Kaspersky 2010 - Im Jahre 2026 aktivieren?

Hallo @Retrolenk, ich teile @Longlifes Bedenken bezüglich der Datenbankupdates. Die 2010 wirst Du wohl nicht mehr aktiviert und in einen nutzbaren Zustand bekommen. Ich habe gerade die Update-Dateien der alten Versionen durchforstet. Letztmalig taucht XP bei der 2019 auf. Vielleicht kannst Du die Aktivierung damit versuchen, allerdings könnte der Code zu alt sein. Es werden zwei Downloads angeboten: - die 19.0.0.1088, dafür muss Deine CPU aber die SSE2-Befehlssätze unterstützen. - die 18.0.0.405, gibt es aber nicht auf Deutsch. Vielleicht geht ja Englisch? SSE2 wird nicht benötigt. KL product builds Theoretisch könnte die Version noch funktionieren, den letzten Patch gab es aber schon 2022. -

A kaspersky já a foi boa. Estou viajando pelos eua e não consigo atualizar meu antivirus. Tentei enviar duas vezes o formulario do site e nada. Tentei ligar para o telefone de suporte no brazil 551142801773 e nada. Sera que por sinal de fumaca alguem atender. Estou muito frustrado. Eles vendem uma licença nova por 95 e a atualziação por 219, alguém ja viu isso a atuaização custar mais caro que o produto novo? Kaspersky used to be good. I’m traveling in the United States and I can’t update my antivirus. I tried submitting the form on the website twice and got no response. I also tried calling the support phone number in Brazil (+55 11 4280-1773) and nothing. At this point, maybe someone will answer through smoke signals. I’m very frustrated. They sell a new license for 95, but the renewal costs 219. Has anyone ever seen a renewal cost more than a brand-new product? -
Und bei den Gründen schweigt sich KL, gegenüber mir zumindest, ziemlich aus. 🙃 Die 25er habe ich gleich bei Bekanntwerden manuell installiert, somit kann ich nichts dazu sagen, wie es mit dem Update aussieht. Edith meint noch: Den Patch a habe ich heute erhalten.

Ich habe die Plus-Version und WIN 11 und bisher auch kein automatisches Update auf die 21.25.7.504 bekommen. Hab es dann manuell gemacht.

Frage dazu in wie weit ist das beim gestaffeltem Verteilens eines Update wichtig ob KIS-Lizenz oder einer neuen . Spielt das eine Rolle bei dem verteilen des gestaffelten Update

Olá equipa da Kaspersky e todos os usuários de quem gostamos muito da Kaspersky, Sou do tempo onde o Kaspersky quando apanhava algo, chiava como um porco! Muitos se lembrarão desse pormenor engraçado. Por primeira vez o suporte ao cliente não funcionou no meu ponto de vista, como devia. Tentei explicar da melhor forma possível tudo, compreendendo de ante mão o que o Kaspersky neste momento pode ou não fazer, sei disso. Vou explicar então da melhor forma possivel: Tenho o browser Brave 1.90 no meu laptop, que passei a usar mais devido ao problema do Chrome com uma IA descarregada no meu pc sem consentimento. Sempre que faço update ao meu Kaspersky, as vezes desinstalo de raiz, limpando tudo bem e instalo novamente, de seguida testo se tudo esta a funcionar bem usando o teste Eicar. E usando o teste tudo é detectado sem problemas, usando o browser da Brave. Adquiri recentemente o Brave Origin, que se encontra em estado Beta neste momento, e antes de o usar com alguma regularidade, faço testes, incluindo o Eicar. Mas no teste do Eicar o meu Kaspersky não detecta nada, simplesmente passa. O meu pensamento foi, se um virus de eicar passa, imagino o resto? Sei que na mesma o System Watcher vai olhar por mim, mas sempre é bom ele ficar barrado a primeira. Contactei o apoio no sentido de perceber o porque deste comportamento, e obtive a resposta que o Kaspersky não trabalha com esse browser. Eu entendi o que o tecnico quis dizer, mas no meu caso não estava a falar da extensão, sei perfeitamente que ela não funciona no Brave. Mas o filtro de detenção sim funciona, no Brave normal ele detecta tudo, menos no Brave Origin. Esse ticket foi fechado, apesar da minha insistência em explicar tudo bem e compreendendo de ante mão o que o Kasperksy pode ou não pode fazer. Numa segunda tentativa, um tecnico do apoio com o nome Fernando, compreendeu tudo bem e tentou ajudar-me. Deu-me os passos certos para realizar uma gravação de video, mais info detalhado do meu sistema, para ele me puder ajudar melhor. Fiz isso, gerando um video+info com 200mb e mandei para a Kaspersky. Mas o meu espanto foi que esse ticket tambem foi fechado sem me darem uma razão plausivel, sem me ajudarem em nada. Por primeira vez tive esta experiencia ruim do serviço de atendimento. O Fernando foi o unico que foi 5****+, e um outro de Daniel foi uma desgraça, mandou a mesma resposta duas vezes igual. Acho que a Kaspersky tem de rever melhor estas situações, pois vocês tem o melhor antivírus do mercado, quer em detenção, quer pela qualidade da equipa GReAT. E o suporte não esta a acompanhar essa qualidade. Já agora, se alguem souber a resposta do meu problema acima, gostaria ter alguma opinião sobre o assunto. Muito obrigado!

