Hello, Kaspersky password manager is not working sometimes in all the browsers supported by kaspersky on mac. I have tried to disable and then enable the plugin, quit password manager and then open again, nothing seems to fix it. It happens randomly and i have to manually copy and paste the passwords.

Hi, After installing Kaspersky I used quick scan after it my pc went black for 2/3 mins. Idk exactly. After that my pc restarted, but my mouse cursor disappeared even tho my mouse is on and same with my keyboard they both have rgb so I know that they are on, but aren't working. I can press any button, but it's not going to work. My mouse is Model O and the keyboard is Genesis Thor 150 After I saw this problem I thought maybe taking mouse usb and keyboards wire and putting them in would work, but nothing. Now I don't know what to do because I can't do anything I have another office mouse with a wire I put it in and still nothing the cursor just won't appear. I downloaded the best version of Kaspersky free trial please help me

Hello, Welcome. Officialy is brave not supported by Kaspersky. If you want filtering webapges in brave you must have kaspersky protection addon installed and brave.exe renamed to chrome.exe I have brave and working fine.

I had problems before i did uninstall the Kaspersky free edition of antivirus even with free removal tool from kasperksy. But still i can open onscreen keyboard from kasperksy but the keyboard doesn't work i also received a error message. What can i do to fix the problem? Thank you in advanced Kindly regards. Hugo

Hi, I have the same problem for the Free version. Yeah, I know this is not the Free version page but didn't find other related topic. I will create a new one if needed in the Free version section. The export worked in 21.15 but not working since 21.16. Patch (a) and (b) didn't solve the problem. The error code is as shown below: Thanks!

I bought kaspersky total last year on an old xps 15 9550 with windows 10 pro laptop. When I used it, I had a huge issue where my keyboard didn't work at all. I use it connected to 2 external monitors and use a wired keyboard. Neither my external keyboard nor my laptop keyboard worked. I then did a lot of trial and error in kaspersky total settings and then somehow my keyboard worked. After that, I don't recall it having the issue with the keyboard not typing. My main concern here was because I use bitlocker and it required a pin at startup and then ask for a windows 10 password, that would still meant If i powered on the laptop, I could still type my bitlocker pin and windows password to get in right? Now just recently, I purchased a new windows 11 pro laptop. I installed kaspersky total on it and also moved the settings from the old windows 10 pro laptop to the new windows 11 pro laptop. I exported and imported the kaspersky file to the new windows 11 pro laptop. Just recently, my keyboard didn't work. Not only that, when I used my wireless mouse to click on icons on my desktop... it was right clicking. I think I had the same exact issue last year when I first got kaspersky total as I mentioned the above example in my 1st paragraph. I then did a full scan and it was fine. I then decided to pause kaspersky, and once I did that, my keyboard worked again and so did my mouse clicking. I then resumed kaspersky total and keyboard and wireless mouse works. Now can you tell me what exactly triggered this? What setting in my kaspersky sometimes causes my keyboard to not work? This makes me want to just pause kaspersky and use the microsoft windows defender that comes with windows. My bigger concern however was let say my laptop went to sleep and I needed to enter my local account password to get in to my desktop. How would I even do that if I can't type at all with my keyboard? I would have to shut down and restart my laptop as my only alternative right? Now in this situation, my keyboard would still work at startup right? Because I have bitlocker enabled on windows 11 pro so I need to enter my bitlocker pin and then my local account password to get into my desktop. So would I been stuck where I would need to do a clean reinstall if it got to this situation? Or my keyboard has to work at startup when it shows bitlocker screen?

I have Kaspersky Pure which included Kaspersky VPN, I have managed to use Split tunneling for some programs after quite a few attempts successfully. However I am having problems with two other apps, I cannot login to my Hive home wireless network unless I turn off the VPN. I have tried using the individual webpage settings and searched for it in split tunneling but cannot find anything for the Hive Hub connected to my router. The other app I have problems with is my Solar Panel system SMA Sunny Boy app which connects my PC via bluetooth to the solar inverter will only work with VPN off. Just wondering if anyone else with this kit has managed to solve these problems?

