Da wird wohl nichts geprüft, auch unter Windows 10 und 11, Webseiten nicht erreichbar, deaktivieren, dann geht es wieder, dazu noch das Schneckentempo an speed, dann kam gerade noch ein Update, nur wofür????, um uns noch mehr zu ärgern, zum erbrechen....., Abo ist ja bald eh bei mir beendet, lese schon über andere vpn Provider, sehr sehr schade........., tja so spart der Konzern ordentlich Kohle , werden die aber bereuen. Catapult hydra mit Double vpn war exquisit. Und ich fühle mich absolut nicht mehr sicher, werde es wahrscheinlich kaum noch bis zum Ende nutzen. -

I have had this issue yesterday, but now it connects again. Still, it is really slow and unstable. Not sure how it fixed, just did it by itself. I think it just has to do with the infrastructure updates not being fully tested and complete. They must have rushed this update so quick, hence all the issues. Hopefully something official comes up. -
After update lost some servers and double vpn

Having this same issue. I raised a ticket and sent them the necessary info. Waiting on some reply. The connections are all really inconsistent and slow (I get like 200+ ping on a VPN from my home country! wut?). This update definitely broke plenty of things, they're probably aware of it but I haven't seen any official communication on the issues. I recall someone mentioned here even DNS servers are borked, so I guess this update was just rushed and broke so many things. Hopefully something comes up, since this used to be such a reliable and fast VPN compared to so many on the market for me. -

No longer possible to use VPN after recent update.

I can see from the forum that many people have issues with the new update. None of the current threads address my issue, so here's yet another tale of woe. I recently received an update to the VPN service on 3 of my computers. Two of those computers are windows based and still work after the update - albeit with a reduced feature set. The final computer is a 2017 15 inch MacBook Pro which is only used to view media. This computer can no longer connect to the VPN at all. I was advised to remove and redownload the application, but the new version of the application is listed on the app store as only working with MacOS14+ and this MacBook is not compatible with any OS above 13. The support page ( https://www.kaspersky.co.uk/vpn-secure-connection#systemrequirements|vpn ) still lists the application as working on MacOS13+, but the old application could no longer connect and I cannot download the new application. Am I just completely out of luck here? I don't really want to go out and pay for another VPN unless I really have to. -

Hello , Since the last update ( November ) of Kaspersky VPN where most of the region were greyed / not supported anymore , my VPN started to act weirdly. I have actually Kaspersky Premium ( 1 device / 1 year ) so I have unlimited VPN , so here are my problems : - VPN keeps disconnecting for no reason , no matter the country because I tried several different ones and the issue is still the same . - Each time the VPN tries to reconnect , it keeps creating a new Local Area Connection (WG Nt Adapter) , now it's the 73rd time it has created a new Local Area Connection. - The VPN interface is slow to react when I turn off the VPN the grey switch slider thing takes like 5 sec to turn off or sometimes I have to minimize the interface for it to be effective. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks.

the VPN on Android no longer works since the new Kaspersky protocol update of November 29, 2025. Thank you to the other VPN clients on Android to leave a message if you encounter the same problem.

Was mir zu schaffen macht ist,dass Kaspersky die neusten Version Update bei VPN nicht geprüft hat und einem bei Android aufspielt,so geht's doch nicht. -

@User23837 I found your troubleshooting post very helpful. It essentially mirrors my own and helps confirm that the issue is universal. Kaspersky VPN works for me most of the time these days, so it's working. There are the odd hiccup, like not being able to access YouTube and some other sites, and my fastest server is on the other side of the world, but it's still much better. Integrating PureVPN's systems with Kaspersky Lab's has obviously become somewhat challenging, but on the plus side, PureVPN has a very good privacy policy. We do NOT store any logs that could identify your activity or help track it. We do this to prevent PureVPN from sharing information, even if we were forced to. Same problem here, program in PC was working fine! I guess in my cellphone also worked without problems, today not working! Any country. I already update the app and still... Program version - 21.23.6.614-2 Microsoft Windows 11 Professional x64 Build 22621 -

Ja, danke für die Antwort , im englischen Forum wird schon getobt vor Ärgernis . Das vorletzte Update war noch saugut, stolz wurde noch erwähnt , wir haben unser Server deutlich verbessert, sprich Download , Upload Speed, und jetzt, lächerlich, alles gute ist weg, zufällig ist nächsten Monat mein Abo beendet, was ich verlängern wollte, naja, da warten wir erstmal ab, so geht es gar nicht. Es geht doch 100% mal wieder um Kohle zu sparen, das wird der Konzern bald merken, wenn die User sich jetzt andere Anbieter suchen , und das mit Recht. -

Hallo, nach dem Update sind alle Favoritenserver weg, nur noch 86 da, kein DOUBLE VPN mehr und auch die anderen Funktionen wie privater DNS, Trackingschutz etc. sind weg, dazu ist die Downloadgeschwindigkeit auf die Hälfte reduziert, über das Update hatte ich schon im englischen Forum gerade gelesen, ist für mich eine Frechheit. Soll das so bleiben ???????????????, dann mal frohe Weihnacht, dann kann man ja gleich zur Freeware greifen. Wird wohl bei Nichtänderung ein neuer Provider gesucht. Da gibt es ja genug. -

Hello, I too have the same problem with the last VPN update of November 29, 2025. there are also no more game servers that have been deleted and only Torrent servers remain. If Kaspersky does not put in place the same protocols, I do not think I will remain a customer with them. I think and am certain that many Kaspersky VPN users will not continue to be customers in this way. -

Im extremely pissed with this new update. Im forced to work from a very strict public wifi, which blocked many ports. With this VPN I used to have a fast and reliable connection to work with, now I can NOT even CONNECT to the VPN anymore because they removed the ability to select the protocols. The product is literally no longer usable for me after the update. This update has to be illegal.
