I was trying to uninstall Kaspersky using the kaspersky removal tool. And halfway there I restarted the pc because of a windows 11 update and after the update my keyboard and mouse stopped working BUT both still works in the bios please help

I've been having problems with the internet since I founded Kaspersky. Both my mobile data and Wi-Fi connections have slowed down a lot. Although I am connected to the internet, the applications are not working properly. Kaspersky VPN improves when I turn off and restart the phone. ( I'm using iphone 14 pro max iOS 16.5.1(c) )

When I am connected to the VPN, my Ubuntu OS's connection, that was installed under the Windows Subsystem For Linux, does not work. If I disconnect the VPN, it starts working again. I have tried to set up the split tunneling feature for this software unsuccessfully. How can I fix this?

most likely there was a failure in one of the KSC services - open the service snap-in - erase the display according to the status, it will be sanded “automatically” - check the services that should have been started but are currently not working Basically, pay attention to all services in the description of which there is a mention of “Kaspersky” or administration server. I wanted to setup 2FA for My Kaspersky, but the verfication code for SMS won't send and I don't know what to do. Tested my number with Google, and I can receive SMS messages with Google. I have already tried clicking resend a few different times now.

This article is about Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (KES for Windows) Description FDE precheck is a utility used for advanced Full Disk Encryption compatibility testing. It contains latest drivers which will be implemented in future KES releases. FDE precheck also collects diagnostic data used to fix compatibility issues. Inability to use laptop keyboard and\or touch-pad is one of the most frequently met issues. Using FDE precheck you can understand if compatibility issue was already fixed and will be included in next release or it should be addressed. You can download latest FDE precheck utility using following links: For KES 11 - https://support.kaspersky.com/14328 System requirements Single operating system should be installed on the test machine, FDE Precheck can't properly function on a host with multiple operating systems. Use administrative account to run the utility. Read before proceeding Decrypt the test host and remove Kaspersky Endpoint Security and AES module. Do a backup of the critical data on the test machine. Follow the test sequence exactly as stated below. Do not manually stop the execution of the utility. The system will automatically restart several times, it is an expected behavior. Plug in laptop. Do not run test on battery. Failure to comply with steps above may lead to unpredictable consequences. Test sequence Make sure machine decrypted does not have KES or AES module installed not running any KL drivers has no critical data plugged in Reboot. Copy and unpack fde_precheck.zip archive. Run elevated fde_precheck.exe (either by right-clicking and choosing Run as administrator or by starting it from an elevated command prompt). If the program will not find any incompatibilities the following message box will appear: Press Yes, to initiate installation of the encryption drivers and initiation of the test. Wait for the automatic reboot, then login using the administrative user as was done earlier. Press OK on the pop-up that will appear shortly after the reboot: Press Yes in the UAC window if it will appear shortly after. Wait for several minutes (up to 10-15 minutes) until next automatic reboot will occur. Do not initiate reboot manually! It will be done automatically. Manual reboot at this stage may result in corruption of the OS. All preparations are run in background, it is normal that there will be no indication of activity on the desktop. @Benjamin TheodoreWelcome back When you restart your computer, the safe will actually be locked again because the application itself (as well as the operating system) is completely shut down. I performed a test on my machine and set the Auto-Lock to "Never" and it is working normally. Try reinstalling the product by installing the most up-to-date version (here) and/or change this option again so that the new settings are saved (maybe there was a bug when saving the settings)

Should be work with kaspersky standard. I had kaspersky total security license and when I download and install for example kaspersky standard automatically was installed kaspersky plus. So should be work with your license also. If you have saved your license on your my.kaspersky account you can try. If will not working with new products then you can revert back to KIS. Easy.

@MirceaForce No. The current equivalent version of KIS is the Kaspersky Standard. Source → Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ The database is working normally and is the same for both new and old products.

@MirceaForce no. These old range of products are end of life. Still database updates working. KIS is replaced by kaspersky standard. But there are new range of products kaspersky standard, plus and premium.

I solved this issue using my Android device and Chrome export. Meanwhile, I didn't want to try exporting from https://passwords.google.com/ again since I solved it this way. I was using Arc Browser and tried it, but it didn't work by then. I stopped using it and returned to Chrome.

Hello there, Since more than one month, I have been trying to have my VPN running and connecting without any luck, I tried it in all my 4 computers, but it doesn't work anymore. $ computers, each has different operation system, VPN was working just fine on each, but suddenly, its not! Please advise.

This fixed also my problem with Proton Drive not syncing and outloook crashing, yet i still have several problems with office 365. Kaspersky blocks some of the connections thus causing troubles. Only fix is to shutdown protection for the period i'm working on something. Not an optimal solution.

My issue is that the Kaspersky Password Manager is not working when I tried clicking the icon in the main Kaspersky Antivirus control icon nor is there any shortcut icon for KPM itself appearing on the desktop. I tried reinstalling KPM several times but still showing the same problem on my Windows PC. Every time when I reinstall KPM and tried activating it again I keep getting the message "KPM is already installed" but it cannot open.

2) There were two devices that kept coming back, another one GWNR51416 (desktop) finally stopped after being removed multiple times in the past two days. This one, QKEEF96 (desktop) still comes back, usually within an hour after removal. 3) Seems to be the case but the KIS license expired last year and I am currently running Standard - the active one. 4) Yes, I only have one active license, the rest of them all expired. Though I don't know why they show up under my account. 5) - 15) I will do that tomorrow. This is 1am MST, I am running out of juice. Will report back once I go through all the steps. Нужно для того чтобы можно было alt+tab'абаться между программой и менеджером паролей. И копировать конкретное поле сразу, а не водить мышкой. например открыл steam чтобы залогиниться atl+tab, появилось окно менеджера ctrl+f, вод пары символов для поиска, из активной карточки (если нужная карточка не активна, "активируешь её стрелочками") нажимаешь ctrl+z (копировал в буфер логин), alt+tab открылось окно ввода в стим ctrl+v, alt+tab ctrl+x (копировал в буфер пароль) alt+tab ctrl+v. можете даже их за хардкодить, без возможности что-то настроить не нужно отвечать на моё предложение формулировкой "функция мало востребованная, маловероятно добавим", это нужно было сделать много лет назад ещё до запроса от пользователей, простите меня конечно, но программе больше 12 лет, и в ней всё ещё нету базовых вещей. За двенадцать лет можно было уже и с дистрибутивом под линукса определиться, и обеспечивать работу только на одном конкретном дистрибутиве. Почему такие простые вещие нужно выпрашивать у разработчика который претендует на место среди лидеров рынка?

Every time I open an MS Office document, I receive the following popup windows asking to select a certificate. Third one works, but it keep asking every time I open a file on Windows 11. If I disable Kaspersky Plus or disconnect the Internet, then the files open without prompting to select a certificate. I searched all solution, but none is working for me.
