus for an hour and started watching a movie. About six minutes after the antivirus came back the movie crashed. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to solve this problem? My Kaspersky version is 21.6.7.351. My operating system is Windows 10 Core x64, version 21H1, build 19043.2130.

Hello, Kaspersky is blocking a trojan when I try to access the following website : https : // lignemeuble . com/ And I can't access the website with computers that have Kaspersky installed. I can access the website on computer without Kapsersky, or if I disable Kaspersky. The problem could be replicated on an two different computers.
