Hi, When processing a function, this message appears. We noticed that the antivirus was updated to the latest version in the past few days. After exiting the antivirus, the function works normally. We would like to seek assistance on whether the antivirus needs to allow this link or if there is another way to handle it.

Extremely Disappointed With the Latest VPN Update!

This is honestly the worst update I’ve ever seen. The removal of essential features, such as the router feature, protocol selection, and dual VPN, has significantly reduced the functionality and flexibility that made this VPN worth using in the first place. On top of that, reducing the number of available servers and introducing a new data-processing agreement tied to PureVPN raises serious concerns for me. Please bring back the previous version or restore the features that were removed. The “new infrastructure” may meet internal standards, but from a user perspective, this update feels like a major downgrade. If this direction continues, you will likely lose long-time customers who relied on the tools and privacy options that you’ve now taken away.- 47 replies

Само обновление происходит с сервера обновления, на который я установил Kaspersky Update Utility В какой пакет обновлений входит данный файл? After last update with Ai Sites start struggle to load. I mean now there need hit F5 button sometimes it helps sometimes not. Also, it happens with pages that hosted within my home network i host http:/ page with SQL engine on backend on my phone and access to it via Wi-Fi and it struggle to open (first open work then it stuck and i have to close and reopen browser (Edge used for not secured traffic and Firefox used via internet security app) or kill Kaspersky app to continue using it. Before app update my home-network page works seamlessly. PS: I would just leave feedback but i cannot find how do that in Kaspersky Premium app.- 2 replies

Dear Kaspersky Technical Support Team, I am currently using Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES) to manage our server environment. Recently, I observed some unexpected behavior while executing a local PowerShell script (test.ps1) on one of our managed hosts. I would like to clarify how KES handles local scripts and verify some network activity. 1. Automated Script Execution in Remote/Sandbox Environments When a local PowerShell script is executed, does Kaspersky Endpoint Security (via KSN or Advanced Threat Prevention) upload the script or its metadata to Kaspersky’s cloud infrastructure for analysis? Specifically, if the script contains network-outbound logic (e.g., API calls via Invoke-RestMethod), is it possible that the script is being executed or "detonated" within a Kaspersky sandbox environment, causing the API calls to originate from a non-local IP address? 2. IP Address Verification During our security audit, we detected outbound connections to the following IP address: IP Address: 79.104.209.194 Port: 443 / 13111 Could you please confirm if this IP belongs to the Kaspersky Security Network (KSN) or any official Kaspersky update/analysis servers? We need to verify if this is legitimate traffic or an unauthorized lateral movement attempt. 3. Context of the Issue We received automated alerts from our internal API (triggered by the script) that originated from an unrecognized environment. We suspect that KES might be performing a "Cloud Sandbox" analysis which triggered the script's logic externally. I look forward to your technical clarification on these points to help us refine our security policies.

VPN is not working in Russia after signing a new agreement on 2-3 March 2026

Please tell us if vpn will work in russia or not? I bought this vpn in abroad not in Russia 4 years ago and renewing it every year. Since Tuesday, it has stopped working after policy update. So this vpn will ever work or not. Refund money then. Russian version of kaspersky vpn is completely useless because WhatsApp, instagram, YouTube, dont work with that vpn. So whats the point of buying that vpn if nothing gets unblocked. I renewed this vpn in august last year and now its too late to ask apple for refund. So better kaspersky refunds money directly . atleast , tell us clearly if this vpn will ever work or not ?? since everything is blocked in russia , without vpn , its not possible to survive and talk to family. Your russian version of vpn is useless because it unblocks nothing. Reply asap -

Hello. I had a Kaspersky VPN that was working perfectly. With the latest update, my NAT setting for online games was changed from "Moderate" to "Strict." I'm experiencing significant lag and increased ping in games. I also noticed that some important settings in the program settings have been removed. (Catapult Hydra and Wireguard options have been removed.) - (DNS configuration page has been removed.) I kindly ask you to fix these issues as soon as possible. I don't want to look for another VPN. VPN is not working in Russia after signing a new agreement on 2-3 March 2026

Since yesterday, my vpn is not working after policy update. Vpn gets connected but doesn’t open anything. Without vpn , its so hard to use WhatsApp and to call family abroad. Emailed Kaspersky many times , even called them today but nothing so far. Please fix this problem. Its so hard to survive without vpn these days. -
We use Endpoint Security Cloud and it seems like after every major update we have a handful of devices with the following messages: -Security application is installed but it is not running. -Security application is installed but real-time protection is disabled. Restarting the client does not help. The only fix seems to be manually removing Kaspersky and reinstalling, which can be time consuming. Is there a quicker repair fix for this?

IIS requests slowed down

After the last version update, making any requests to locally installed MS IIS webserver unbeliebable slowed down, sometimes it takes 30-40 seconds or more. This is a developer windows workstation, we use IIS for testing new web development locally. If we turn off Kaspersky protection the issue disappears. Kaspersky Small Office Security 21.24.8.522 My worskstation is a Windows 11 Professional x64 Build 26200 IIs version: 10.0 On another workstation with Windows 10 Pro we experienced the same problem. Non local requests works well. I tried turn off only safe browsing component, but it does not solve the error. -

I live in Egypt and I like Kaspersky because it's very strong in terms of protection. I'm wondering if it's available for download in Egypt. My second question is, does it update automatically in the background, or do I have to update it manually from your official website?

