Hallo, nach dem Update sind alle Favoritenserver weg, nur noch 86 da, kein DOUBLE VPN mehr und auch die anderen Funktionen wie privater DNS, Trackingschutz etc. sind weg, dazu ist die Downloadgeschwindigkeit auf die Hälfte reduziert, über das Update hatte ich schon im englischen Forum gerade gelesen, ist für mich eine Frechheit. Soll das so bleiben ???????????????, dann mal frohe Weihnacht, dann kann man ja gleich zur Freeware greifen. Wird wohl bei Nichtänderung ein neuer Provider gesucht. Da gibt es ja genug.
  2. I was in touch with Kaspersky about this issue. I asked if there was a simple work-around rather than having to re-install Kaspersky following a failed connection to the Smart Home Monitor . Manz, the Customer Service representative came up with the following suggestion. After a system restart or full shutdown, exit Kaspersky (right click the Kaspersky icon in the taskbar and select Exit), then re-start Kaspersky. This worked for me. He also said that a fix was being worked on and hoped it would be in the next update. Seems a satisfactory workaround until it is fixed permanently.

  4. Dear Kaspersky Technical Support Team, I am currently using Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES) to manage our server environment. Recently, I observed some unexpected behavior while executing a local PowerShell script (test.ps1) on one of our managed hosts. I would like to clarify how KES handles local scripts and verify some network activity. 1. Automated Script Execution in Remote/Sandbox Environments When a local PowerShell script is executed, does Kaspersky Endpoint Security (via KSN or Advanced Threat Prevention) upload the script or its metadata to Kaspersky’s cloud infrastructure for analysis? Specifically, if the script contains network-outbound logic (e.g., API calls via Invoke-RestMethod), is it possible that the script is being executed or "detonated" within a Kaspersky sandbox environment, causing the API calls to originate from a non-local IP address? 2. IP Address Verification During our security audit, we detected outbound connections to the following IP address: IP Address: 79.104.209.194 Port: 443 / 13111 Could you please confirm if this IP belongs to the Kaspersky Security Network (KSN) or any official Kaspersky update/analysis servers? We need to verify if this is legitimate traffic or an unauthorized lateral movement attempt. 3. Context of the Issue We received automated alerts from our internal API (triggered by the script) that originated from an unrecognized environment. We suspect that KES might be performing a "Cloud Sandbox" analysis which triggered the script's logic externally. I look forward to your technical clarification on these points to help us refine our security policies.

  7. Ich starte immer wieder mal ein Datenbank-Update von Hand. Das ging bisher immer recht schnell und war in weniger als einer Minute abgeschlossen. Unter Quelle wurde da gerade aktuell folgendes angezeigt: Quelle: https: //s03.upd.kaspersky.com/ Letzte Woche, am Freitag habe ich dann bemerkt, dass sich was geändert hat, die Quelle variierte ständig und es dauerte auch insgesamt mehr als 3 Minuten. Das blieb so bis heute. ( Ich habe diesen Ablauf als MP4-Video aufgenommen, kann das aber leider hier nicht einfügen) Nach dem Update wurde dann auch immer angezeigt, dass die Datenbanken jetzt aktuell sind. Also alles gut. Heute, kurz vor mittag hatte ich dann die Warnmeldung auf dem Schirm, dass die Datenbank seit 10 Tagen nicht aktualisiert wurden. Frage: Was habe ich da in den letzten Tagen aktualisiert? Ich muss betonen, das ich in dieser Zeit an keinen Einstellungen "rumgedreht" habe. Ich war das wirklich nicht, ich schwör'!!! Jetzt war auch wieder die o.g. Quelle da und es lief auch wieder recht zügig, plus dem etwas mehr für die 10 Tage ohne Update. Eine anschließende vollständige Untersuchung hat keine Probleme angezeigt. Trotzdem habe ich ein ungutes Gefühl. War das nur bei mir so? P.S. Ich habe leider erst morgen gegen 11:00 wieder die Gelegenheit hier ins Forum reinzuschauen. asbachuralt
  8. Earlier today my Kaspersky Plus got auto-updated to version 21.23.6.614. Since then the Outlook add-in makes Outlook crash every time I send an email. Using Outlook is simply impossible, which questions the Kaspersky's product value for mail security. If relevant, Outlook version is 2510 build 19328.20158. Is this a bug or is there some solution/workaround?

