Hello @Danila T., Thank you for the feedback! IF that's the case *all* of the Kaspersky documentation requires a *serious-update* & Kaspersky Customer Service, level one support, chat support & web email support need to be brought up to speed so they don't impose upon subscribers for ridiculous amounts of data for fruitless *troubleshooting* when the ball is & always has been in Kaspersky's court. Hello, This is due to an update of the VPN infrastructure. All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept. The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear. We’re continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates. -

After a forced update of kaspersky VPN, I lost the double VPN tab. Now I can't use double VPN anymore. What does it mean ??? Location: Czech Republic version 21.23.6.614-2 (a) os Microsoft Windows 7 x64 Service Pack 1 Build 7601 -

Sorry about that. OS: Windows 11 Home edition, Macos Sequoia 15.7.2 and IOS 18.6.2 This is transversal to these OS's. The Kaspersky VPN version is the latest, I was forced to update because everything stopped working as it should. My Kaspersky app just changed its behaviour and I suddenly lost some servers (that I usually use), I had a new Eula, and lost the double VPN option, (which I also usually use). I was informed in the new Eula that there is new conditions about how my data is processed. This is not what I've paid for, as apparently Kaspersky silently changed the terms of the subscription and lower the security framework of the vpn service removing the double vpn option. -

After a forced update of kaspersky VPN, the list of servers reduced from 100 to 86 and I lost the double VPN tab. Now I can't use double VPN anymore. Anyone have any idea why? -

Please note product is updated gradually according region etc... So other people can have new version sooner like you.. In older version was choice keep current version or update new. Now it is automatic. Maybe you can disable automatic update (i didnt tried) but you can if you want really stay on older build. In Taskmanager is Kaspersky upgrade launcher which run everyday (at logon user). Try disable it. Or simply block upgrade.exe in program files by firewall. -

Yeah Kaspersky VPN update has DNS issues. its definitely how they configured it, i've been having the same problems on mobile as i do for PC.. its been like a month now since I update and still have these problems. I already opened a Kaspersky VPN PC ticket. I hope they do better QA testing in the future for the scenarios like the ones you mentioned and for sites like youtube (actually playing videos for longer then 30 seconds etc...). I hope the devs read the forums 🫠 -

I have tried a clean install to no avail. Do feel my symptoms were better associated in the thread youve moved me from. Like DNS related stuff. Have opened a ticket with Support. Just to be clear to anyone else who may be experiencing this the issue is that Whilst CONNECTED to the VPN. The following does not work at all or as intended. Duckduckgo. Cant access their website or use their search engine within a browser. Connection hangs and terminates Indefinitely. X App. Twitter not loading or refreshing its feed properly or loading the Grok Component. Discord. Could not share images from gallery into the app, paste images or load gifs from the gif interface. Somthing causing a blockage to their media servers. App Stores. Could not load Galaxy or Play stores properly. gmail.com - Connection hangs much like duckduckgo. App however works fine. And to be crystal clear every single one of these things has worked fine on vpn on android on a s22 for a year. Until forced update yesterday. The only thing I could see to do on my end was enforce cloudflare DNS which seemed to get 1 or two things to work but alot of these problems remain. -
Hello, KES for Windows Policy->Application Settings->Security Controls->Device Control->Settings->Trusted Devices-> empty page No change after update - KSC for linux from 15.4 to 16 and KES for win from 12.10 to 12.11 Only one policy have this issue, browser console shows an error: Uncaught (in promise) Type Error: can`t access property "login", e[0] is undefined. Just to piggyback on here I use the android kaspersky premium app that has the vpn built in and it was forced to update today seemingly a few hours ago and its stopped certain parts of apps loading properly, cant share images from gallery or paste them into discord. Cant access duckduckgo. Couldnt load anything inside google play store or samsung store with the vpn on. Couldnt load grok inside x app until i changed dns to one.one.one.one. Not sure what youve changed but it seems to have caused me a great deal of problems on a product that was working perfectly. -

