15 year USA Kaspersky user and subscription about to run out. How exactly do I renew?

Thank you for getting back to me... I appreciate it.. So there's nothing I can do about this then from what you said? It's interesting I can get Total Security to work, but once I try one of the new-product installs it searches for an updated version and then installs that. I will say that I never was upgraded to the other AV you guys were pushing out to all USA users, and I actually just recently got a new Update to Kaspersky Premium with AI integration, a month or so ago (I thought it was actually upgrading me to the other AV, but nope), all without using a VPN, so my setup was working great.... BUt now idk... I will try installing these on a new machine as well as another install of Windows, but it makes me wonder what it could be? Is it actually a USA problem? I would think with a VPN to UK it wouldn't be an issue then. I also tried VPNing into Mexico. Should I maybe try uninstalling Total Security again? The issue happened BEFORE I even installed Total Security, but I had the other AV protecting my computer at the same time, so I doubt that's the issue, especially since Kaspersky products should just upgrade to the latest and remove the old versions, which is how I've always seen it done when installing a new version. I don't want to believe that it wouldn't install at all because of Total Security(it should just upgrade it, no?) and the other AV it asks to uninstall, but when I first installed the other AV, it was a limited copy, so I assume Kaspersky would act the same or something ? The thing that bothers me is that I'm using installs that I had in my download's folder for 2 years (January 2024), when I first Installed Premium, which clearly worked, so my assumption I that when it says "Searching for newer Updates" something in the system is doing something when installing. I will say that I think the install fails at different points. I recall that I think I missed the first install fail% or that it was about 14%. Then I saw it go to about 35% Then 42?% The last one looked to be 51%. There were a few that I'm sure I missed because I had gone away and didn't watch it, or for the ones I saw I might have looked away and not seen it go up anymore, so . At first I wasn't sure if I just wasn't properly paying attention because I wasn't watching it, but it definitely looks to be going up in % before failing. I might keep trying to see if it somehow will complete, but it's a very weird situation. -

Thank you very much for your replies. In the meantime, I installed the update with Kaspersky disabled, after managing to uninstall the program through a complicated workaround, since Kaspersky had also deleted the uninstallation file. Since it would be too much trouble to reset everything just to reproduce the error, I won’t be creating a report. If this happens again, I hope I’ll remember to do so in time. -
False Positive Moza Updater / MaintenanceTool

I was just about to update the "Moza Pit House" software, but during installation, MaintenanceTool.exe and MOZA Updater.exe were "detected" as PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic. According to the internet, other antivirus providers have already encountered this problem with older versions. When I try to restore the files, I get a message saying the folder no longer exists, even though I can open the file path. Now I have to reinstall the software. Even when I reinstall it, I'm asked to update, and Kaspersky wants to delete the data again. I uploaded the files to VirusTotal, since I'm not sure if I'm allowed or should upload them here. Kaspersky Standard für Android ( VPN & Security by Kaspersky ) im Galaxy Store verschwunden ?

Frage an an die Profis. War heute im Galaxy Store und wollte mal checken ob ein Update vorliegen sollte. Bin dann im Store auf o. g. Programm gegangen, wollte öffnen und bekam dann die folgende Meldung: " Dieser Inhalt ist für dein Telefon nicht mehr verfügbar. Wende Dich an an den Inhaltsanbieter wenn du Unterstützung für dein Telefon hinzufügen möchtest. (2298:9931:25506df94021) " Was hat das zu bedeuten ? Hat man auch hier Kaspersky entfernt - oder stimmt was mit meinem Galaxy nicht. War dann auf der Webside von Kaspersky, habe mir die APK-Datei heruntergeladen - keine Chance diese zu installieren. Alles geschützt und gesperrt. Was muss ich tun, kann ich machen. Bekomme ja sonst keine Softwareupdates mehr . -

Ich hatte bis zum letzten Update der VPN-App immer (Kaspersky Plus) mit Double-VPN. Da ich es länger nicht benutzt hatte, fiel mir erst jetzt auf dass es nicht mehr dabei ist. Ebenso fehlt das Protokoll bei dem man die Verschlüsseliúngsmethode einstellen konnte. -

Hello @Juliammm, Welcome! Logging into (your) MyKaspersky account is different to logging into the Kaspersky Support Forum. What is the ERROR-message? For the logging into (your) MyKaspersky account is it from the installed Kaspersky application OR via a browser? IF it's 'browser' - try another browser. Make sure Windows OS is *updated* to the latest version & build -> Select Start , go to Settings Update & Security Windows Update > select Check for Windows updates? IF it's via the Kaspersky application, shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power-button, login to the computer, recheck IF (you) can login to the MyKaspersky account? IF the 'unable to log into MyKaspersky account' issue persists, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com.br/b2c/br#contacts, on the support page select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history*, please do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request: Also Kaspersky Customer Service will assist if the purchase needs to be canceled. Interim update : Patch 21.24(a) did not resolve this display issue , let's wait for the fix with a next Patch or Kaspersky version 21.25 scheduled for release in April. -
Hi, When .d update for Kaspersky 26.0.0.150 is installed Kaspersky Protection Extension for Safari and its icon automatically disappear. Kaspersky app tells you Safari Extension is activated, but it really no longer appears as an extension installed in the Safari app. This only happens when D version is installed. No trouble with 26.0.0150.c. The problem is than installation of the newer version is mandatory, and not an option. Please check this issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling Kaspersky doesn't solve the problem. I've checked a couple of times on Macbook M1 Pro and latest MacOS software versions installed: Tahoe 26.3.1 and Safari 26.3.1.

