Hello guys, Currently i am running Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Build SO: 19045 with latest Microsoft Windows 10 updates. I was using Kaspersky Cloud Free as my antivirus. Yesterday i received an update for my anti-virus for the newest Version 21.9.6.465. I cannot open On-Screen Keyboard even if i press the shortcut keys CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+P. I also uninstall the antivirus completely and remove all leftovers. I also Uninstall only one of my web browsers Mozilla Firefox I downloaded the latest version available on the global website from Kaspersky and from My Kaspersky (Downloads). The version is the right one for European countries. If you remember well i already faced this problem in the past. But on that time Seem's there isn't any version available for European countries, so the resolution was removing completely Kaspersky free from my system and install the Kaspersky Security Cloud Free. I think I will make the same when you find a solution, please tell me OK! I did a Microsoft Windows Clean install on March 30, 2023. I am running out of ideas to fix the problem! I use Home Banking a Lot i need my On-Screen Keyboard to put the Password instead of Physical Keyboard. I think it's safer! But if nothing of this works in either Browser I will be forced to downgrade. But i also think that sooner or later my anti-virus will want to make the upgrade happen again. VPN Secure Connection fails to connect

Thanks. If it was the OS, I would expect to have the problem constantly, but I just reinstalled the VPN and it now works again. Over the last 2 days, it worked from sleep mode and from stut down, no problem. But after the second waking from sleep mode today, it stopped working. Does it matter what country you are in, or you choose for the server? Thanks for the technical support link. -
The download link for TDSSKiller isn't working: Download Free TDSSKiller - Rootkit Removal | Kaspersky Lab US After clicking in "Download Now" it just sends to another page and doesn't perform any download. This is a recent problem. Can someone please report / fix / let know if the tool has been discontinued? Thanks.

Hello @FurtadoPires, Thank you for posting back & the information! Agreed. Have the *recovery steps* been done? (A) Then (your) topic is in the wrong section. (B) 21.16.6.467 - is the *latest* release of Kaspersky Standard - there's also a patch but, patches are distributed progressively, so the fact it's not on your machine at the moment - is neither here nor there. IF the *recovery steps* don't help, continue working with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, Support may request Logs, Traces & other Data, it will help to include: browser’s logs (press F12 in browser - restart the page - reproduce the issue - save the log from console tab - save HAR log from Network tab). *collect for both Firefox & Edge* Fill in the template as in the image below: Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? windows 8.1 Kaspersy total security 21.3.10.391 (h) device used: Laptop. until a couple of weeks ago my virtual keyboard worked fine. now when I use it, it will not close down, it will only close when I shut down safe banking completely. I have tried using it in other browsers, firefox, chrome, brave, duckduckgo but that makes no difference. It is very annoying as it blocks the page I'm using when doing my banking.

I want to change the IP address of our KSC, It is 192.168.1.6 I added a new network adapter with new IP address 172.17.30.22 to the KSC VM. Both IP addresses are reachable. I searched the web and found the KLMover tool, but running this command did not change the administration server address. old IP address of KSC was: 192.168.1.6 new IP address of KSC is: 172.17.30.22, but I used DNS address: kaspersky.ourdomain.local , The client can resolve the name and ping the KSC server. 1 When a false positive is detected before i could ignore it temporarily which used to work fine not working anymore 2 Or if something I would use a lot i could add it the exclusions, the item adds to the exclusions list but if i try to open it it still detects it This all after the major update that changed the UI before all was fine

Kaspersky prevents Windows from going to sleep properly

Laptop Lenovo Legion win11 23H2 Kaspersky Premium. Trouble waking up after sleeping. Sleep state: Standby (S3). Only one power plan that is Balanced (and after powercfg -restoredefaultschemes). Sfc /scannow OK Note: I have an external mouse and keyboard that allow the system to wake up. The strange thing I have noticed. When I put it in sleep mode, it wakes up normally. When I leave it alone without work (Balanced option), and it "sleeps" it does not wake up. Perhaps I notice that this is a different sleep. In force sleep everything turns off and the Power button flashes. In the second case it's like the fans are running and the Power button is solidly on. (Here it does not wake up and is forced to power off). (Hibernate is OFF) -
Hi All I have the same issue and I am using KIS (Kaspersky Internet Security) ?? Sorry for party crashing your topic. I am on a single computer using win11 updated a ASUS Keyboard (CERBERUS (K2)) USB - The "block" is random and from time to time?? - I just exit Kaspersky and turn him back on... But it is really frustrating - when I am typing and suddenly --- No reaction!! I don't have BADUSB attack and any of all those settings you showed here..? Hope for a solution Stay Frosty Netz

