I forgot to ask you something. What is the link for me to open a ticket? Answering your question because I don't use Adguard. Adguard did not work together with Kaspersky Protection. At the beginning of this topic I even reported with print that it wasn't working. -

I was using Adguard, strangely enough, Adguard wasn't letting Kaspersky work, as I posted at the beginning of this topic and how our friend @harlan4096 helped me. That's why I'm asking for help if anyone knows a good ad blocker to block advertising from YouTube. Another thing I don't use the Brave browser. What I only use is Google Chrome. -

Adguard have good filters I also using it. Btw if you have Brave browser so you don't need any other blockers... By default is blocking all also youtube ads. -
Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Please Contact to Kaspersky Support https://support.kaspersky.com/b2b I don't find in my Kaspersky Premium (home product) any detection in that site. But it's true that I did not log in, probably it's a false positive. But if You get the detection only if You log in the site with a user / password, then K. Support will ask You to generate KES traces while reproducing the issue.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the e-mail used for this one. I've tried all 3 e-mails and 2 of them led to creating 2 new accounts instead and the third e-mail show the message as in the first post. Probably this is the original e-mail used for the 7987 account, but I can't verify that myself now.

We're not sure which location "under the support section of KS, KS/KP are not being marketed for use in the European market" (you're) referring to, here's 3 random ones we've checked: France, Spain & Denmark - Kaspersky Standard, Kaspersky Plus & Kaspersky Premium are all supported We're happy to read you've engaged with support - with the new release Kaspersky introduced the subscription based design. It's (your) choice. The thing is the *new* software is subscription based & will not work without being signed into the MyKaspersky account - don't bother firing back with cussing words - IF (you) had KIS & there was no nag issue, you'd be better staying with KIS until it reaches end-of-life, it can be downloaded from here: Kaspersky Internet Security for Windows® Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

I have kaspersky total and used it for 2 years total. The first time I bought it off kaspersky website. This is kaspersky total. The next year I then bought it off amazon.com and then entered the code into my kaspersky total. I don't recall if I added the kaspersky code to my kaspersky total after it expired or before it expired and thus extended it for another year. My kaspersky total subscription will end soon again. Now, did kaspersky total change and is it kaspersky premium now? On amazon, you can buy kaspersky total 2024 so that would renew this kaspersky in my computer? I remembered last year when I bought it off amazon, it was called kaspersky total 2023. Which kaspersky do I buy now to extend the subscription? Is the one on amazon going to work just like before? Confused because I heard something about kaspersky premium. But do you need to download kaspersky premium or not? I assume you don't? Also I downloaded kaspersky total back when I was in the US and currently using it outside the US where I am at right now. Last year I had bought kaspersky total 2023 off amazon and extended my kaspersky total while outside the US.

More Time requests are late or not delivered at all

Operating System: Windows 10 I am using Safe Kids to block content and restrict usage within certain hours. On both of the computers that are running Windows 10, my children can click the button to request more time. However, when they press that, I do not get a notification in the parent app on my phone. If I go to login to the website, the alert isn't delivered there. I am signed up to get those emails, but I don't get those... for several hours. For example, my child requested more time at 4:30pm, and almost exactly four hours later, I finally got the email. I am forced to have to enter my parent password which is annoying because of its complexity. And I'm not sure that's the best way as it appears I'm actually turning off everything, not just providing more time. Is there any reason I wouldn't be getting the alerts anywhere? Logs on the PC? Also, is there a way to allow the child to make the request again? Hours go by and it just stays at "Your request has been submitted". I'd love to be able have them try again and see if it goes through a second time. -
In November last year my Kaspersky Internet Security antivirus license was about to expire, when I accessed My Kaspersky account to renew it, I noticed that there was a new version of the antivirus available, so I decided to buy a new license instead of renewing the old one. I bought the Kaspersky Premium version and since I installed this version on my computer the antivirus keeps crashing randomly, I don't know if it is crashing or just freezing, but in the "System Inspector" section of the antivirus it shows that the process is being finished and then starting again. I never had this problem with the previous version, I have already contacted support through Online Chat and via email and they seem lost and unable to help me because no crash log/dump is being generated to analyze the problem. I don't know what to do anymore, I've been using Kaspersky for years now and I don't want to change to another antivirus.

(B) 21.16.6.467 - is the *latest* release of Kaspersky Standard - there's also a patch but, patches are distributed progressively, so the fact it's not on your machine at the moment - is neither here nor there. IF the *recovery steps* don't help, continue working with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, Support may request Logs, Traces & other Data, it will help to include: browser’s logs (press F12 in browser - restart the page - reproduce the issue - save the log from console tab - save HAR log from Network tab). *collect for both Firefox & Edge* Fill in the template as in the image below: Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available? 1 - Yes it's exactly the same problem, his print also shows the javascript lib being blocked constantly (causing the memory overflow). 2 - I'm currently using 21.16.6.467 and I suspect this might be a regression from this version, since I don't remember having this problem before the upgrade (but I also use to always being logged in Crunchyroll, so I can't be sure it didn't affected older versions).

I know but unfortunately I deleted the virtual machine. I have one main virtual machine and every time I want to do some tests I copy the virtual machine's folder, so I don't ruined it and after the test I delete it. If you didn't tried a virtual machine you should. It's very handy If you want to do tests or if you want to try a new program to test it or anything else. I use the vmware workstation player. It's free. You can install what ever OS you want. PS: it's not an ad !! I've been used it for over a decade

The 16mb MSR partition is useless, the recovery partition it maybe needed but in every major windows update it will recreated again. Don't do a clean installation. I have the answer. I did in a virtual machine a clean installation (with all partitions deleted) of windows 11 and installed the Kaspersky Free. No kaspersky4win folder in the EFI partition.

At least your's it's on the C, mine it's (was) on the EFI (EPS) partition. I checked the C:\System Volume Information on my pc too and there is a kaspersky4win folder and a klBackupDepository.dat file, nothing else from Kaspersky. I don't know why.

If I open a banking site in Chrome, when it goes to open new secure protected browser it fails -> I then changed the settings in Safe Money from using the default browser (chrome) to use Firefox -> If I now open a banking site in Chrome it still tries to open it in Chrome, so I'm not convinced that safe money setting did anything and yes I've restarted my machine as well. If I have Firefox open and go to a banking site then I get -> I have Windows 10 -> and Kaspersky total security -> The issue also appeared around the same time that Kaspersky VPN updated which I don't use, so I uninstalled that. No difference. I have also uninstalled the last few windows updates from when I noticed the issue, no change.
