  1. The title says it all. On my PC, on my phone, it's constant... notifications, reminders, whatever. I don't want, or need, Safe Kids; there must be some way of silencing this noise. But does anyone know how, please?
  2. I see a long list of connected devices. Several are named "unknown device". Screenshot attached. There is no option in Kaspersky to delete or disconnect the devices that I don't recognize, unless I am missing something. What to do? TIA

  4. I'm having issues understanding Low Restricted, High Restricted and Untrusted applications. Let's say I have a NAS, I'm logged into a NAS user - on Windows - that has read-write access to a share. Let's say this unknown and not validly signed .exe is malware. Let's say it was put in one of those aforementioned categories by Kaspersky. Will it be able to use my NAS user account to write or delete stuff on my share? I don't know if this question makes sense but I tried my best to word it in such a way that it would
  5. My website "zootd.io" has been wrongly flagged for containing malware, when we most certainly do not. We are an Ecom Store. We don't have any download links, ads on the site or literally anything of the sort. I'm at a total loss as to how to solve this problem as its costing us a lot of money and we are getting a lot of comments and emails from concerned customers. Please help.

Access to the Kaspersky technical experts requires users to have paid subscription(s), you advised (your) *customer* reported the issue to you, ask them to log the request OR take out a paid subscription - there's Kaspersky products that are very affordable & don't necessarily need to be taken out for more than one month, for example - Kaspersky Secure Connection, https://www.kaspersky.com/vpn-secure-connection - the cost of a cup of coffee, OR - Kaspersky Amazon has very economical subscriptions. Also, read: How your subscription works The available methods we've provided above are: (a) via https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ -> Submit to reanalyze & (b) direct to Kaspersky Customer Service, that team escalate the issue to Kaspersky's Virus Lab experts who perform the analysis & provide the advice. Dear manager, I have been using KIS for years and it is working beautifully until two days ago that i have encountered a serious problem with KIS, I have been using clash for windows as my proxy service app with chrome browser for years, and it has been working perfectly till recently that I think KIS could have blocked the network traffic completely after recent update, since both clash app and chrome stopped accessing the internet anymore, I don’t know how to fix the issue. Since I have absolutely no problem for other apps can access internet in my windows laptop except chrome and clash. I tried to reset chrome, clear chrome cache and history,reset proxy server in network settings in chrome, reinstall chrome. Reset network / flushdns from cmd, none of the above action can solve the issue. Since I live in china, a heavily internet -censorship restricted country, I need to use VPN to access google and other services for work. You could refer to the attaché screenshot from clash client logs, please kindly help me. I tried to ask the proxy server providers but they have really bad customer services that I don’t think they have good technical support. best regards Gai

