Hello, I recently replaced Kaspersky Internet Security with Plus and I'm still getting my bearings in the new application. I have 2 questions about it: 1. How can I change the interface language from what came by default from the installer? The application installed in my region's language but I prefer it to be in English. So far I can't find a setting for changing that. 2. In KIS I was able to open the On-Screen Keyboard via the application's interface - either through the main window or via the context menu after right-clicking on the tray icon. I can't find how I can do this in Plus. I'm aware there is a keyboard shortcut but sometimes I have issues with my hardware keyboard so that shortcut is not always available to me. How can I bring the virtual one up using the mouse? I'm on Windows 10, app version is 21.14.5.462. Thanks!

I too tried purchasing discounted licenses on Ebay over the years (been a Kaspersky user since 2006). I don't remember ever getting an invalid license, but I did sometimes receive "bad" ones. I call them bad because they were mostly licenses that have already been activated which I never liked, because those mostly have a story behind them like stolen or shared or something like that. The licenses I received were actually working perfectly for their entire duration and never got blocked by Kaspersky (as far as I can remember). I did also stumble on 100% legit sellers that sold me non-activated keys (brand new), you just got to be willing to look around for the trusted sellers out there if you want to save a couple of bucks. But in general, you're correct to warn people about buying licenses on Ebay as not all people have experience with telling a legit from a fraud seller. I no longer get my licenses from marketplaces like that for the last couple of years now, but the only reason I stopped is because I found a better supplier. I would probably go back to Ebay if I didn't have access to this supplier any longer.

The Philippines Internet service provider is PLDT On February 28, 2023, I purchased Kaspersky anti-virus software online through China Mobile phone number xxxxxxx The system indicated that my region could not activate the password (Activation code for conversion,), which obviously caused great trouble to my work and study. Before that, I did not known the relevant regulations of the region where the company's products are used. Kaspersky is detecting a false threat or kaspersky is unable to delete the virus permanently from my system. I saw suggestions on forum for same issue , i tried clearing cache deleting cookies then rebooting, it didnt work . Only thing seems to work is going to privacy and "cookies and site permissions" settings and setting all them to "blocked" or "not allowed" basicly not allowing anything that i can allow. Notifications seems to stopped but when i turn off all these features microsoft edge is becoming unusable basically. Virus files are always getting detected at same location , one example C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\scoped_dir8184_1774212031\c980f1ee-fbd0-4bf6-94bd-beb43e140240.tmp c980f1ee-fbd0-4bf6-94bd-beb43e140240.tmp file name changes but always found at somewhere scoped_dir........................ I want to be able to use microsoft edge , is there any solution for this issue?

Добрый день! После обновления 14.12.2023 Kaspersky Free на (21.15.8.493) стал блокировать абсолютно все сайты. Причина оказалась в том, что перестала правильно работать проверка защищенных соединений. Настройка - Настройки безопасности - Настройки сети - Проверка защищенных соединений. Пришлось выключить. Unfortunately I have tried to contact Kaspersky. No reply in 24hrs. I just can't believe it. I don't really see how Microsoft can help when the problem was caused by Kaspersky... Very upset, so many pics. My brain isn't working anymore now. Thanks. -

Hello, I have recently purchased Kaspersky Premium and have successfully set it up on my laptop, but can't get it to work properly on my phone. When I go into the app (I'm on Android version 11), it says "! 1 Warning. Learn more." When I click this, one of the "issues" that need fixing is "Turn on Safe Browsing." But when I try to turn this feature on via my phone settings, I get the following message: -------------------- The "Settings" app cannot verify your responses because an app has blocked the permission request interface. Turn off Assistive Ball or other functions that might cause this issue. -------------------- I have tried fiddling around with my phone settings, but the issue persists. And I don't have anything called "Assistive Ball" (whatever that is!) installed as far as I can see. I would really appreciate it if someone would help me solve this. I tried e-mailing Kaspersky support but the contact form isn't working (I have tried it on several different browsers, and on all of them the drop down boxes block the box you have to type your problem into so I can't get in contact with Kaspersky at all). So I'm posting here in the hope somebody can help me. I have attached an image of the error message I am receiving. Many thanks in advance for your help! Nick

I had a server with security center 11 and security application 11.0 & 11.1 I then created a new server with security center 14 and created "change administration server" task for all devices connected to the old server. Then i created 2 Deployment tasks for network agent 14 and security application 11.11 The tasks are completed successfully except with a server whose network agent did not work and with a strange error. how can i fix this issue ? this server has a security application but it is not connected to the administration server because of the network agent