This issue started when my version of Kaspersky Security Cloud Free updated to the newer Kaspersky Free. I can still update the databases manually, but auto updates no longer work even when I have them enabled. Is there a fix to this problem? I'm on Windows 10 21h2 and Kaspersky Free ver. 21.9.6.465

After I installed the antivirus it just FULLY DISABLE my keyboard and any keyboard even USB. I can't use the keyboard other than the virtual one... I need to re-enable this URGENT, I need my keyboard working on my notebook, I need this working Don't show me links, because all the links I found are either with an old version of the antivirus, or are on any other subject once again, after installing the antivirus, my keyboard on my notebook WAS TOTALLY DISABLE, IT IS DEAD, AS IF IT WAS TURNED OFF, NOT EVEN CAPSLOOK WORKS, and before you ask, it worked PERFECTLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS ANTIVIRUS I PAID AND NOW I AM NO KEYBOARD.

Having upgraded to Premium from Total Security, the virtual keyboard in Safe Money no longer functions correctly. Clicking on the keys does not always register, so passworded files and websites are very difficult to access unless I resort to using the real keyboard, which defeats the point of having a virtual keyboard for security

Thanks but in my kaspersky server when I click on kaspersky service by the name kaspersky security center administration server and make the service state automatically but after one refresh it stopped automatically what is your idea what is the reason -

I have windows 10 22h2 with Kaspersky free edition and the browser extension for Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox All the latest updates installed. Previously, i had to uninstall the antivirus and reinstall again. Now i am facing exactly the same problem. I Stopped the antivirus and started again. I test in more than one browser and doesn't work even. What more can i do to fix the problem!?

Thank you again for your detailed reply. @LAN Support @Farhad You kind observation would be appreciated in the issue. But the problem is happening on a single KSC while working fine on another KSC. Let me describe the environment first: A = master KSC, and b,c, d, and e = slave KSC. So the updates are working fine on c, d, and e while not working on A and b. I hope the above scenario clears the environment. Now you have described the task of updating devices, but our two KSCs, Master A and Slave b, are not updating the repositories as the other two update them correctly. Note: We are using a local folder or network folder as an update source for the task. DOWNLOAD UPDATE TO ADMN SERVER REPOSITORY.

Ty for the help. I understand what you are saying but my situation with K is weird to say the least. But I did, I admit, not make the title of the op clear enough. a better title, now i have thought about it, would be: why Kaspersky not follow MY defender rules ? Can it not tell which rules are which ? ie which are set by me ,the administrator , and other things w/e they may be. I am not really interested in anyone telling me what is best for me. I know what that is. It was just a simple question I thought. Apparently not . I have uninstalled K, and all is working again as I like it too, so np now this thread serves no purpose and can be closed or w/e. It is not solved as the answers are all of the, "Trust me Bro" - I am a piece of software and I do what I want not what you want ok, Variety. and, its for your own good, type stuff. I am not senile, yet at least, and am capable of working out what is for my own good or not and unfortunately it has never stopped me from doing anything 😉

Our Jabra Biz 2400 II Duo stopped working at all, our logitech webcams only work without the microphone. On the client log we find the information that the Connection with this device was blocked: Ereignisname Die Verbindung mit dem Gerät wurde blockiert Signifikanz: Warnung Programm: Kaspersky Endpoint Security für Windows (12.3.0) Versionsnummer: 12.3.0.493 Aufgabenname: Gerätekontrolle Gerät: hostname Gruppe: groupname Uhrzeit: Mittwoch, 22. November 2023 12:19:11 Name des virtuellen Administrationsservers: Beschreibung: Ereignistyp: Die Verbindung mit dem Gerät wurde blockiert Gerätekategorie: Datenbus Gerätetyp/Schnittstellentyp: USB Benutzer: Username (Aktiver Benutzer) Ergebnis\Entscheidung: Verbieten Ergebnis\Vorgang: Verbindung Only when the access to the usb is not blocked in the policy, the devices with microphones work properly. Our policy normaly says: block usb but allow webcams, and there is no point to activate/allow audiodevices like headsets. What can we do ? Kaspersky is not showing the devices to whitelist them. And is the devicecategory Databus correct for an USB-Microphone ? Any suggestions are welcome best regards fatcharly
