according to this page, the latest version is 18.0.11.0 from 2018?? https://support.kaspersky.com/us/14220 although here you can get 18.0.11.3 : https://www.filehorse.com/download-kaspersky-rescue-disk/ As far as what version i am using, all I can tell you is I downloaded krd.iso from the download page in January of 2020 - unfortunately there’s no mention of a version number on the kaspersky download page. Of course I could probably tell you if I could get the program to work! I’m just downloading the latest krd.iso to see if that works

I cannot find anything infected on my computer even when scanned in an offline mode ie booted with a rescue disk with multiple anti viruses like Kaspersky, Comodo, Eset and ClamAV rescue disks. Even after upgrading the firefox from 67.0.3 to 68.0.1 with the lastest addons and plugins this behavior has not changed. Cannot find what is wrong in the Windows Installation and there is no malware detected in the in the system by any of the above anti viruses. What is the correct was to get rid of this supposed "malware" ? any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for your time and effort.

Rescue disk only shows first menu screen after choosing any of the menu listed then kaspersky goes blank screen... Doesn't boot, please help.

This post is informational. This issue has existed for Kaspersky Rescue Disk v10 and v18 in Windows 10. It causes Volume Shadow Storage based operations, such as backups in Acronis True Image and Windows System Restore, to fail. When creating a KRD on a USB flash drive, essential upper filter(s) "volsnap" (and "fltsrv") are removed from the Windows Registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{71a27cdd-812a-11d0-bec7-08002be2092f} replacing them with Kaspersky's filter "klbackupdisk". Adding those filters back into the value "UpperFilters" restores VSS functionality: "UpperFilters REG_MULTI_SZ klbackupdisk volsnap fltsrv" I originally found this solution in an obscure post at Sysnative Forums which specifically named KRD as a common cause. Acronis Help now lists the same solution without mentioning KRD. Again, this message is only informational because I fixed the issue via Regedit.

Hi, VeraCrypt works correctly on Kaspersky Rescue Disk, you just need to download and install VeraCrypt generic installer for Linux 32-bit and it will run without issue. First, open Terminal Emulator and then type the following commands: Download VeraCrypt: wget https://launchpad.net/veracrypt/trunk/1.24-update7/+download/veracrypt-1.24-Update7-setup.tar.bz2 Decompress downloaded archive: tar xvfz veracrypt-1.24-Update7-setup.tar.bz2 Install 32-bit version of VeraCrypt: ./veracrypt-1.24-Update7-setup-gui-x86 Launch VeraCrypt: veracrypt After this, VeraCrypt main window will appear and you can mount your volumes as usual. The only limitation is that double-clicking on mounted volume entry in VeraCrypt doesn’t open File Manager automatically and so you will need to manually navigate to /mnt/veracryptX mount point. I hope this will help.

Thanks. Yes, I disabled the Security Check. But it's not going to work either. I also tried to boot the kaspersky rescue disk on my Lenovo laptop, but it doesn't work on it either. I don't use the virtual box because there are risks involved. If I want to log into Kaspersky community, a notification will always appears in Russian to create another account. If I enter my email address, i'll get a notification that my email address already exists. I had to enter a different email address and username to log in. Really not normal on kaspersky's website. У меня вопрос следующего содержания по продукту Kaspersky Rescue Disk Версия 18.0.11.0, при первой загрузке файловая система была видна [windows 10, uefi]: папки и файлы хранящиеся на жестком диске были видны — в файловом менеджере KRD. Сделали перезагрузку системы с KRD, запустилось но Папки и Файлы уже не видны в Файловом менеджере. Что с ними случилось, как их можно достать?

Is there one of you who has a laptop MSI CR61 2M with a processor intel core i3-4100 M and clock speed 2.5GHz and 8 gb memory. I use Kaspersky internet security and I have a usb stick with the iso files of the image kdr.iso. This is for creating a Kaspersky rescue disk. I want to boot up this usb stick but this is not working. I have selected the usb stick as the first boot option in the UEFI without csm, but it does not start up when I boot again. The Rescue Disk loads fine but does not find my wireless network card on my RCA tablet.. The card is the Realtek RTL8723BS Wireless LAN 802.11/n SDIO Network Adapter according to the Windows 10 Device Manager.

Hello. It's a know issue. Kaspersky Rescue Disk 2018 doesn’t support Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 card. This will be fixed in future versions.

i have a problem with the rescue disk, then. If im going to graphic mode or limited graphic mode, then my screen turns black and show the message “out of range”. my graphic card is Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060. The graphic driver is up to date and harddrive Info work fine for some reason. Someone know hot to fix?

Bonjour, J’ai tenté d’installer KES 11 windows et l’installation a planté. Après redémarrage, je n’ai plus de clavier ni souris ni rien. J’ai déjà eu le problème et il fallait redémarrer avec le Kaspersky Rescue Disk, puis éditer la base de registre à la main, mais je ne me rappelle plus de la procédure exacte.
