For now ill wait till I have utilized my current subscription and I am left with only 90 days. That is period when I can proceed further with "Renwal/Upgrade" Process. As per support team - currently there is no way to merge two different/same subscription. Subscription can no longer be merged. Example: with my current 2 year + 3 devices subscription if I buy a new 2 year 10 devices then they will remain seperate on my account. It will start the counter on the day of purchase and hence if I have 13 devices but then ill need to utilized both subscription. Both subscription will reflect no. of days as per their timeperiod (date of purchase) this means the old subscription will show 461 days for 3 devices and new subscription will have 7xx days but for 10 devices -

Around the same time, there was also a Windows security update. I have been a Kaspersky user for many years without problems, but in April, suddenly a lot of issues arose. Two days ago, a new Windows security update was released, and now everything is working properly for me again (I don't know for how long). Both Smart Home and the visibility of my NAS in Windows Explorer are working again. As it looks now, the April Windows update was the cause. In early April, I updated Kaspersky to the latest version, but removed the older version and cleaned the registry. Around the same time, there was also a Windows security update. I have been a Kaspersky user for years without problems, but in April, suddenly a lot of issues arose. Two days ago, a new Windows security update was released, and now everything is working properly for me again (I don't know for how long). Both Smart Home and the visibility of my NAS in Windows Explorer are working again. As it looks now, the April Windows update was the cause. -

And also my Lenovo Vantage software would not carry out system update checks. The above Kaspersky software update/fix made no difference for me and so after trying uninstalling both Kaspersky and Lenovo Vantage I've rectified both issues by un-installing Microsoft's Window 11 April update/patch. Once that was uninstalled Kaspersky carries out scans normally and the Lenovo Vantage software carries out it's system update checks normally again. I've paused Windows updates so that the April update doesn't install on my system again. -

So right now I am trying to contact customer service support from this page - I selected Email and as mentioned above in the template - it shows me options but I am not sure where do I write them email to turnoff auto-renewal on my account. Update: I found the details. Let me write them back and yes, I think I might need assistance in merging both subscription on my account (Once I bought the new subscription).

Vuelve hacia a atrás y pulsa manualmente en Actualizar. ¿Por casualidad tu sistema es portátil? Ya que en modo batería Kaspersky pospondrá las actualizaciones de antivirus, para evitar esto, tendrás que desmarcar la casilla Ahorro de batería: Saludos.

However, It says that the antivirus is updated, but I don't know how to check the version of the update and compare it to a oficial release so I know I have the latest version of the updates. -

Können wirklich alle "nicht verwendeten Systemdateien" bedenkenlos gelöscht werden (siehe Screenshot)? Insbesondere bei den Punkten: *Windows Update-Protokolle* *Windows\Installer-Ordner* *Microsoft Windows-Protokolldateien* *Temporäre Dateien von Microsoft Installer* bin ich mir irgendwie nicht ganz sicher. Ich frage deshalb, weil ich vor einiger Zeit alle nicht verwendeten Systemdateien mit Kaspersky gelöscht hatte und kurz darauf Windows in der Eingabeaufforderung mit dem Befehl "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" auf etwaige Fehler überprüfen bzw. korrigieren wollte. Dies schlug jedoch mit folgender Fehlermeldung fehl: "Fehler: 0x800f081f Die Quelldateien wurden nicht gefunden. Geben Sie mit der Option „Quelle“ den Ort der Dateien an, die zum Wiederherstellen des Features erforderlich sind. Weitere Informationen zum Angeben eines Quellorts finden Sie unter „http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=243077“. Die DISM-Protokolldatei befindet sich unter „C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log“." Bezüglich dieser Fehlermeldung hatte ich Kaspersky in Verdacht, dass eben jene Quelldateien im Rahmen der PC-Optimierung gelöscht wurden (siehe oben). Kann das sein oder hat Kaspersky nichts damit zu tun? Um den DISM-Befehl wieder zum Laufen zu bringen, musste ich ein Inplace-Upgrade von Windows durchführen. Seitdem habe ich die "PC-Optimierung" nicht mehr durchgeführt. Des Weiteren würde mich mal interessieren, ob zusätzlich alle gefundenen "Windows-Registrierungsprobleme" bedenkenlos gelöscht werden können. Diese treten seltsamerweise immer wieder auf und es sind immer dieselben nichtssagenden Probleme (siehe Screenshot). Was die Registrierungsprobleme anbelangt, habe ich schon lange den Verdacht, dass deren Bereinigung rein gar nichts bringt und es sich nur um Augenwischerei handelt, zumal sich Kaspersky mit Einzelheiten zu den Registrierungsproblemen seit Jahren bedeckt hält. Was mich allerdings an der PC-Optimierungsfunktion jedoch stört, ist die Tatsache, dass Kaspersky so tut, als würde der PC dadurch "schneller" werden, was wohl Quatsch sein dürfte. Was haben bitteschön nicht benutzte temporäre Dateien mit der PC-Leistung zu tun? Davon abgesehen finde ich die Funktion aber dennoch brauchbar, da sich der PC mit nur wenigen Mausklicks bereinigen lässt und man wieder etwas mehr Speicherplatz zur Verfügung hat (sofern man die Datenträgerbereinigung von Windows dafür nicht nutzt).