This is just a REAL shame to broke user's PC like that , never seen this before !!!!!! the up^date of 23/08/2023 just broke my entire computer : no mouse, no keyboard ... and system in hibernate mode !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What can i do to recover my computer ??????? usb fix : just shit, 1 change and no keyboard or mouse ???? Is there skilled ingeneer at kasper lab ??? You just waste my time, and week end. just a question , did i, or your customer, allow you to modify .sys file in order to put YOUR keyboard or mouse sniffer ????? That just WEIRD. in 30 year of carreer i never seen that sort of bullshit. really. A product aiming to protect you, and we paid fopr that, is just destroying your datas !!! what can i do ? just rescue KS 18 (linux in fact) cd is working !!! ?????????????????? in fact the REAL virus : is virus vendor themself. they create them, in order to survive !!! i the paid release of your malware ! -

Do one of the following: Skip this step and configurarion CGWs after installation KLFOC On each of the nodes, create a virtual network adapter The virtual network adapters must be disabled. You can create the virtual network adapters in the disabled state or disable them after creation. The virtual network adapters on both nodes must have the same IP address. Use a third-party load balancer. For example, you can use an nginx server. In this case, do the following: Provide a dedicated Linux-based computer with nginx installed. Configure load balancing. Set the active node as the main server and the passive node as the backup server. On the nginx server, open all of the Administration Server ports: TCP 13000, UDP 13000, TCP 13291, TCP 13299, and TCP 17000. Restart both nodes and the file server. Map the two shared folders, that you created during the file server preparation step, to each of the nodes. You must map the shared folders as network drives. after uninstalling your product none of the drivers for firmware or input devices are working. OS is windows 11 23h2 apparently this is a KNOWN ISSUE with no real solution. Why don't you warn users before uninstalling that there will problems? it seems the only good is to reinstall the product but the only way to do that is to buy a new product key. it's that how this company keeps customers? bricking their computers so that they have no choice but to buy? restoration to factory settings is not a solution. it's a punishment for using this terrible product

Hey I have installed kaspersky sql database then I have installed the kaspersky security center before it was good and working normally so now if I connect to or click to the kaspersky security center 14 I am unable able to connect it gives the following error Kaspersky Security Center 14 Connecting to Administration Server localhost Failed to connect to the Administration Server for this reason: *Failed to establish connection with the remote device (location: 'http://localhost:13291'): connection has failed.* Please try to specify another Administration Server address and connect again.

Hi there, So KSK is installed on my son's win10 laptop and was working fine. My parent app is on a Android phone. However today my app (and also the online version of KSK at my.kaspersky.com shows that for today there was no activity recorded on my son's laptop. However he has been active for at least 5 hours now. I checked on his laptop and the app is still active and also showing the correct start/stop times and the max. duration for today. So it looks that his activity is not sent to kaspersky so it can be recorder in the app or web-interface. What's wrong Kaspersky?

I have installed the Password Manager plugin on Google Chrome, which is working fine on my personal computer. At work, when I click on the plugin, it says I need to download and install password manager. I am not allowed to install applications on a work computer. Is there a way around this? I was using Last Pass and didn't have to install anything to use that plugin at work. If I am unable to use it at work, it becomes useless to me and I will have to go back to something else. Hello, I just download Kaspersky Cloud Security Free Anti-Virus and I'm now experiencing a problem of browsers "cutting connection". This led to my search engines not working and most websites to stop functioning. If anyone knows the solution, I would really appreciate it since this is a very urgent situation that I need resolved as possible. Thanks.

Ok, this doesn't make any sense to me. All webistes work fine while the VPN is off, but most websites won't work at all while the VPN is on. For some reason Yahoo Mail works though. I've redownloaded the SW, flushed the DNS, ran network troubleshooter with no problems, switched around proxy settings, and switched around the settings in the VPN. Nothing has helped. It all worked fine until I upgraded to Premium and downloaded the SW. Anyone experiencing this? Might have to just cancel it if I can't figure it out.

I recentlly discovered that Microsoft OneDrive, Phone Link, Microsoft Store and Windows Update had stopped working, all claiming I was not connected to the internet. This wasn't true, as my browsers were still working. I contacted Microsoft Support who found that their Quick Assist app couldn't connect. Microsoft suggested a clean boot, and when I did this with Kaspersky Total Security V 21.3.10.391 running the problems persisted. After pausing the Kaspersky protection, all the Microsoft apps worked correctly. Searching through the Kaspersky Forum I found this thread which provided a fix by Friend https://forum.kaspersky.com/topic/ms-teams-only-works-when-i-disable-my-kaspersky-35859/ This fix solved the immediate problems, and all the Microsoft apps worked correctly with Kaspersky protection running. Reading further in the thread I found that I should have installed Kaspersky Plus to replace my Kaspersky Total Security. I have done that, and everything is working.

Hello im using kaspersky endpoint security , I habe just upgraded my application and deployed to pc s but now the pc s are unusable due to kaspersky has blocked the keyboard and I cant press control alt delete. Can anyone help me please