I am a graphic designer and people try or pick my word on my computer. I am suspecting a sort of root kit on my Mac. Before I was sore on windows;I was an hidden virus on a lot of part on my computer.I was was erase it withKasersky rescue tool. Si I was unconect my external drive.I am thinking they are alway this hidden virus on my external drives I am thinking It have contaminated my Mac mini. My computer is sometime drive by distant. I have disconnect IPV6,upnp.I have firewall for Internet, local, and vpn I don't know if Kaspersky have a sort of Kaspersky rescue tool for Mac, and a security for evil computer control by distance.   10. I have an Server that sharing folders out to public via SMB default "445" Port. Last week, we're bought "Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Pro" License and installed to this Server. After Kaspersky EndPoint running on, all folders have shared is down connection. I checked on "canyouseeme" and see 445 port is close. When I exit the Kaspersky app, it's turning back work now. I'm checking on Kaspersky Cloud Interface, and see a list like an image that attachment and don't see "445" SMB Port. How can I fix this?, I'm aready add 445 Port in Windows Firewall on the Server and it's not work.
  11. Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Personally, I don't have MAC nor iPhone device, so I probably can't help You much here, do You get any warning in your Kaspersky product? Check if NetWork Monitor settings, if monitoring it is enabled... Can You post some screenshots of the status of Your Network Monitor status?
  12. Hello @Yoji, Welcome! Because you selected the very prominent renew button. The current installed Kaspersky Premium application does not *know* there's a reserve Premium license - it's not as smart as you🤦🏼‍♂️. (a) KSK Premium comes with KSK. Kaspersky doesn't know you don't have kids. IF you didn't want KSK you should not have purchased KSK. (b) As far as KSK being active on one or more of (your) 10 PCs - no, virtually impossible, it's laborious to install; IF you'd installed it *once* you would never forget it. (c) The KSK subscription shows *active* in (your) MyKaspersky account, that's normal for activated subscriptions. (d) What's not normal & we had exactly the same situation with our *reserve* Premium license, is, even tho we also had an active KSK & Premium license, the *new* KSK activated on the purchase date while the *new* Premium slotted into reserve status. The *fix* is to contact Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email OR Chat, fill in the template as shown below & provide a detailed history & tell them the *new* KSK has activated prematurely - Kaspersky Customer Service will assist if they can.   13. Hello @Potap, Thank you for posting back & the clarification! Don't worry about recording the problem! Get the problem logged with the support team; if they need a recording they will tell you & they may tell you to use other software for problem recording; it's much more important to have a ticket in the Kaspersky system. Also; if there's a problem with the recorder, they can log that as an issue too. Go to: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email OR Chat, fill in the template & provide a detailed history. Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?   14. This is something that has been happening for a few days already, When I'm developing on PHPStorm/Goland on WSL2, Windows cannot start new threads in a timely manner. The processor and memory look normal, and existing threads work well, but it hangs if you try to start a new application or thread, e.g., open a new Chrome browser. It usually takes 10~15 minutes for the system to recover, and the recovery is slow. During the issue, each thread takes ~45 seconds to start. If I pause the KIS protection, the system fully recovers in ~30 seconds. Without pausing the KIS protection, the system recovers by itself, but it takes longer, and the thread start time goes down slowly. WSL2 can run new threads well if I have an already open terminal. Using Windows 11 22H2 PHPStorm 2023.3.2 GoLand 2023.3.2 KIS 21.3.10.391 Exclusions configured on KIS: \\wsl.localhost\ %APPDATA%\JetBrains %LOCALAPPDATA%\JetBrains Specs: i7-12700K ram 96GB main storage 1tb SSD I don't know how to debug it further, any tips?   15. Yes I do have the INC number Kaspersky Technical Support - ID INC000016344050 They have asked me to run a program to collect system info and I have send it to them. And just to remind you, same issue persists in android
  16. None of the above worked for long. Still getting the issue. I'm guessing at this point the answer is "Don't try any DIY fix; all you can do is wait for the devs to fix it".
  17. I am trying to help and understand why Kaspersky don't detect obvious and popular Adware Software that has been detected by many AVs.
  18. I keep getting a notification that a link is being blocked on iOS. The notification comes up 3x in the matter of 10 minutes for the same link as well as happening multiple times a day. It has been doing this for the last 3 days in a row. It does not tell me or show me where to find it. I don’t know if its in a browser page on my or in an email or wherever. Any ideas what I can do to figure out where to find this link so I can remove it?

I submitted these files to Kaspersky virus lab but, they said that no malicious software in these files although these torrent apps are well known that they are PUPs although sending them screenshots and forums links proofing that these apps are adware but, no Kaspersky refuse I don't know if they allow Adware apps on purpose for small fees to get pass the detection.

  21. I have the same problem though! It says "un-signed" !!! That freaked me out too!! I don't understand why Kaspersky lets an unsigned program to run in the background during the installation. It shouldn't be so difficult to have them signed, right? MacBook tells you that this is happening and that's a good thing. Because, I had installed another anti-virus before and they (who knows who they are) set up a whole network of terminals before it was said and done! This is very dangerous ! I can't allow another 'unsigned program' to be running around in my computer and network. The only reason I allowed this time was that I saw this little comment above and its response. (also, I was not able to complete the setup. But, that's a terrible reason to allow unsigned programs). Well, I trust Kaspersky. But, I strongly suggest to change that thing to "signed". Thank you
  22. Hi there, I’ve suddenly started getting several notifications about 15x a second from the iOS app, it’s absurd. Is there no way to see a log of what is being blocked? I have cleared browser cache and there is no change, I haven’t downloaded any new apps in several months, so I don’t know what could possibly have changed in the last couple of hours. thank you for any assistance!

  24. I’m relation to that topic, I don’t believe I see KVRT’s program data folder. The FRST logs don’t mention anything about it being created when I ran the tool, although I did run FRST from the website. I’m not sure if it’s the 2020 version it’s the most recent one I could find
