my bootable flash drive is fine, I have no problem booting and getting into the tool the problem is that I cannot update the database I tried everything. I don't use WIFI my PC is connected by cable and I read that is supposed to detect my network automatically. I'll attach a screenshot later

I have a Kaspersky Rescue Disk that I created at the beginning of 2023 on a USB flash drive. Today (12-7-2023) I booted my Windows 11 PC from the flash drive to update the virus definitions. I got as far as the opening menu, where you select graphical mode, not graphical mode, hardware info, etc. No matter what I chose, my screen went blank and became unresponsive, and I had to restart my computer. I came to this forum to see if anyone else had this experience, and was surprised to see no mention of the rescue disk - see the attachment. Thus my question: Is the Kaspersky Rescue Disk no longer supported?

Hi, when I start Kaspersky Rescue Disk and select GRAPICH MODE I get a totally black screen. I can't scan, much less the other functions don't work, always a black screen as I continue. I can only scan from Windows. Depends on what?

Hello, a got a issue whit the Karpersky rescue disk, when im in the interfeace of the KRD, i select the option "graphic mode" to continue whit the recue process and nothing hapen, just a black screen. I read in this forum a similar issue and read that maybe it is an incompatibility whit my Pc, so i tryed to follow the steps about the "Hardware info", but even when i select the option "Hardware info" still continue to a Blackscreen. I called to Costumer service and they just could provide me the same topicforum i read before and nothing else. I dont know what to do now. My pc model is : Asus Tuf A15 (windows 11)

Добрый день. Проблема следующая: Скачал последнюю версию KRD с официального сайта, распаковал и загрузил в расшаренную папку на Ubuntu Server 22.04. Далее по инструкции из базы знаний добавил в загрузочное меню KRD, прописав в конфиге все необходимое для загрузки, получилось так: :krd set os_root os-images/linux/krd kernel tftp://${server_ip}/${os_root}/boot/grub/k-x86_64 initrd tftp://${server_ip}/${os_root}/boot/grub/initrd.xz imgargs k-x86_64 initrd=initrd.xz nfsroot=${server_ip}:${root_path}/${os_root} net.ifnames=0 lang=ru dostartx boot По такому же принципу и структуре у меня в загрузчике прописаны и другие linux системы и дистрибутивы, но вот KRD загрузить не получается. I FUND A TEMPORARY FIX ! burn on a USB Linux mint and download Kaspersky virus removal tool 2015 and put in the USB, then install in Linux using Software manager 'PlaywithLinux', the using this app, run Kaspersky. DONT FORGEET TO MOUNT THE DRIVE THAT CONTAIN INFECTED WINDOWS then when you open Kaspersky virus removal tool search for the mounted file of Windows! That my temporary fix

I just download the last Kaspersky Rescue Disk version and made a bootable USB stick using Rufus (following the site instructions). After rebooting the computer and selecting the USB stick as the boot option, I get stuck on a console (black screen with just an underscore). I don't get to see any Kaspersky logo or menu. If I remove the stick, the Windows OS starts as usual. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it? Computer: ASUS ROG STRIX G512

I boot from the cd it's all goes well until the end running the codes instead of booting the kaspersky lab is OS,It gives me a log line "Welcom to kaspersky rescue disk" ans opens a command terminal System specs Nvidia RTX 2080 SUPER 256 GB Ram Intel xenon 3.20Ghz Thanks for you help in advance!

Hello everyone! I'm trying to disinfect a USB flash drive with important files without risking my pc, so I use Kaspersky Rescue Disk for that matter. The Problem is that when I plug in the flash drive while I'm in the Kaspersky Rescue Disk's Live System, it doesn't show up in the scan window alongside the volumes of my hard disk. Although the flash drive does appear in the file manager. Can someone help me please? My system specs: Windows 7 Starter Service Pack 1 32-bit Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18

Добрый день! При загрузке Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 отсутствует сетевое подключение. Настройка через менеджер сетей ничего не дала. Подключение идет через роутер по витой паре.

Мне нужно было проверить систему, на которой не было антивирусов. Воспользовался Касперским Rescue Disk 18. Не смог найти команды в терминале для отмены шифрования отчётов и выбрать другие параметры проверки. В сети есть настройки более старых версий данного продукта. На новом не смог их активировать, то есть создать открытые отчёты, что бы можно было их скопировать и посмотреть потом, а не в интерфейсе программы сразу после проверки. Так же есть задача проверить компьютер без лечения для оценки и выбора последующих действий. Прошу уточнить, где в базе данных можно посмотреть способ получить доступ ко всем настройкам Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18. В случае отсутствия данной информации в базе данных Касперского, прошу сообщить их в ответе по этой теме.
