Hi Forum Users 😊 I Download the NEWEST Kaspersky Rescue Disk Yesterday burned it to a CD in my external CD Drive for my Laptop. The Problem is when i let it load all the files and go into Rescue Mode the anti Virus scanning Tool is stuck At "initializing" 75% i dont know. my PC is NOT Infected but i just want the ant virus scanning tool to initialize 100% i wait 30 Minutes its stuck. theres nothing wrong with my HP) OMEN 15 Gaming Laptop.

Hello there, trying to run Kaspersky Rescue disk after the computer has been compromised. Following the instructions first it appear message saying the "The product folder is in the RAM and all the information will be lost after the reboot of the device". Then I am ending up in both Graphic mode and Limited graphic mode to the same error. "Can't initialize services" With second user windows showing progress of the initialization 50% with green bar filled half through. And only option is to just close the dialog box without initialization to be completed. I have enabled the trace, but I can't locate the log files, that lead me to a thought they are also just in the RAM and after reboot are disappearing. I do need some help resolving this as I want to scan the PC with the tool provided. Thanks In advance Djidjo Djanev

Windows 11 Home Single Language - versão 22H2 Kaspersky Plus (assinatura de avaliação) - versão 21.14.5.462 Realizei os seguintes passos do guia https://support.kaspersky.com/krd18/howto/14226#block1, mas mesmo assim, ao inicializar a imagem da ferramenta com o Rufus, tanto no ISO Image mode e DD Image mode, ao selecionar a opção 'Kaspersky Rescue Disk. Graphic mode' lnão aparece mais nada na tela e tornando-se necessário o desligamento forçado. Testei também com o YUMI, mas se quer foi reconhecido e mesmo estando em primeiro na prioridade de boot. Mais informações: IdeaPad 3 15ALC6 (AMD Ryzen 5 5500U) UEFI, TPM 2.0, Boot seguro ativado e Inicialização rápida desativada.

Мне нужно было проверить систему, на которой не было антивирусов. Воспользовался Касперским Rescue Disk 18. Не смог найти команды в терминале для отмены шифрования отчётов и выбрать другие параметры проверки. В сети есть настройки более старых версий данного продукта. На новом не смог их активировать, то есть создать открытые отчёты, что бы можно было их скопировать и посмотреть потом, а не в интерфейсе программы сразу после проверки. Так же есть задача проверить компьютер без лечения для оценки и выбора последующих действий. Прошу уточнить, где в базе данных можно посмотреть способ получить доступ ко всем настройкам Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18. В случае отсутствия данной информации в базе данных Касперского, прошу сообщить их в ответе по этой теме.

I have a Kaspersky Rescue Disk that I created at the beginning of 2023 on a USB flash drive. Today (12-7-2023) I booted my Windows 11 PC from the flash drive to update the virus definitions. I got as far as the opening menu, where you select graphical mode, not graphical mode, hardware info, etc. No matter what I chose, my screen went blank and became unresponsive, and I had to restart my computer. I came to this forum to see if anyone else had this experience, and was surprised to see no mention of the rescue disk - see the attachment. Thus my question: Is the Kaspersky Rescue Disk no longer supported?

Been using KIS for over 10 years now without any issues. Recently, I have been facing an issue where the disk usage shoots up 100% as soon as I start Windows and stays there for around 15-30 minutes before coming back to normal levels. Also during the work day, whenever I open any new program it again shoots up to 100% and stays there for 5-10 minutes. Has anyone faced the issue? Can anyone suggest a solution as it's getting impossible to work like this. (Even tried formatting and reinstalling Windows. Same issue after 2-3 days.) Türkçe: Merhaba, ben bugün Kaspersky Rescue Disk indirmiştim, ama bir sıkıntı var. İnternete bağlanılmadığı için veritabanlarını ve uygulama modüllerini güncelleyemiyorum, komut istemcisinde de "NetworkManager downloaded but inactive" yazıyordu zaten. İnternetim kablolu ağa bağlı, normalde otomatik bağlanması gerekiyordu ancak benimki kablolu ağ olmasına rağmen otomatik bağlanmadı. İnternet ayarlarında "Ethernet" kısmına geldim ancak nasıl bağlanacağımı anlamadım. "Password" kısmı soluk renkli gözüküyor ve bir şey yazılmıyor. Nasıl bağlanacağım ben bu internete? Modülleri güncelleyemiyorum çünkü. English: Hello there, I downloaded Kaspersky Rescue Disk today, but there is a problem. The Kaspersky Rescue Disk cannot connect to ethernet. Command prompt says "NetworkManager downloaded but inactive". Normally it was supposed to be connect automatically on ethernet. But i couldn't connect automatically. And, i checked the "Network Settings". "Password" below is pale. How can i connect that ethernet? Because i can't update database. Thanks and, sorry for my bad english...

