Grazie delle info aggiuntive, ma solo una precisazione: Microsoft ha esteso gratuitamente il supporto solo per gli aggiornamento della sicurezza in Win 10 tramite Windows Update fino ad ottobre 2026, cosa che con una semplice manovra ho fatto anche io. Grazie e buona giornata. -
Nach dem letzten Update werden Passwörter nicht mehr Automatisch ausgefüllt, hab alles versucht. Betriebssystem WIN 7 und FireFox. Wer kann helfen wo der Fehler liegt oder wird WIN 7 nicht mehr Unterstützt. Euer Wusl

una duda, cuando istlas el update encima de la version actual que tienes, sin desintalaar la anterior, no se te rempe la extension de kaspersky en edge?, porque a mi me pasaba, y por eso opte por esperar el update.

This is honestly the worst update I’ve ever seen. The removal of essential features, such as the router feature, protocol selection, and dual VPN, has significantly reduced the functionality and flexibility that made this VPN worth using in the first place. On top of that, reducing the number of available servers and introducing a new data-processing agreement tied to PureVPN raises serious concerns for me. Please bring back the previous version or restore the features that were removed. The “new infrastructure” may meet internal standards, but from a user perspective, this update feels like a major downgrade. If this direction continues, you will likely lose long-time customers who relied on the tools and privacy options that you’ve now taken away.- 46 replies

Hello. I had a Kaspersky VPN that was working perfectly. With the latest update, my NAT setting for online games was changed from "Moderate" to "Strict." I'm experiencing significant lag and increased ping in games. I also noticed that some important settings in the program settings have been removed. (Catapult Hydra and Wireguard options have been removed.) - (DNS configuration page has been removed.) I kindly ask you to fix these issues as soon as possible. I don't want to look for another VPN. Thanks -

Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) -> is Kaspersky's *old* software - they've been replaced by Kaspersky Standard - Kaspersky is offering a *free* upgrade, Kaspersky Standard can be downloaded from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product & please READ: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ It's (your) choice whether OR not to install / update a new version over the top OR do a clean install, IF doing a clean install - save LICENSE information only, after installing the new software - run a Database update followed by a shutdown - using SHUTDOWN, not Restart & physical-power-on of the computer -> login, *sign-into* the Kaspersky Standard app, so it *synchronises* with (your) MyKaspersky account - subscription/License -> monitor for the original issue? Здравствуйте. Используется Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux 12.4.0-1225 в Astra Linux. Не удаётся подключить оффлайн-обновления баз через локальный источник (Directory). Обновления были скачаны через Kaspersky Update Utility с выбором продукта Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux 12.4 (Linux). При попытке настройки: kesl-control --set-settings UpdateSourceSettings.SourceType=Directory kesl-control --set-settings UpdateSourceSettings.Directory=... обновление не выполняется. Прошу: Указать, какой именно пакет должен формироваться в Kaspersky Update Utility для Linux Endpoint Security -
We use Endpoint Security Cloud and it seems like after every major update we have a handful of devices with the following messages: -Security application is installed but it is not running. -Security application is installed but real-time protection is disabled. Restarting the client does not help. The only fix seems to be manually removing Kaspersky and reinstalling, which can be time consuming. Is there a quicker repair fix for this?

I live in Egypt and I like Kaspersky because it's very strong in terms of protection. I'm wondering if it's available for download in Egypt. My second question is, does it update automatically in the background, or do I have to update it manually from your official website? -

The *image* that shows KAV & KIS subscriptions *appear* to be in the *same* MyKaspersky account - IF that is correct there can *only* be one email address for that account.... Please confirm, are there *two* MyKaspersky accounts? Why Kaspersky make it so difficult to take my money?

Hi all.... Just a moan about how shoddy Kaspersky web site is. Signing in via my main PC... Win 11 Pro 25H2 Fully patched... Using MS Edge .. latest version Dont know how it works in other countries... but our Bank cards have an expiry date... and the card I use to pay for Kaspersky expires on 04/26.... and my subscription expires on 26th Apr 2026.. So VERY tight... so I wanted to update it to avoid issues. Signed into "My Kaspersky" and went to update the payment method. 1. Going directly to change payment method, it allows you change details.. but the "Save" button is missing on the screen... so you cant actually update it. 2. If you go to "info" about the payment method first, and THEN go to change details... you DO get the "Save" button at the bottom. 3. So I made the changes... it went through the process with my bank (i.e. I had to authorise a payment of £0.0 via my bank app). 4. then it came back with a red box with a cross (suggesting it had failed) saying the payment method was already present... and when I looked at payment details, it still showed the card expiry date of 04/26. 5. So... just to be sure... I logged out of "My Kaspersky" and logged back in.. and sure enough, payment details now showed the correct/updated expiry date. So all in all... pretty bad experience.. -