В GSI, файл Network_diagnostics - там будут пинги/трейсы до сайтов ЛК. У меня например вот так: Tracing route to eemea.activation-v2.geo.kaspersky.com [212.5.89.37] over a maximum of 30 hops: Trace complete. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The tracert command to Kaspersky Public update source result: Command: tracert dnl-00.geo.kaspersky.com Tracing route to dnl-00.geo.kaspersky.com [93.191.13.100] over a maximum of 30 hops: Trace complete. Можете сравнить со своим, ну и у пострадавших запросить первые два сегмента GSI- думаю под "персональные данные" не попадет, судя по адресам - там точность +/- провайдер. -

Confirm please - Version 25H2 OS BUILD 26200.7922 is *not* from Insider Release Preview Channel, that 26200.7922 has been commercially released? -> Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history - find 26200.7922, post a full-screen-screen-print? Само обновление происходит с сервера обновления, на который я установил Kaspersky Update Utility В какой пакет обновлений входит данный файл? Я перебрал несколько вариантов, но ни к чему не пришёл Выбраны следующие пакеты обновлений: Данные пакеты соответствуют версиям KES и сервера администрирования В расширенных настройках активировано "загружать программные модули" и "загружать дифференцированные обновления" Загружать локализации: ru -

Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, aber möglicherweise besteht dieses Problem seit dem automatischen Update von v21.23 auf v21.24, denn vor der Version 21.24 sind mir in der Rubrik Datenleck-Überprüfung keine Ungereimtheiten aufgefallen.

Recently, I observed some unexpected behavior while executing a local PowerShell script (test.ps1) on one of our managed hosts. I would like to clarify how KES handles local scripts and verify some network activity. 1. Automated Script Execution in Remote/Sandbox Environments When a local PowerShell script is executed, does Kaspersky Endpoint Security (via KSN or Advanced Threat Prevention) upload the script or its metadata to Kaspersky’s cloud infrastructure for analysis? Specifically, if the script contains network-outbound logic (e.g., API calls via Invoke-RestMethod), is it possible that the script is being executed or "detonated" within a Kaspersky sandbox environment, causing the API calls to originate from a non-local IP address? 2. IP Address Verification During our security audit, we detected outbound connections to the following IP address: IP Address: 79.104.209.194 Port: 443 / 13111 Could you please confirm if this IP belongs to the Kaspersky Security Network (KSN) or any official Kaspersky update/analysis servers? We need to verify if this is legitimate traffic or an unauthorized lateral movement attempt. 3. Context of the Issue We received automated alerts from our internal API (triggered by the script) that originated from an unrecognized environment. We suspect that KES might be performing a "Cloud Sandbox" analysis which triggered the script's logic externally. I look forward to your technical clarification on these points to help us refine our security policies.

VPN is not working in Russia after signing a new agreement on 2-3 March 2026

Please tell us if vpn will work in russia or not? I bought this vpn in abroad not in Russia 4 years ago and renewing it every year. Since Tuesday, it has stopped working after policy update. So this vpn will ever work or not. Refund money then. Russian version of kaspersky vpn is completely useless because WhatsApp, instagram, YouTube, dont work with that vpn. So whats the point of buying that vpn if nothing gets unblocked. I renewed this vpn in august last year and now its too late to ask apple for refund. So better kaspersky refunds money directly . atleast , tell us clearly if this vpn will ever work or not ?? since everything is blocked in russia , without vpn , its not possible to survive and talk to family. Your russian version of vpn is useless because it unblocks nothing. Reply asap -

Since yesterday, my vpn is not working after policy update. Vpn gets connected but doesn’t open anything. Without vpn , its so hard to use WhatsApp and to call family abroad. Emailed Kaspersky many times , even called them today but nothing so far. Please fix this problem. Its so hard to survive without vpn these days. -
IIS requests slowed down

After the last version update, making any requests to locally installed MS IIS webserver unbeliebable slowed down, sometimes it takes 30-40 seconds or more. This is a developer windows workstation, we use IIS for testing new web development locally. If we turn off Kaspersky protection the issue disappears. Kaspersky Small Office Security 21.24.8.522 My worskstation is a Windows 11 Professional x64 Build 26200 IIs version: 10.0 On another workstation with Windows 10 Pro we experienced the same problem. Non local requests works well. I tried turn off only safe browsing component, but it does not solve the error.