Discord & Whatsapp funktionieren nicht mehr solang kaspersky prozesse laufen

Hey ich hab mal ne frage, seid n paar wochen kann whatsapp keine verbindung mehr herstellen. und seid n paar tagen hängt mein discord permanent im update failed screen. ich hab erst einiges versucht, sogar kaspersky schutz angehalten, was mir schien als würde es ausreichen., aber nix hat geholfen. vorhin hab ichs dann mal etwas weiter versucht und kaspersky erst beendet und dann die prozesse die noch übrig waren beendet (Lab Launcher und VPN wobei ich nichmal weis warum vpn überhaupt n hintergurnd prozess is, ich hab das nichtmal!!!) und danach gings, bis ich kaspersky wieder angemacht hab. Erklärt mir bitte einer wie ich das problem lösen kann damit ich's auf meinem nächsten pc der in ein paar tagen kommt (den ich u.a. wegen dem problem gekauft hab... naja mehr oder weniger aber das war der trigger) nicht auch noch habe und wenn dann direkt beheben kann. (edit: VPN kanns ncih sein, habs grad nochmal versucht und nur lap launcher prozess beendet nachdem kaspersky beendet war, weil vorher geht das ja nich, und danach gings, Kaspersky VPN background process war während dessen noch an, was aber auch sinn macht, weil verwend ich ja eh nich) Ich benutz Kaspersky mittlerweile seid jahren, hab seid dem nie wieder probleme mit viren gehabt (alles von kaspersky abgehalten) und ich würde das gerne weiter beibehalten, aber wenn dieses problem nicht gelöst wird muss ich mich nach einem anderen programm umsehen. -

I'll test disabling only that function on the Windows Update page. If it blocks the automatic download and installation of the KB, it's worth leaving updates enabled. I just tested it and disabling that function doesn't block the KB download and installation. It's better to leave updates disabled. -

This freezing issue, where quick and full scans hang at 1% and fail to progress, is caused by Windows 11 update KB5083631. Once uninstalled, Kaspersky scans return to normal. For now, the only workaround to resolve the problem is to remove KB5083631 from the system, disable automatic updates, and wait the company investigate the system changes introduced by this KB that are affecting scans and release a fix or update. Alternatively, we may have to wait for Microsoft to release a Windows patch if the issue remains unresolved on their end. -

Grazie delle info aggiuntive, ma solo una precisazione: Microsoft ha esteso gratuitamente il supporto solo per gli aggiornamento della sicurezza in Win 10 tramite Windows Update fino ad ottobre 2026, cosa che con una semplice manovra ho fatto anche io. Grazie e buona giornata. -

In early April, I updated Kaspersky to the latest version, but removed the older version and cleaned the registry. Around the same time, there was also a Windows security update. I have been a Kaspersky user for years without problems, but in April, suddenly a lot of issues arose. Two days ago, a new Windows security update was released, and now everything is working properly for me again (I don't know for how long). Both Smart Home and the visibility of my NAS in Windows Explorer are working again. As it looks now, the April Windows update was the cause. -

Hi, @Handoyo. I've had this exact problem before and found that there were two instances of the antivirus installed, causing a conflict. I imagine that a version update must have failed previously. Check your list of installed programs to see if the same issue is occurring. -

I had the same issues with Kaspersky on my laptop recently..... And also my Lenovo Vantage software would not carry out system update checks. The above Kaspersky software update/fix made no difference for me and so after trying uninstalling both Kaspersky and Lenovo Vantage I've rectified both issues by un-installing Microsoft's Window 11 April update/patch. Once that was uninstalled Kaspersky carries out scans normally and the Lenovo Vantage software carries out it's system update checks normally again. I've paused Windows updates so that the April update doesn't install on my system again. -
una duda, cuando istlas el update encima de la version actual que tienes, sin desintalaar la anterior, no se te rempe la extension de kaspersky en edge?, porque a mi me pasaba, y por eso opte por esperar el update.

Здравствуйте. Используется Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux 12.4.0-1225 в Astra Linux. Не удаётся подключить оффлайн-обновления баз через локальный источник (Directory). Обновления были скачаны через Kaspersky Update Utility с выбором продукта Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux 12.4 (Linux). При попытке настройки: kesl-control --set-settings UpdateSourceSettings.SourceType=Directory kesl-control --set-settings UpdateSourceSettings.Directory=... обновление не выполняется. Прошу: Указать, какой именно пакет должен формироваться в Kaspersky Update Utility для Linux Endpoint Security -

Just wanted to post back that this resolved the issue I was having, apologies for the delayed reply, I had to use the system uninterrupted for a couple of day so wasn't able to troubleshoot until today and this update happened before I was able to test further, enabling memory testing on quick scan and background scans seem to be working as intended, I haven't had the chance to run a full scan as of yet but I don't imagine the result would be different. Thank you again all for your assistance everyone. -

Just wanted to post back that this resolved the issue I originally ran into, thanks again for the assistance, I did unfortunately run into other issues after the switch which I asked about in a separate thread here (https://forum.kaspersky.com/topic/full-scan-quick-scan-stays-at-1-fixed-58770/) but these have also been solved by a new update.