Moin. Es geht hier nur um Android Geräte. Bei aktualisieren werden nur irgendwelche "Stores" angeboten, wo man erst wieder ein Konto einrichten muss. Ich möchte einfach einen direkten Link zu der aktuellen APK dirket bei Kaspersky haben, warum gibt es das nicht? Jedesmal wenn ein Update benachrichtigt wird, muss erst mit Browser ins Internet und dann bis zu den APK durcharbeiten, warum so kompliziert? Weis da jemand mehr? Gruß -

Hi, @Handoyo. I've had this exact problem before and found that there were two instances of the antivirus installed, causing a conflict. I imagine that a version update must have failed previously. Check your list of installed programs to see if the same issue is occurring. -
Kaspersky Premium update 26th November, 2025, now unable to use other apps

Just to piggyback on here I use the android kaspersky premium app that has the vpn built in and it was forced to update today seemingly a few hours ago and its stopped certain parts of apps loading properly, cant share images from gallery or paste them into discord. Cant access duckduckgo. Couldnt load anything inside google play store or samsung store with the vpn on. Couldnt load grok inside x app until i changed dns to one.one.one.one. Not sure what youve changed but it seems to have caused me a great deal of problems on a product that was working perfectly. -

After the latest Kaspersky VPN update, the service has become practically unusable for anyone who needs accurate manual location selection. Here is a concrete example: I manually select Taiwan as the VPN location whatismyipaddress.com identifies the IP as Pakistan ipinfo.io identifies the same IP as Taiwan Other services sometimes identify it as Germany This is not about “hiding my real location” — that part works fine and is obvious to everyone using a VPN. The real issue is that manual location selection no longer corresponds to a consistent or reliable IP geolocation. In practice, this means: different websites see me as being in different countries at the same time services that rely on strict geolocation either block access or behave unpredictably the selected country becomes more of a label than an actual location Support responded with a generic explanation of how VPNs hide real locations, which completely misses the point. What users actually need to know is: are these locations virtual locations? does Kaspersky VPN still guarantee country-accurate IP addresses when a user manually selects a country? If the answer is “no”, that should be stated clearly in the UI and documentation. At this point, the unfortunate conclusion is that Kaspersky VPN has significantly degraded after the update, while the Kaspersky Antivirus product remains excellent and reliable. I’m posting this here not to complain for the sake of complaining, but to get a clear technical explanation and hopefully prevent other users from wasting time troubleshooting something that is actually a design decision.

After update lost some servers and double vpn

After a forced update of kaspersky VPN, the list of servers reduced from 100 to 86 and I lost the double VPN tab. Now I can't use double VPN anymore. Anyone have any idea why? -

I filled the template exactly like in your step 6 and still without success. I have never seen yet a software vendor which prevents users from receiving support. The message I wanted to send via that web template is quite simple: "I tried to update email of my account on My Kaspersky because I received a note from ISP that it is shutting down and hence email I entered on My Kaspersky will cease to exist. Therefore, I need to update current email to a Gmail address that will continue to be operational. When I tried that I got the message: "The specified email has already been taken". Anyway this experience is frustrating. I have no choice but to wait until subscription expires and then I will uninstall Kaspersky Plus and switch over to free Microsoft Defender. Could you please tell me what would happen if I delete My Kaspersky account. Would I loose the license? -

In Windows 7 with updates I have installed Kaspersky Free 21.23.6.614 and it worked good. I performed update and patch A is installed. After restart I have a crash of Kaspersky. In Event viewer have only this: In log have error in file traffic_processing.dll. Here is attached log: I hope this will help to developers.

Specifically i try connecting to Canada - Toronto, which works but then i try connecting to dnsleaktest.com and i try and get this: nslookup dnsleaktest.com Server: unn-149-50-222-3.datapacket.com Address: 149.50.222.3 *** unn-149-50-222-3.datapacket.com can't find dnsleaktest.com: Server failed so i had to go into the network adapter called "Kaspersky VPN WG Nt Adapter Tunnel" and manually set the DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare’s DNS) and 8.8.8.8 and had to set "obtain ip address automatically" in the ipv4 properties. im guessing there is a configuration issue on kaspersky's end since its a new vpn update? I also tried to set the firewall inbound UDP remote ports to allow any address from 53 and 51820 (supposedly a wire guard default port) i also tried with TCP ports but that didnt work. I hope this helps admin to realize and fix it, but yeah right now your VPN's DNS is kinda working for some sites and not for others. also sad to see you removed montreal server, now theyre all gonna flock to toronto :c also trying to use "Fastest Server" results in connecting to Bangladesh and having my ip show in paris, like what? lol -
Im extremely pissed with this new update. Im forced to work from a very strict public wifi, which blocked many ports. With this VPN I used to have a fast and reliable connection to work with, now I can NOT even CONNECT to the VPN anymore because they removed the ability to select the protocols. The product is literally no longer usable for me after the update. This update has to be illegal.