I just installed Tribler, and I got the same issue, at 1st it remained in Loading... so I have to edit my suggested Exclusion, and change it to Do not scan all traffic, then I finally got the GUI working, but where can I find that: -
Hello, One or two weeks ago Kaspersky chrome extension stopped(greyed out) working on my pc. Mainly I use chrome. But it appears to be greyed out in Microsoft edge too. And yesterday protected browser option stopped working on both chrome and edge browsers. I have 3 separate chrome accounts for work, personal stuff etc. It doesn't work in any of these accounts. Tried to reinstall the extension but it doesn't work. My specs are - Windows 10 21H2, Kaspersky total security(21.3.10.391). AMD 5950x, 32GB ram. I tried to rename the safeBrowser Common folder but no luck. Issue still persist. I have another pc with windows 10, Kaspersky internet security. It partially work on some browsers on that pc. Can anyone please help me to fix this issue ? I have reached out to customer support but they haven't responded to me yet. Another thing that I have noticed is, Kaspersky chrome extension doesn't appear on chrome webstore search result. I can only find it using the link provided in the Kaspersky notification center. I, recently, in October 2023, ordered Kaspersky VPN through Amazon.in after confirming from questions and answers that it would work with Windows11, Android and iPad. it is working fine with my Windows pc and android but not working with my iPad 9. I my new KSC Administration server I have clients from two domains and different networks. On one network I cant manage clients in the way that cant stop/start KES or agent, and cant stop/start any task (gray). don't see info on Session to. Everything else seams to work. I can install KES app, can see app installed on client, updates are working. It seams to me that is some kind of network problem, as maybe some ports are blocked. But I'm confused. Can you help me?

Hello. On my iPhone 14 Pro Max, Kaspersky VPN works with wifi but does not connect with cellular data. Another VPN application connects but Kaspersky does not. I deleted the application and reinstalled it, deleted the VPN profile and reinstalled it, it didn't work.

We don't have a crystal ball Xeno2ig😅 For specific information please discuss with support. Sadly, Kaspersky stopped publishing version & patch release updates about 18 months ago, replacing them with What's new & leaving out version / patch information & dates - with each update, as a consequence, it's now impossible to track those updates -> *dumbing-down* Kaspersky is a very bad idea (ioo). Hello all! I have Kaspersky Small Office Security. This antivirus is not working well in my laptop. I have win10. Kaspersky is Up-to-dated. I test this antivirus by opening cracked software. Even Microsoft window defender can detect that virus. But Kaspersky is silent. I also test the files manually but Kaspersky is not able to detect. The same files were detected by Avast and Microsoft defender on seprate system. Is this a problem or that patched files are okay? Is my antivirus working fine? Help me Sorry for my bad English. IF there's a KPM *vault* on multiple devices & the *old* Master password is still working on those old devices, perhaps synchronization is not working? Since the KPM Master password change on the primary device - have *all* devices been shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF - power ON by pressing the power button & logged into & then rechecked? Hi. I have a total of three devices monitored associated with two children. Recently, all three devices intermittently will not track location with all three devices showing "Location is unknown. The device did not respond with coordinates. Please try again later.". Location services are running and data is available on all devices but KS appears to not be able to communicate and update the locations. What's odd is that a reset of one device appears to resolve the issue and then allows the location of the other two devices to show. The issue is that it is not always possible for a parent to reset a device to be tracked when required. Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips? Should I try to remove and re-add some/all devices, clear data or any other tips. It also seems odd that KS would not show the last known location of a device when unable to update the live location rather than defaulting the map view to Google HQ, CA. Thanks if you can help.

My Kaspersky Password Manager extension for Mozilla Firefox works fine in any website, except for Gmail. The Kaspersky icon that shows up by the filling space in normal situations when auto-fill is possible, doesn't even appear to me when trying to login Gmail. Because Kaspersky Password Manager doesn't work for Gmail in my browser, I have to manually fill my login and key every time I open Firefox and want to check my email (which could be almost a dozen of time a day). What is happening , and how can I solve this problem? OS: Windows 11 Version of Kaspersky Password Manager extension: 23.1.109.1 Number of Kaspersky Password Manager application: 23.1.0.192 Number of Kaspersky application: 21.14.5.462

Unfortunately, on your child's iOS device, it's not possible to block the device due to operating system limitations, Kaspersky Safe Kids displays a notification that it's time to take a break.
