Nach dem gestrigen Windows Update »Funktionsupdate für Windows 10, Version22H2« kann ich Kaspersky VPN zwar starten, jedoch bricht der Verbindungsversuch nach wenigen Sekunden mit folgender Meldung ab: (Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Windows-Firewall und die Einstellungen des virtuellen Adapters.) Siehe Screenshot! Ich bin Laie auf dem Gebiet und kann aus diesen Angaben nicht die notwendigen Schlüsse ziehen. Da auf meinem PC auch die Kaspersky Internet Security installiert ist, übernimmt diese meines Wissens teilweise die Aufgaben der Firewall. Vielleicht kann mir jemand eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung geben, wie ich des Problems Herr werden kann? Einstweilen herzlichen Dank! Gruß Ulrich
  2. Hello @XOUSS, Also, there's no webpage or an RSS feed that provides release notes for the APK or any other published version. The webpage @harlan4096 shared in his reply has links to the latest versions. The Galaxy store doesn't update automatically, neither does the APK; for automatic updates - (in all of our tests), Huawei & iOS have been the most consistent & reliable. Thank you? Flood?+?
  3. @Flood and Flood's wife Just an update which some might find useful, I managed to use Kaspersky Secret Vault feature by creating a vault on the USB stick, when I now insert the USB stick it prompts me for a password and opens the folder on the USB stick which then allows me to open the program etc I have on the USB stick.

  5. After a new update of Kaspersky AV, I cannot access the internet, all troubleshooting attempts tell me that the network card (Intel) is not installed.
  6. Hello @Gniblett, Welcome back! Steps to take, not just for Kaspersky, when setting up any new machine/computer -> *backup everything* on the old computer before making any changes. With the existing Kaspersky Plus subscription, IF (you) wish to have the same Kaspersky settings/configuration applied to the new computer; read: How to apply the application settings on another computer, (A) on the old computer export & save Kaspersky configuration file; (you) can save this file to a USB drive OR send it in (your) email so it's available for the new computer. When (you're) ready download & install the Kaspersky Plus software - the link to the software can be from your MyKaspersky account OR https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. Read: How to install the application. (B) on the new computer import the saved Kaspersky configuration file. *When* Kaspersky Plus has been installed on the new computer make sure (you) sign-into the Kaspersky Plus application with the same email address that (you) use to sign-into (your) MyKaspersky account, so the application & the subscription synchronise.   7. I have read this post with interest as I may have to buy a new PC in order to have Windows 11 as my present machine does not have the neccessary components to allow it to update to Windows 11. How would I go about transfering Kaspersky Plus (for one device) to this new PC as and when I decide to take the plunge? It is rather a daunting prospect but fear Microsoft is forcing this upon us.

    Hello @M4ST3RT8, Thank you for posting back & for being proactive! It's not about 'people in the forums' being users; Kaspersky relies on feedback from their subscribers - and it's better if the actual subscriber submits the issue as they can fully describe the issue & the impact - also - if Kaspersky require data - that subscriber can provide it. There is an un-authorised hack for the browser extension that involves renaming the Chrome exe, the downside of this is it needs to be redone at every Chrome update. Thank you? Flood?+?
  10. Danke Schulte, das ist auch mein Verdacht. Win updates sind immer löchrig. Ich bekam aber schon über 6 Monate keine Updates mehr auf meine Version, dachte ich mir, mach mal manuell den Laptop updatefähig ?, damit er sicher ist. Nein die Standardversion habe ich über die alte KIS 2 Tage nach dem Win update installiert. Werde trotzdem noch einmal de-/ reinstallieren.
  11. 24H2 steckt voller Fehler, und täglich wird über weitere berichtet. Könnte schon der Grund sein. War die Standard schon vor dem Windows-Update installiert oder wurde sie erst danach aufgespielt? Wenn sie beim Upgrade bereits aktiv war, würde ich sie de-/reinstallieren. Möglich wäre, dass ein Netzwerktreiber nicht (mehr) korrekt eingebunden ist.

  13. Nein, hab mich vertippt: WIN 11 vers. 24H2 ist ein offizielles build. Das aktuelle grössere Update.
  14. Weder irgendwelche Konfigurationen in der neuen fritz.box, noch spezielle Software oder vpn auf dem PC. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob der Router oder die Netzwerkadapter (Konfiguration von defekter Box kopiert) mit Standardeinstellungen arbeiten. Alle Einstellungen laufen seit Jahrzehnten mit gleichen Einstellungen und immer mit KIS. Neu ist seit 2 Tagen das Windows Update H24H2 auf einem nicht vollständig kompatiblen Notebook.

  16. also, ich habe soeben das Netzwerkkabel abgezogen und ein Update über Wlan versucht: mit Erfolg. Merkwürdigerweise hat es mit der KIS bis heute Mittag immer über LAN reibungslos funktioniert. Wie muss ich den Netzwerkadapter konfigurieren, damit es auch über LAN funktioniert?

Dann ein Versuch: Kannst Du bitte in einem CMD-Fenster den untenstehenden Befehl starten? Vielleicht lässt sich in der Ausgabe ein Verbindungsfehler erkennen. (Mit PowerShell dürfte es nicht funktionieren) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky 21.19\avp.com" update Nachtrag: das Entscheidende steht am Anfang der Ausgabe und sollte etwa so aussehen:

  19. Merhaba, kaspersky vpn'i discord uygulamasında kullanıyorum, bölünmüş tünelleme kısmına update.exe ve discord.exe manuel eklesem bile bazen discord'a bağlanamayabiliyor, bazen de bağlanıyor. Fakat bölünmüş tünelleme kapatınca sorunsuz çalışıyor. Yardım eder misiniz?

There's a known issue with v21.3 that's been fixed in the new version, there's two options, a free upgrade to the new version or a workaround to the existing version, please read on: *Option one* KTS is Kaspersky's old software, it's been replaced by Kaspersky Plus, it can be upgraded for free - READ: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T. The free upgrade is *like-for-like*. Before upgrading please do the following: Make sure the KTS activation code is saved in (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscription tab? Create a System Restore Point. Uninstall KTS, using Windows, Uninstall OR change a program -> during the *uninstall* do not check/tick any boxes *except* Save license & IF (you've) created Secret vault(s) check/tick the Data Encryption box; READ: KTS, How to uninstall the application. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON the computer by pressing the power button, login. Download Kaspersky Plus: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product Install Kaspersky Plus. *Important* At the *end* of the successful Kaspersky Plus install, make sure you've signed into the Kaspersky Plus application with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so it synchronises with (your) MyKaspersky account.   24. Hallo und Danke für die Antwort! Ich habe folgende Kaspersky Programme installiert und diese liefen bis gestern einwandfrei. Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection/ Version: Kaspersky VPN 5.18 und Kaspersky Internet Security/ Version: Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3 (siehe Anhang) An meinem PC wurden keinerlei Änderungen vorgenommen, sodass ich vermute, dass es mit dem Windows 10-Update zusammenhängt. Ich hoffe, Du kannst mit diesen Angaben etwas anfangen! Gruß Ulrich
  25. Eben kam ein etwas grösseres Update für die KIS, versuche es nochmal nach Installation und Neustart. Ansonsten solltest du von KIS auf "Kaspersky Standard" wechseln. Das kannst du dir in deinem "Mykaspersky-Account" laden.