The website was compromised in the past, but it has since been fully cleaned, secured, and restored. We believe Kaspersky is still classifying the domain as Phishing/Dangerous based on the old compromise. I attempted to submit the domain for reanalysis using the Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal, but every attempt fails with the message: "Failed to send object for reanalysis." I have tried using different browsers (Chrome and Safari), but the result is always the same. Could someone please: Advise why the reanalysis request cannot be submitted. For instance, I've seen reports in some places regarding incompatibilities between version 21.26 and certain online games. In fact, I just experienced a BSOD because of Kaspersky. Since the software operates with such high privileges, it warrants closer scrutiny, yet its update release notes remain almost completely opaque. -

Die Möglichkeiten, diese über Stores herunterzuladen, gingen ja nicht, da hätte ich mich erst registrieren müssen. Wie ich nun festgestellt habe, sind unter „Sicheres Browsen“ nur der Google Chrome, Firefox und der Yandex-Browser aufgeführt. Der Microsoft Edge fehlt. Kommt der noch irgendwann? Noch eine Frage zum Update, da ich ja das über die APK-Datei installiert habe, würden da auch Versionsupdates automatisch heruntergeladen? Gruß Kurt -

Hello @Skier, Thank you for the update! In (our) experience whatismyip.com - has never been reliable. In November 2025, seven months ago - Kaspersky began migrating it's vpn infrastructure to a new VPN provider - there's been teething issues with the transition - by now, ioo those should have been resolved, especially with all the alleged oversight by the 'collaborators'. Have (you) provided the feedback to & requested an update from the team working on (your) request? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

I'm having a lot of troubles when using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 12 with Google Meet: after some minutes of heavy use, the wifi goes down, and I cannot find any wifi SSIDs anymore, this is solved with a full restart, or disabling the device, and enabling again, on device manager. This problem is completely gone after uninstalling Kaspersky. I have several other laptops of this same model and all of them have this problem with Kaspersky. - Kaspersky Endpoint Security 12.12 (latest updates applied) - ThinkPad E14 Gen3, with Ryzen 3 5300U - Realtek RTL8852AE (Tried latest driver version, older versions, all have the same issue) - Windows 11 25H2, latest update applied If someone has a hint of how to solve this issue (other than completely disabling Kaspersky network security) I would appreciate. MichaelP posted a topic in Für PrivatanwenderSeit ein paar Tagen kann ich in Outlook 365 keine Emails mehr empfangen mit der Meldung "Ihr Server ünterstützt nicht den angebenen Verschlüsselungstyp". Bei einigen Programmen kann ich keine Update empfangen und installieren und bekomme die Mitteilung dass keine Internetverbindung existiert. Mit das irgendwas mit veränderten Sicherheitseinstellungen bei Kaspersky zu tun? Wäre froh wenn ich einen Tip oder Lösungsvorschlag bekommen würde. -

Asegúrate de que W11 está completamente actualizado mediante Windows Update, comprueba también las actualizaciones opcionales, en especial las de NetFramWork. Saludos.

Hello @tcwe, As long as the automated-incident-number-email has been received, subject line has incident number prefixed with INC000* - the next contact by Kaspersky can be up to five business days, at which point - if nothing has still been heard - reply to the email requesting an update. Personally - IF we put the report in on a late Friday, we never expect a response from a human before the middle of the following week. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

Jein. 😉 Wenn es keine neuen Daten gibt, werden keine heruntergeladen und die Uhrzeit des letzten Updates mit neuen Daten wird angezeigt. edit: Ich habe den vorletzten Beitrag übersehen: Also: Ja, das ist etwas zu lange. Einmal am Tag sollte ein Update kommen. Klick mal auf die Berichte zum Update. Bei der Standard -> Zeitleiste -> Alle anzeigen. -
Hallo @Blacklandy, das sollte nicht so sein. Wenn das Update auf "automatisch" eingestellt ist, müsste es 15 Minuten nach dem Hochfahren des Rechners starten. Es gibt ein paar allgemeine Tips, warum das fehlschlagen kann. Hast Du hier mal reingeschaut? Allgemeine Tipps bei Problemen mit dem Datenbanken-Update in Kaspersky-Anwendungen -
Hum weird. Usually an update over the previous version should keep user settings... About password protected files in Scan, edit Your Scan settings, and untick: Scan password-protected archives, this setting by default is disabled.
