We're on 12.11.0.637 right now It seems like some computers are fixing themselves without having to do anything, while others are suddenly experiencing this issue out of the blue despite working since the update. So now I am not sure what is causing this. One computer that I had previously reinstalled suddenly starting having it again, then after a few restarts it fixed itself. There needs to be a quick way to fix this because users can't be carrying on while their AV is not running correctly. Shouldn't it try to restart protection on it's own?

Moin. Es geht hier nur um Android Geräte. Bei aktualisieren werden nur irgendwelche "Stores" angeboten, wo man erst wieder ein Konto einrichten muss. Ich möchte einfach einen direkten Link zu der aktuellen APK dirket bei Kaspersky haben, warum gibt es das nicht? Jedesmal wenn ein Update benachrichtigt wird, muss erst mit Browser ins Internet und dann bis zu den APK durcharbeiten, warum so kompliziert? Weis da jemand mehr? Gruß

Добрый день, Как правильно делать скриншоты: https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/diagnostics/492#block1, можно воспользоваться ножницами. Так это не стороннее ПО, продукт Лаборатории Касперского. Kaspersky Update Utility не устанавливается, достаточно распаковать архив и запустить программу. Так убедитесь в этом, точно ли Robocopy этим занимается или же у вас сидит вирус, который антивирус не видит. С подробным описанием, трассировками и отчетом о системе обратитесь в поддержку: https://support.kaspersky.ru/b2b/ru#contacts, возможно ложное срабатывание эвристического анализатора.

Kaspersky Update Utility у нас нельзя стороннее ПО устанавливать, а только разрешенное тем более нет связи на этих машинах они без внешней сети, По поводу то что там нет вирусов, так как изначально базы выкладываются на сервер на котором уже есть Антивирус Касперского, после я копирую эти базы на свой комп, на котором тоже есть Антивирус Касперского обновленный, после чего я копирую эти базы на флешку которая используется только на машинах без сети, после чего я копирую эти базы на одну из машин на которых стоит Касперский но правда не с последними обновлениями и уже раскидываю по машинам которые находятся во внутренней сети.

возможно существование Kaspersky Update Utility для вас тоже будет новостью. Тогда почитайте. Она больше подходит для ваших целей. это утверждение, исходя из ваших скриншотов, вызывает сомнение. Как выше написали есть подозрение на работу шифровальщика.

@Longlife bisher habe ich immer für die Installation / Update auf neue Programmversion den Installer hier geladen und installiert / im Falle des Updates drüberinstalliert. https://www.kaspersky.de/downloads/standard Ist das eine andere Variante wie die App-Version im MyKaspersky Account und kann ich das nicht mehr wie beschrieben handhaben? Falls es sich um unterschiedliche Versionen handelt, was ist genau der Unterschied? Oder ist in der App Version der Key irgendwie integriert, was ja bedeuten würde, dass man Kaspersky nach Ablauf eines Keys immer neu installieren muss mit dem neu integrierten Key oder wie läuft das? Bisher war es doch auch so, dass man einen Lizenzkey im Account hinzufügen konnte und im Programm beim Account Login dann auswählen konnte, welcher Lizenzschlüssel verwendet werden soll. Geht das weiterhin?

Update! I have - finally - managed to get the app uninstalled from the device, but not without the expected back-and-forth emails from Kaspersky "support" ! Firstly, they asked me to send screenshots of the process; there wasn't much point as it didn't show anything, but I did as requested anyway. Secondly, they asked me to install an app called AIDA64 and send them an extremely long datafile/log of the device's setup, which I did. At this point, it became annoying, because another "agent" took over the case and just sent a reply saying "sorry for the inconvenience, you must have just had a temporary connection error trying to connect to your account, please try again and let us know if you require further help." Needless to say, my response to that email wasn't overly polite, and I requested they escalate it to someone who had an ounce of common sense between their ears instead. I then received a reply from yet another person with an apology and a set of 3 options to try. One of the options was the 'safe mode' option, but that doesn't work because KSK prevents the device from starting in safe mode, so that was a no-go from the outset. The second option did work, therefore I obviously didn't try the third. I'm more than happy to share the instructions that DID work here, if that would be allowed? Just wanted to make sure that's allowed before I post them! I'm off to work shortly, so it could be a day or two before I'm able to get back on to check for an update.

I have been running Kaspersky Endpoint 11.4.0 for Linux on Linux Mint 22.1 and have been telling Kaspersky for two years that they should package their Endpoint for Linux for home users - and after downloading the Kaspersky for Linux install kit and installing it have to say that it looks like that is what they have done. Installation looks almost the same and module names are the same. Not yet having a license I don't know what the Kaspersky for Linux GUI looks like. I attached a picture of the Endpoint window so perhaps someone can say if it's similar. Kaspersky support in late December told me that Kaspersky for Linux is available in the following countries: Australia South Africa Hong Kong Philippines Singapore Azerbaijan Kazakhstan Belarus If you are interested in Kaspersky Endpoint for Linux a license can be purchased from Laptops with Linux in the EU. I don't have the Kaspersky Endpoint kit download links at hand right now to post. [Found it: here] Since I do not live in the EU in order to activate it I had to VPN into the EU - after activation no problem as long as it can access the Kaspersky update servers.

We use Endpoint Security Cloud and it seems like after every major update we have a handful of devices with the following messages: -Security application is installed but it is not running. -Security application is installed but real-time protection is disabled. Restarting the client does not help. The only fix seems to be manually removing Kaspersky and reinstalling, which can be time consuming. Is there a quicker repair fix for this?

Weitere Info: selbst auf meinem Tablet von Xiaomi gibt es Probleme mit dem Update. Es gelingt einfach nicht - so wie auf dem Google Pixel. Lade ich die APK von Kaspersky herunter und installiere diese - nach Anleitung, verbleibt Version 11.129.4.14969. Komische Sache 😕

Huhu Ich bekomme den Hinweis auf ein notwendiges VPN Update im Programm Kaspersky Premium angezeigt, oben in Form eines Briefumschlags. Von dort habe ich nach Anleitung die APK heruntergeladen. Versionssprung, wie gesagt, von 11.129.4.14969-1 auf 11.129.4.14969-2 🙂

So, wie durch ein Wunder bin ich nach wiederholtem herunterladen der APK auf Version Version: 11.129.4.14969-2 (vorher 1!) gelandet. Leider wird mir trotzdem wiederholt angezeigt, dass ein wichtiges App-Update für VPN vorliegt. Nervig 🙂 Ist nun die Frage, ob ich die aktuelle Version für mein Telefon habe oder nicht (auch das VPN betreffend). Wie bereits gesagt, in den Stores von Xiaomi und Samsung wird Version: 11.129.4.15102 angeboten.

Gib es schon Neuigkeiten zu dem VPN Problem? Vielleicht ein Update seitens Kaspersky? Seit Ende November habe ich immer noch kein VPN. Ich kann mich mit keinem Server verbinden und das an allen meinen Rechnern. Habe schon mehrmals beide VPN Programm Versionen ausprobiert: 21.23.6.614-1(a) und 21.23.6.614-2(a) Mein Microsoft Edge und Google Chrome Browser meldet immer noch: ERR_TIMED_OUT Gruß Jan