KPM appears to no longer be distributed via GetApps (the Xiaomi app store), please read: How to install or update Kaspersky apps for Android in 2026, source KPM from: Samsung Galaxy Store Huawei AppGallery Vivo V-Appstore (ioo) Huawei would be the closest available (to Xiaomi), however - when we check Huawei there's no KPM. That leaves Samsung & OR the .apk... The current KPM version is: 9.2.115.11, with an *updated* date of 19th March, 2026 - -> the existing documentation doesn't show any updates more current than: September 24, 2025 - Android, About Kaspersky Password Manager & no version & or patch information.     This folder on a particular server ins consuming 10gb, is this normal? On other endpoints with Kaspersky installed this folder doesn't even exist. What is this about? Anything related to dump files? Thanks

    Hello @Juliammm, Welcome! Logging into (your) MyKaspersky account is different to logging into the Kaspersky Support Forum. What is the ERROR-message? For the logging into (your) MyKaspersky account is it from the installed Kaspersky application OR via a browser? IF it's 'browser' - try another browser. Make sure Windows OS is *updated* to the latest version & build -> Select Start , go to Settings Update & Security Windows Update > select Check for Windows updates? IF it's via the Kaspersky application, shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power-button, login to the computer, recheck IF (you) can login to the MyKaspersky account?   17. I bought Kaspersky Plus for my laptop. While the subscription is still running, I upgraded the same laptop to Windows 11 and everything in the laptop was deleted. How can I continue with the same subscription in the new Windows 11?
  18. Hi everyone, sharing a new update with some findings that might help identify what's happening. While trying to reactivate my subscription, the app itself recognized that I already have an active purchase. When I tapped OK to proceed, I immediately received this error: "Cannot connect to My Kaspersky. Please contact Kaspersky Customer Service and provide error code: 39" I'm attaching the screenshots so you can see exactly what's happening. It seems like the app can see the subscription on Apple's side but something is blocking the connection to Kaspersky's servers. I also found another user on the Apple App Store with the exact same Error Code 39, and Kaspersky's own team confirmed it was a technical issue on their end.   20. Thank you for getting back to me... I appreciate it.. So there's nothing I can do about this then from what you said? It's interesting I can get Total Security to work, but once I try one of the new-product installs it searches for an updated version and then installs that. I will say that I never was upgraded to the other AV you guys were pushing out to all USA users, and I actually just recently got a new Update to Kaspersky Premium with AI integration, a month or so ago (I thought it was actually upgrading me to the other AV, but nope), all without using a VPN, so my setup was working great.... BUt now idk... I will try installing these on a new machine as well as another install of Windows, but it makes me wonder what it could be? Is it actually a USA problem? I would think with a VPN to UK it wouldn't be an issue then. I also tried VPNing into Mexico. Should I maybe try uninstalling Total Security again? The issue happened BEFORE I even installed Total Security, but I had the other AV protecting my computer at the same time, so I doubt that's the issue, especially since Kaspersky products should just upgrade to the latest and remove the old versions, which is how I've always seen it done when installing a new version. I don't want to believe that it wouldn't install at all because of Total Security(it should just upgrade it, no?) and the other AV it asks to uninstall, but when I first installed the other AV, it was a limited copy, so I assume Kaspersky would act the same or something ? The thing that bothers me is that I'm using installs that I had in my download's folder for 2 years (January 2024), when I first Installed Premium, which clearly worked, so my assumption I that when it says "Searching for newer Updates" something in the system is doing something when installing. I will say that I think the install fails at different points. I recall that I think I missed the first install fail% or that it was about 14%. Then I saw it go to about 35% Then 42?% The last one looked to be 51%. There were a few that I'm sure I missed because I had gone away and didn't watch it, or for the ones I saw I might have looked away and not seen it go up anymore, so . At first I wasn't sure if I just wasn't properly paying attention because I wasn't watching it, but it definitely looks to be going up in % before failing. I might keep trying to see if it somehow will complete, but it's a very weird situation.

