  1. Good afternoon Below is a short introductory instruction for participating in beta testing. You can find out about the release of a new build or patch, and download installers for yourself in the news section. You can report a problem found in the beta build in the Kaspersky/KSOS/KSDE and KES sections, respectively. Please upload dumps to the appropriate section. In the patches section, please post only problems related to patches available for testing. Please pay attention to the rules for working with links: Messages with links will be subject to pre-moderation. After we download the traces/dumps, we will delete your link and publish the post itself with the appropriate mark. Please do not publish the same post if the original one is still under moderation, this is not necessary! It is advisable to follow the rule - 1 problem per 1 message. Application operation logs are located at C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\[application name and version]\traces. Please also attach screenshots and videos. If you see a message about a product crash on a previous launch and the application asks you to send a report, do not send it if possible! Instead, go to the traces folder, find the dump files and create a topic in the appropriate section of the product. Otherwise, it will be sent to the general user support server and it will be difficult for us to get feedback if necessary.

I have a new Laptop and now autosave (when I register on a new site) and autofill (when accessing a site, where the credentials are saved in the password manager) is not working on Firefox and Opera. It is working on Edge. Screenshots of the Settings and details attached. Used Version of Firefox 117.0.1 (64-Bit) Thank you in advance!
  5. Hello, I think Turkcell Superonline internet provider in Turkey has blocked all VPNs and Kaspersky VPN says I am connected, but no matter how much I check the check-host, my real IP address remains the same. Please find a solution to this.
  6. Interesting that most important feature stopped working (i see it on detailed reports). So blocked then deleted then was stopped system watcher etc... Next thing is when you see this : System watcher was stopped yesterday 1/28/2023 time: 5:11 while was stopped also detected threats from 5:11 to 5:12 (12 items was blocked or deleted) and after this 5:15 was system watcher finally started again. Can someone explain this illogical situation to me?

I'm having a problem with Kaspersky Protection. - https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/kaspersky-protection/ahkjpbeeocnddjkakilopmfdlnjdpcdm It is installed in my browser normally, as it is not working. It's not marking anything that blocked something that's been a few days ago. Is this service still active or is there another one?
  8. Support and ticket creating - my.kaspersky.com If you see 0 blocked by kaspersky it doesn't mean that kaspersky not working 🙂 simply adguard was faster in blocking ads. And you can use both.
  9. I forgot to ask you something. What is the link for me to open a ticket? Answering your question because I don't use Adguard. Adguard did not work together with Kaspersky Protection. At the beginning of this topic I even reported with print that it wasn't working.