Moin. Es geht hier nur um Android Geräte. Bei aktualisieren werden nur irgendwelche "Stores" angeboten, wo man erst wieder ein Konto einrichten muss. Ich möchte einfach einen direkten Link zu der aktuellen APK dirket bei Kaspersky haben, warum gibt es das nicht? Jedesmal wenn ein Update benachrichtigt wird, muss erst mit Browser ins Internet und dann bis zu den APK durcharbeiten, warum so kompliziert? Weis da jemand mehr? Gruß -

Just to piggyback on here I use the android kaspersky premium app that has the vpn built in and it was forced to update today seemingly a few hours ago and its stopped certain parts of apps loading properly, cant share images from gallery or paste them into discord. Cant access duckduckgo. Couldnt load anything inside google play store or samsung store with the vpn on. Couldnt load grok inside x app until i changed dns to one.one.one.one. Not sure what youve changed but it seems to have caused me a great deal of problems on a product that was working perfectly. -

Still show the same issue I've been having for over two years. If the A.I. can't fiz the problem itself, I don't know who will. ( You can real my previous topicos about bug reports and Will mention this issue exactly ). And yes, I have unistalled KS 21.23 back November last year in my few attempts to solve this mystery I've been having where any scan uppon finishing they will forever be registered in the report page, and sometimes not. Uppon refreshing the page or closing, the scan simply vanish and don't get registered. Now about the Company oficially putting stamps all over the interface, and which modules are being affected is quite intrusive. Did the AI itself decide to use purple while the rest of the program use Green orrr? How about in a Future update let the user change this apperance aspect of the layout. -

When i installed 21.24, i immediately noticed the new AI label and really appreciated it because it tends to specify that protection has been improved by "new" or more updated algorithms. Many people recommend "debloiting" your Windows 11 PC from all AI apps, such as Copilot, because AI uses personal data sent to various servers around the world, in addition to seriously consuming the local PC's resources. I have an HP Gaming PC and debloiting my PC is faster and more responsive. When i saw the AI label in 21.24, i never thought about intrusion like Copilot and the processing of personal data, instead, as i already wrote, i only thought about more updated algorithms. Viruses are increasingly increasing their intrusion capabilities and Kaspersky needs to update and improve its increasingly better virus protection capabilities more than viruses. The introduction of the AI label demonstrates that Kaspersky is "present" and working, not just standing still. I like seeing the AI label, so I'd opt for options to implement: - make the label and AI references visible (disabled|enabled) - use the new updated AI algorithms (disabled|enabled) -
After the latest Kaspersky VPN update, the service has become practically unusable for anyone who needs accurate manual location selection. Here is a concrete example: I manually select Taiwan as the VPN location whatismyipaddress.com identifies the IP as Pakistan ipinfo.io identifies the same IP as Taiwan Other services sometimes identify it as Germany This is not about “hiding my real location” — that part works fine and is obvious to everyone using a VPN. The real issue is that manual location selection no longer corresponds to a consistent or reliable IP geolocation. In practice, this means: different websites see me as being in different countries at the same time services that rely on strict geolocation either block access or behave unpredictably the selected country becomes more of a label than an actual location Support responded with a generic explanation of how VPNs hide real locations, which completely misses the point. What users actually need to know is: are these locations virtual locations? does Kaspersky VPN still guarantee country-accurate IP addresses when a user manually selects a country? If the answer is “no”, that should be stated clearly in the UI and documentation. At this point, the unfortunate conclusion is that Kaspersky VPN has significantly degraded after the update, while the Kaspersky Antivirus product remains excellent and reliable. I’m posting this here not to complain for the sake of complaining, but to get a clear technical explanation and hopefully prevent other users from wasting time troubleshooting something that is actually a design decision.

False positive nach Aktualisierung der Aquasuite

Hi @DedSec, danke für den Screenshot, er kann manches erklären. Wie Du sehen kannst, wird die Software, egal wie nützlich sie ist, eher von wenigen Nutzern eingesetzt. Daher war es gut und hilfreich, die Datei an den Support zu senden. Mir war sie bis zu Deinem ersten Post im Januar unbekannt, Kasperky dürfte es ähnlich gehen "Weniger als 100 Benutzer [...] haben dieses Programm verwendet". Dein Screenshot kann aber auch auf ein Hersteller-Problem hinweisen. Das digitale Zertifikat der .exe wird zwar als im Prinzip gültig anerkannt, es wird aber von keiner anderen Stelle bestätigt. Ein Programm ohne zweifelsfreies digitales Zertifikat kann bei Kaspersky nicht in die Gruppe "Vertrauenswürdig" aufgenommen werden, dafür muss alles stimmen. Dein eigentliches Problem wurde allerdings von der Setup-Datei verursacht. Falls diese (hatte ich eigentlich angefragt) ebenfalls über kein zweifelsfreies Zertifikat verfügt, darf sie als beschränktes Programm natürlich einige geplante Aktionen (Treiberinstallation, Programmaktualisierung, Regitryänderungen,...) nicht durchführen. Mal sehen, was das nächste Update der Suite bringt. Jetzt kann ich es besser einordnen.