Buongiorno, vi contatto per una informazione. E' giusto che dopo aver installato Kaspersky Standard, nella sezione Windows Update continua a cercarmi e installarmi gli "Aggiornamento dell'intelligence sulla sicurezza per Microsoft Defender Antivirus"? Inoltre ho notato che una volta a settimana, Microsoft Defender Antivirus esegue una scansione pianificata. Domando, Microsoft Defender Antivirus avrebbe dovuto disattivarsi in automatico o può cooperare con Kaspersky Standard? Premetto che nella sezione "Sicurezza di Windows", sia in Protezione da virus e minacce, sia in Protezione firewall e della rete mi notifica che Kaspersky è attivo.

Good morning, I'm contacting you for some information. Is it correct that after installing Kaspersky Standard, Windows Update continues to search for and install "Security intelligence updates for Microsoft Defender Antivirus"? I also noticed that Microsoft Defender Antivirus runs a scheduled scan once a week. My question is, should Microsoft Defender Antivirus be disabled automatically, or can it work with Kaspersky Standard? First of all, in the "Windows Security" section, both under Virus & threat protection and under Firewall & network protection, it notifies me that Kaspersky is enabled. -

Hi @Ale.x New versions are installed automatically. BTW some users force installation with new version (manually downloading and installing). This is standard automatic process update. Some people which have no experience about pc etc using an old version maybe 2 years old versions. So kaspersky wants give you latest version with latest newest technology. This is not bad this is good, good for you. And bonus at the end upgrades are FREE. -
Moin Mein VPN hat wohl ein größeres Update bekommen. Jedenfalls sah ich das Begrüßungsfenster beim öffnen. Seitdem bekomme ich bei Verbindungsversuchen immer eine Fehlermeldung. Ein Neustart des Rechners hat auch nicht geholfen. Ich sollte vielleicht noch anmerken, dass das Windows November Update bei mir fehschlug und ich nach einger Zeit ein "Reparaturupdate" bekam. status update: they asked for wireshark logs KSeC traces and a video recording while the dns lookup failed. did that this morning, expecting a reply by midnight so i should get a confirmation that they understand the issue by tomorrow. 👍 guessing it will take another week to fix.. im surprised QA didn't spot this. this has been happening since i updated around the start of the month for me. -
Kaspersky Standard - 30% GPU Usage too high in Idle

I can confirm that for me the issue seems to be solved, i had an app update on the 16th of November and now i'm at 21.23.6.614, prior to this i had installed back in September the 21.22.7.466 version. I now have 0-1% GPU usage in Idle and no Kaspersky is consuming GPU. @Mohamed, i'd suggest reinstalling the app, do a complete uninstall, i remember back in the days Kaspersky had a removal tool of their own, perhaps that does a more in-depth removal then the Uninstall process from appwiz.cpl, idk, look it up and try. But what i can say from my side, after the update to 21.23 on the 16th of November, the GPU load in Idle is how it should be. -

It's windows 10, with brave. Brave has no restrictions, just the file manager. So I'm asking if there is any file type exception rules somewhere? To not allow any network traffic from the file manager, except for .url files. And preferrably only if executed by the current user, not by the system or trusted installer or any other user. If I first open brave then use the file manager to run a shortcut file it works fine. But if it's inheriting the file manager restriction, even though brave is running it should be blocked. Something isn't right about that. Yes, so I'm asking for an allowance of .url file types only from the file manager, to not inherit the restrictions for that file type only. ? That's not a bad idea. I could watch wireshark when updating an app then copy over those credentials. But doing that for all my apps, it's probably less work to just manually allow them every update time. I wouldn't have to do this if Kaspersky would just block apps when I'm not using them and auto allow them when I am. Why does no one do this? It's seems like basic common sense. To not let apps run roughshod over my computer in the background, when I'm not using them at the time. -

Windows 11'de Konum hizmetini kapalı olarak tutmak istiyorum fakat bu esnada Kaspersky Güvenlik Duvarı ve Akıllı Ev Monitörü özellikleri çalışıyor mu? emin değilim. ki bana çalışmıyor gibi geldi.