  11. Hello guys. I've been trying to connect to Indian server but it won't connect. I am using android. And the crazy part is it works fine in windows. Other country servers is working fine(android). I am trying to connect for 6 hours. Steps taken- 1)Close the app and force stop it in android setting and the restart 2)Used different internet providers (mobile data and wifi) 3)Clearing cache data 4)Uninstalling and Installing 5)Shutdown and rebooting mobile device. I am out of ideas.
  12. I'm running KAV 21.3.10.391 (j) on Win 11 22H2 fully updated - AMD x570 - Ryzen 9 5900X I recently realized that the "Protection using hardware virtualization" KAV option is no longer working. I get the warning "Hardware virtualization is not available. Incompatible hardware or software detected". I'm sure the feature was previously enabled and working properly. Could the update from 21H2 to 22H2 be the cause ? I checked the virtualization settings in the bios and operating system. It is correctly enabled. If I open Task Manager > Performance I can read Virtualisation: Enabled 2 questions: Is virtualization of KAV important to increase defense from possible threats ? Is it possible to re-enable it somehow ? Thanking in advance for any help!
  13. Hi all, struggling quite a lot to find the problem with my installer. Recently paid for an upgrade to premium and wanted to download it on my mac Installer won't progress, and I keep getting told that "The data couldn’t be written because of an error in the destination for the data". Have tried everything, I've uninstalled kaspersky IS, have rebooted multiple times, have update my system, have even checked the tmp files and all seems in order. Any advice??
  14. Hi, After installing the Admin Server on DMZ, IP polling worked for a while then stopped. I opened all the ports from DMZ to LAN and LAN to DMZ to check but no discovery. Are there any specific requirements for this kind of setup? The admin server is not joined to the domain. Firewall logs showing the drops shown in the attached file:
  15. Hi. I am Kaspersky Premium User. Whenever i try to connect internet while using Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) and Kaspersky VPN together, I cannot connect to the internet. So i have to giveup one of them for internet connection. I didn't have this problem until last week. I've had this problem for about a week. Is there a solution for this? Thanks in advance. Note: My OS is Windows 10
  16. The kpm application does not start. Reinstalling does not help. The browser extension doesn't work either. The field for entering the master password shows, but after entering it, it asks you to enter it again. And it happened exactly after I decided to delete the saved passwords from the browser ?
  17. Btw, the Import and the Restore functions are working as it should. Only the export doesn't work. Also, I've tried to save the CFG file in different folders to check if this is some kind of permission issue but still no go.
  18. Hello @Stan_natS, how did you create the screenshot? The function using the 'PrtScr' key is permitted. This means that someone is sitting at your computer and operating the keyboard. Only the creation of a screenshot that is triggered by software should be prevented.
  19. I'm using KES Cloud 12.2.0.462 under Win10 Pro. Windows is fully-updated to the latest version (22H2 19045.3930). The cloud Security Profile has Device Control turned Off (i'm mentioning it because i'm guessing it should play a positive role in the problem i'm facing, without being sure of course). I own a Lenovo laptop but the problem i'm describing also occurred in my previous laptop (Dell). I'm executing Skype (the Desktop version, not the App). When i go to Settings/Audio&Video, i see that the camera and microphone are not working (the camera led is turned on but the display shows a black screen and the microphone does not respond to voice). In the Windows Settings application, both Camera and Microphone are allowed for Desktop Apps and Camera and Microphone Access is On. As soon as i disable KES (Exit from the tray icon context menu) and go to Skype settings again, everything is working fine. What part of the security policy may be causing this? Please note, this issue does not exist in the App version of Skype. Only the Desktop version if affected, and it's not the only app. Viber is also affected and i think Zoiper too.

As the title says, yesterday I've updated Kaspersky Premium, from version 21.9.6.465 to the new version v21.13.5.506, on all the devices connected to its license (2 laptops and 1 desktop) and, since then, on 1 of the 2 laptops and on the desktop the program asks me to install Kaspersky Protection on Microsoft Edge, which I did already with the previous version, and, after re-installing it, Kaspersky Premium doesn't detect it and the extension does not work. Only on my personal laptop, the last one of the trio, the new Kaspersky Premium v21.13.5.506 detects the extension on Edge and works well as usual. N.B. I don't use Edge as my main browser on these 3 devices, so this is not a real issue for me, but I just wanted to report this bug, that's all ?

  22. Kaspersky Plus V21.15.8.493 on Win11 23H2 (fully up to date). I am trying to ping the Windows Box from a Linux (it is a homemade network monitor) and it has been working fine up until I installed Kaspersky where it has stopped working. The packet rules are the default rules on install. Many thanks for your help.
  23. I'm using Windows 11 with Korean IME. I tried turning off hardware virtualization didn't work. Only turning off the category worked but it loses the functionality.
  24. I find this to be a strange one. PM is no longer working in Edge Private mode. It works with the Edge browser in regular mode. Specifically, I have selected some favorites of the many passwords I have. When selecting one from Favorites, the Edge browser does not autofill the top www line to go to the website so it can be autofilled. This is working in Chrome in both modes and Edge in regular mode. I have noticed this problem beginning today. Anyone else ? Any solutions ?