Hi, After a time scanning a specific hard disk drive the software crashes fully and restart automatically. It seems on a specific %, I checked if my hard disk drive have any bad sectors, but no issues found by chkdsk tool (pasted here: https://hastebin.com/share/dujubideji.vbnet). This is an old issue that I tried to solve a long time ago with kaspersky support, but no answer was found, so I tried to install MalwareBytes and I scanned this hard disk drive and worked perfectly. What I can do in that case? I'm ready to share more technical informations if needed. Thanks.

Mijn vraag is de volgende als ik de laptop opstart met de rescue stick krijg ik het beeld van acer en in de linker boven hoek op het scherm een klein vierkantje. Hoor dat de laptop draai maar er gebeurd niets wie kan me helpen met dit probleem

Hi, when I start Kaspersky Rescue Disk and select GRAPICH MODE I get a totally black screen. I can't scan, much less the other functions don't work, always a black screen as I continue. I can only scan from Windows. Depends on what?

Ayuda, creé un USB booteable de 16gb en NTFS para poder realizar una limpieza de virus en mi pc, pero al momento de bootear desde dicha memoria, me aparece este error: Welcome to GRUB Begin of (memdisk)/grub.cfg Check signature state is enforce Prefix is (hd0,msdos1)/boot/grub error: unknown filesystem. Invalid prefix. Try to search KRD files error: no such device: /boot/grub/k-x86 Root is hd0, msdos1 Config (hd0, msdos1)/boot/grub/grub.cfg Rebooting the system after 12 conocen la solución?

Hello, a got a issue whit the Karpersky rescue disk, when im in the interfeace of the KRD, i select the option "graphic mode" to continue whit the recue process and nothing hapen, just a black screen. I read in this forum a similar issue and read that maybe it is an incompatibility whit my Pc, so i tryed to follow the steps about the "Hardware info", but even when i select the option "Hardware info" still continue to a Blackscreen. I called to Costumer service and they just could provide me the same topicforum i read before and nothing else. I dont know what to do now. My pc model is : Asus Tuf A15 (windows 11)

Advice and Solutions (Forum Knowledgebase) Disclaimer. Read before using materials. Environment/Preconditions KSC - 12 KSWS - 11.0.1.897 You may find a massive increase in disk usage from the folder report under the Kaspersky folder. The size of the report folder will increase from around 2GB to 12GB, the files in the report folder have random name (like 340a13d9-2a50-4c4e-94d6-82a79d80da4b), which rapidly grows and consumes disk space. The file can be deleted to resolve the disk space full issue, which itself can cause many issues (can't log in to the server, KSWS stop, etc) To delete the file: Stop KSWS. Add permission/owner for the login account. Right-click and delete file. This issue is caused by the Task log setting under Log and Notification tab in the KSWS policy. To avoid the detailed events issue: Ensure that there are no Informational events in the Importance level option in each Component. Remove task logs older than (days) is selected. In case you do the above step and the random file is still keep growing rapidly (100 MB per hour), it may be causes by the flooding event. You can check the event flooding by using "DB Browser for SQLite". For example, the log above is generated by the Application launch control component. You may solve this issue by disabling Application launch control log.

Y at-il quelqu'un ici qui a déjà utilisé l'USB Live Kaspersky Rescue Disk et pourrait me donner quelques conseils sur comment démarrer mon PC à partir de cette clé USB ?
