The VPN developers actively manage locations -> (you're) more than welcome to submit a request to the VPN developers via Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as: Feedback, I have a suggestion OR Feedback, I have a complaint; include a *detailed history* *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat* *Note*, not all change requests are successful & those that are may take a long time, sometimes a very long time, to be implemented. Hallo @Snowy61, willkommen. Kannst Du irgendwie noch feststellen, welche Version installiert ist? Zur Not geht das auch über installierte Apps in Windows. Die neueste Version ist die 21.20.xxx.xxx. Bei Dir ist es vermutlich eine ältere (21.19.... oder noch älter). Bevor wir genauer nach dem Fehler suchen, könntest Du Deine Version eventuell mit einem Update per Kommandozeile wieder in Gang bringen. Öffne ein CMD-Fenster, kopiere den nachfolgenden Befehl rein und führe ihn aus. Hier ist die Version wichtig, Du musst evtl. den Ordnername im Befehl anpassen (das genaue Verzeichnis kannst Du im Win-Explorer feststellen. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky 21.20\avp.com" update Falls sich nichts tut, machen wir was anderes.- 1 reply

Ich verwende Kaspersky Plus. Windows-Sicherheit meldet, dass der Kaspersky-Schutz veraltet ist. Die Kaspersky App lässt sich aber nicht öffnen und das Update lässt sich nicht installieren. -
Hi all, I can't install version 12.8 with netagent 15 on pc with windows 10. I also tried to do comulative update of October as the kaspersky site says, but nothing. What can it depend on. Version windows 10.0.19045.5555

Hello @Hendarto, Welcome! *First* KTS is Kaspersky's *old* software, it's been replaced, update to Kaspersky Plus, the update is *free* & is *like-for-like*; read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. Kaspersky Plus can be downloaded here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. *Second*- why are (you) adding any Zoom - that is already *Trusted* by Kaspersky? *After* uninstalling KTS - shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power button, login. Download & install Kaspersky Plus, after installing Kaspersky Plus, do the following: Sign-into Kaspersky Plus *application* with the same email address (you) use to sign-into (your) MyKaspersky account - so Kaspersky Plus *application* & the license in (your) MyKaspersky account synchronise. Delete the zoom exe *copy* from Kaspersky Manage applications. Run a Database update. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power button, login. Recheck Zoom? Hello @Mexican Rose, Welcome! Kaspersky intermittently releases patches throughout the software lifecycle; patches generally distribute fixes. Are (you) in the US & is a VPN being used to receive the updates? Shutdown the computer using Shutdown - not Restart, when the computer is OFF, power ON by pressing the power button; login, recheck if "installing update" issue is resolved? Thank you? Flood?+? -

I don't get the message that my databases are out of date, but I normally run the updates myself every morning. This morning I did the usual thing, then it stopped...with a few words saying "installing update"...but nothing really happens that I can see. How do I fix this. I shut down the computer, restarted it, & things seemed ok, but then again the same thing happened. What is the "Patch" they're supposedly installing? I think there's a problem, because it still says "installing a patch". WHAT kind of patch??? -

Danke für die Hilfe. Es funktioniert wieder. Vermutete Ursache, ist ein Microsoft 365 Update, es hat den Windows Defender aktiviert. Den Defender habe ich deinstalliert, weil Windows-Update nicht funktioniert hat.