  22. Frage an an die Profis. War heute im Galaxy Store und wollte mal checken ob ein Update vorliegen sollte. Bin dann im Store auf o. g. Programm gegangen, wollte öffnen und bekam dann die folgende Meldung: " Dieser Inhalt ist für dein Telefon nicht mehr verfügbar. Wende Dich an an den Inhaltsanbieter wenn du Unterstützung für dein Telefon hinzufügen möchtest. (2298:9931:25506df94021) " Was hat das zu bedeuten ? Hat man auch hier Kaspersky entfernt - oder stimmt was mit meinem Galaxy nicht. War dann auf der Webside von Kaspersky, habe mir die APK-Datei heruntergeladen - keine Chance diese zu installieren. Alles geschützt und gesperrt. Was muss ich tun, kann ich machen. Bekomme ja sonst keine Softwareupdates mehr .

Consider the following problematic scenarios: You have installed KSWS on the KSC server and enabled Traffic Security component and Traffic Security uses MITM mechanism to analyze traffic. You use a 3rd party software or hardware appliance for traffic filtering and this appliance disrupts connections to HTTPS-enabled public update servers. It can be a hardware appliance like BlueCoat or F5, FortiGate SSL Deep Inspection, or a software proxy like Squid that uses ICAP to redirect traffic to another security application for scanning. KL uses HTTP public key pinning mechanism to verify update server authenticity; certificate used for authentication is self-signed by KL. Using any MITM-based solutions for SSL traffic inspection will lead to failures in establishing connection between KSC and a HTTPS-enabled KL update source. It happens because any MITM traffic inspection will forward a wrong certificate to KSC after inspection and KSC11 will break the connection. The following string can be found in up2date trace: self signed certificate in certificate chain The following trace files are required for accurate diagnostic: $up2date-1103.*, $up2date-1103-eka.* Please bear in mind that Kaspersky Support needs KSC traces mentioned above to be collected BEFORE you apply any of the workarounds listed in this post. Troubleshooting steps If you have KSWS blocking traffic, add Up2Date.exe process or the update source certificate to trusted in Traffic Security settings. If you use a 3rd party appliance to filter traffic, you can explicitly allow traffic signed by KL certificate. Otherwise you can use HTTP to download updates. There are two ways to make KSC use HTTP: Set a server flag on KSC using following commands: klscflag.exe -fset -pv klserver -s Updater -n DisableKLHttps -t d -v 1 and on Update Agents (Distribution Points) getting updates from the internet, if any: klscflag.exe -fset -pv klnagent -s Updater -n DisableKLHttps -t d -v 1 Explicitly set update task to use HTTP sources URLs, for example http://p00.upd.kaspersky.com. Full list of HTTP-enable sources can be found in <insecure_sites_list> parameter in http://dnl-05.geo.kaspersky.com/updates/upd/updcfg2.xml Download updates using update utility 4.0. More recent version of update utility uses https.

The issue is most severe and easily reproducible with the game Delta Force, but it also occurs with Honkai Impact 3 (BH3.exe). System & Software Information: Kaspersky Version: Kaspersky Plus 21.22.7.466(a) Operating System: Windows 11 Pro for Workstations OS Version: 25H2 OS Build: 26220.5770 Experience Pack: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.240.0 Graphics Driver: NVIDIA Studio Driver 580.97 Technical Details from BSOD Dump Analysis: I have analyzed a memory dump file, and the findings point towards a potential driver conflict leading to stack corruption. The key points are: The crash occurs within the NT Kernel (ntkrnlmp.exe). The faulting function is nt!RtlpUnwindPrologue, which fails during a stack walk operation. The call stack indicates this stack walk was initiated by Event Tracing for Windows (ETW), likely for logging purposes. This pattern often suggests that a filter driver (such as those used by antivirus software) may have caused an unstable state, leading to a crash when the system tries to read the stack. Could you please investigate if there is a known issue with version 21.22.7.466(a) regarding game compatibility or conflicts with specific system components?
