SARDI02 posted a topic in Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, PremiumHi, I updated Kaspersky Standard, and had the same problem as below; then i install on top of it, complete new version of Kaspersky Standard through my-kaspersky. The app don’t want to activate, with activation code nor with my-kaspersky credentials - active licence for 5 devices, working on other devices where the update didn't take place. it says internet problem: “couldn’t sign in to your account / check your internet connection and try again.” I tried all proxy server settings and nothing. please what to do? -

chavs_uk replied to Stbn's topic in Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premiumprior to switching to kaspersky, i was with mcafee for many years. my primary use was/is the "safe kids" features, phone tracking, monitoring etc, which mcafee used to be great for. but when my annual renewal went through, it did an update and all of their kids safety features, tracking etc, had been removed! ended up having to claim a full refund and switched to kaspersky after that. in my case, i'm not aware of any other providers who do the same sort of kids safety tracking/monitoring features, but it looks like i'll have to start looking! -

Password manager wont work on my phone anymore so thats fun I cant access anything. So what exactly am i paying for? A broken service with no fix in site? No updates from Kaspersky at all about what is a clear world wide problem. This has cemented it for me I will now be finding another service. This is 100% unacceptable for a security program. WHAT THE FK IS HAPPENING? UPDATE US!!!!!!! Do i need to contact the Australia Government to pressure you into providing us answers? Currently have a subscription for an unusable digital product thats not particularly cheap. Stop treating your customers like junk or we will go away. UPDATE US ON WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO FIX IT. -

I did see that, right now, antivirus database updates continue. My main concern is the following: You know how the main Kaspersky app connects to your MyKasp. account to validate your subscription status, and if a certain number of days pass and it can't connect, you get a red dot next to the "Profile" tab on the main left-hand menu on the app? My question is: ♦ What will happen if the issue isn't resolved before you get the red dot? Will antivirus protection stop? ♦ If so, is there a way that Kaspersky can send out an emergency/temporary patch (via the DB update channels) that can make AV protection *not* stop when it can't connect? I understand Kasp will want to make sure subscriptions are active, so maybe put a one-month expiration on the patch or something? Thanks in advance! It's been nearly 48 hours now with absolutely no support update apart from the usual "our team is working to restore service as a priority and we apologise". If we take into account the full day of lost service earlier in the week, that's THREE FULL DAYS so far with no service and no proper update as to what has happened and when it will be fixed. I don't wish to sound rude, but we are paying for this service, and the total lack of any useful, helpful updates is simply not good enough. I went onto the Kaspersky live chat support last night, it said "wait time 6 minutes". Once I'd input a load of details including name, email, licence key etc etc, it then said "Connected.. wait time 29 minutes.." I waited over 15 minutes with no reply, before a bot message appeared saying "this chat has ended". Again, this is not good enough for paying customers.

Sorry for my intrusion but I've having a problem that seems to show similarities where in the front page of Kaspersky Standard at 'Scam Protection' column show everything Green except for data leak Scan in gray. My Profile also has been stuck in a loop trying to connect to My Kaspersky even offline. Although I can still do actions, check my active license working (206 days left). I have notice only Tonight. Was this caused by some data bank update from October 10? -

It was off the other day for over 24 hours, it came back online for around 1 day, then went off again almost 24 hours ago. So that's nearly 48 hours of their systems being down, with no update for customers other than the usual "we're working hard to fix it". It's definitely an issue with their service, nothing wrong on your side. Just a shame that's (up to now) almost 48 hours of no service, and still no indication of how much longer it's going to take them to fix their own products.

scope replied to scope's topic in Für PrivatanwenderDanke dir @harlan4096 aber dieses Mal warte ich auf die offiziell freigegeben Links. Bei der MR26 habe ich die startup-Datei genutzt, war aber dann unsicher, weil diese von den später offiziell freigegebenen abgewichen ist . Und soweit ich mich erinnern kann, meinte @Schulte glaube ich, dass es im schlimmsten Fall theoretisch sein könnte, dass die Version noch zurückgezogen wird. Daher warte ich dieses Mal lieber, hoffe aber, dass entweder der Download offiziell bald verfügbar ist oder es eben per automatischem Update kommt. -

Im spanischen Forum stehen auch Links zu dieser startup-Datei, aber diese will ich dieses Mal vermeiden, nicht dass es vielleicht doch noch zurückgezogen wird. Daher lieber auf die offizielle Seite bzw. MyKaspersky warten. Ich hoffe mal es kommt demnächst, da ich diese Woche Zeit hätte.

MR27 (21.27.6.532) wurde freigegeben und steht zum Download bereit. Das automatische Update wurde für die ersten Rechner ebenfalls gestartet. Nach der Installation werden zwei Berechtigungen (KSN und Werbung durch KL) abgefragt, sie können auch abgelehnt werden. Da die Datenbanken nicht aktuell sind, empfehlen wir ein zeitnahes Update mit anschließendem Rechner-Neustart. Neuerungen in der neuesten Programmversion
