Hello, we have encountered a situation where some Kaspersky Endpoint Security clients on certain users' PCs running version 11.0.1.xxxxx( 11.0.1.15919 and 11.0.1.90) are unable to perform software updates or database updates to the latest version, whereas KES version 11.0.0.6699 (an older version) with certain Kaspersky Network Agent versions like 10.5.1871 and 10.0.1131, can update without a hitch. We have comb through the update logs and audit logs from KES. For user PCs that failed to run the update task, all update entries end with "No updates available," while for the versions that ran successfully the update entries have "Completed" status. The Kaspersky Security Center (KSC) being used is 11.0.0.1131( is this too outdated ?) . KSC is installed on Windows Server 2012 R2. The license details installed on KSC are "Kaspersky Next EDR Foundations South-East Asia Edition. 100-149 Users, 1-Year Renewal Plus License" We have already tried clearing the KSC update repository and redownload the repo but to no avail. The preliminary end date of the database and module updates for this version is October 4, 2026. Without these updates, the application will no longer be able to detect new threats or provide effective protection against them. We recommend updating to the latest application versions: 4.0.0.236 and 4.5.0.637. We’ve also published security advisories for KICS for Nodes 2.6.0.785. It is especially important to update as soon as possible if this version is used in a critical infrastructure environment. A kaspersky já a foi boa. Estou viajando pelos eua e não consigo atualizar meu antivirus. Tentei enviar duas vezes o formulario do site e nada. Tentei ligar para o telefone de suporte no brazil 551142801773 e nada. Sera que por sinal de fumaca alguem atender. Estou muito frustrado. Eles vendem uma licença nova por 95 e a atualziação por 219, alguém ja viu isso a atuaização custar mais caro que o produto novo? Kaspersky used to be good. I’m traveling in the United States and I can’t update my antivirus. I tried submitting the form on the website twice and got no response. I also tried calling the support phone number in Brazil (+55 11 4280-1773) and nothing. At this point, maybe someone will answer through smoke signals. I’m very frustrated. They sell a new license for 95, but the renewal costs 219. Has anyone ever seen a renewal cost more than a brand-new product? -

Hi everyone, I have been using Kaspersky Password Manager on Android for several years without any issues. However, starting today, a pop-up notification appears every time I open the app. When I click the 'Let's update' button, it redirects me to the GetApps store, but there is no update button available to download the latest version. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. For context, I downloaded the app from GetApps (the Xiaomi app store). Could you please help me understand what this notification means and how to fix it? Thank you. P.S. the current version of Kaspersky Password Manager installed on my device as pic3 -

After last update with Ai Sites start struggle to load. I mean now there need hit F5 button sometimes it helps sometimes not. Also, it happens with pages that hosted within my home network i host http:/ page with SQL engine on backend on my phone and access to it via Wi-Fi and it struggle to open (first open work then it stuck and i have to close and reopen browser (Edge used for not secured traffic and Firefox used via internet security app) or kill Kaspersky app to continue using it. Before app update my home-network page works seamlessly. PS: I would just leave feedback but i cannot find how do that in Kaspersky Premium app.- 3 replies

Moin. Es geht hier nur um Android Geräte. Bei aktualisieren werden nur irgendwelche "Stores" angeboten, wo man erst wieder ein Konto einrichten muss. Ich möchte einfach einen direkten Link zu der aktuellen APK dirket bei Kaspersky haben, warum gibt es das nicht? Jedesmal wenn ein Update benachrichtigt wird, muss erst mit Browser ins Internet und dann bis zu den APK durcharbeiten, warum so kompliziert? Weis da jemand mehr? Gruß -
We use Endpoint Security Cloud and it seems like after every major update we have a handful of devices with the following messages: -Security application is installed but it is not running. -Security application is installed but real-time protection is disabled. Restarting the client does not help. The only fix seems to be manually removing Kaspersky and reinstalling, which can be time consuming. Is there a quicker repair fix for this?

After the latest Kaspersky VPN update, the service has become practically unusable for anyone who needs accurate manual location selection. Here is a concrete example: I manually select Taiwan as the VPN location whatismyipaddress.com identifies the IP as Pakistan ipinfo.io identifies the same IP as Taiwan Other services sometimes identify it as Germany This is not about “hiding my real location” — that part works fine and is obvious to everyone using a VPN. The real issue is that manual location selection no longer corresponds to a consistent or reliable IP geolocation. In practice, this means: different websites see me as being in different countries at the same time services that rely on strict geolocation either block access or behave unpredictably the selected country becomes more of a label than an actual location Support responded with a generic explanation of how VPNs hide real locations, which completely misses the point. What users actually need to know is: are these locations virtual locations? does Kaspersky VPN still guarantee country-accurate IP addresses when a user manually selects a country? If the answer is “no”, that should be stated clearly in the UI and documentation. At this point, the unfortunate conclusion is that Kaspersky VPN has significantly degraded after the update, while the Kaspersky Antivirus product remains excellent and reliable. I’m posting this here not to complain for the sake of complaining, but to get a clear technical explanation and hopefully prevent other users from wasting time troubleshooting something that is actually a design decision. -

In Windows 7 with updates I have installed Kaspersky Free 21.23.6.614 and it worked good. I performed update and patch A is installed. After restart I have a crash of Kaspersky. In Event viewer have only this: In log have error in file traffic_processing.dll. Here is attached log: I hope this will help to developers.

After updating WIndows, specifically the 2025-11 Security Update (KB5068861), Kaspersky VPN's window a red "connection unavailable" banner and I cannot turn on VPN at all, even though my Internet connection is still fine. Is there any way to fix this?
