Je pense que l’assitance Kaspersky est votre meilleure option , pour des raisons de privacy nous ne demandons pas de soumettre un Log de votre système d’exploitation sur ce Forum public. -

Kaspersky Rescue Disk not operating with my ASUS_VivoBook S513EP-71AM3SB1. 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz. Windows 11 operating Sistem. I have in Bios: Advanced Mode → Boot → Fast Boot → Disabled Security → Boot Control → Disabled With Avira Rescue Disk I have no problem.

Advice and Solutions (Forum Knowledgebase) Disclaimer. Read before using materials. In order to upgrade KATA from 3.7.2 to 4.0 > 4.1 > 5.0 > 5.1 please follow the manual below. Step-by-step guide Prior to PCN upgrade you have to disconnect all Sensors, SCNs and Sandboxes. After upgrade Sandboxes and Sensors must be reinstalled, disconnected SCNs – upgrade to 4.0 and 4.1 and then reconnect them to PCN. NB! Events database is not being transferred if you want to restore backup to new installation (e.g. new physical or virtual server). System requirements are the same for 3.7.2 and 4.0/4.1, so if 3.7.2 installation matches the requirements, you can upgrade keeping the same hardware/VM configuration. For upgrade you don’t need .ktgz archives, only the ISO file. Upgrade order described here. Information which is kept during upgrade. Contents of backup. Pre-upgrade recommendations This recommendation is optional for vanilla 3.7.2, and it's a must for 3.7.2 PF1 Before upgrading KATA 3.7.2 to KATA4, copy and run this script. Run it as root: python /var/opt/kaspersky/apt/files/kata4-preupgrade-checker.py Expected result for vanilla 3.7.2: In case any issues arise, please contact Kaspersky support, and provide script output as shown on screenshot above and this script log, the script shows log location upon completion: /data/kata4-preupgrade-checker.log Upgrade order Create backup of CN and do the manual backup of /var/opt/kaspersky/apt-preprocessor/preprocessor.conf (from CN and sensors, especially if tuning was made at sensors). Mount installation ISO to KATA VM or boot from drive with ISO, if a server is physical. Select Install Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform. Select Disk marked as [upgrade] and press Enter. Select Upgrade and press Enter Select Upgrade again and press Enter Wait for the completion and check at WEB UI, that there are no errors / issues / etc. Storage migration is a lengthy procedure and may take many hours, depending on the installation. No visual indication of progress is provided, but it's not frozen. Perform a backup of 4.0 The upgrade procedure from 4.0 up to 4.1 is pretty much the same, you have to map ISO and boot from it, select disk marked as [upgrade], proceed, make a backup of 4.1 Upgrade procedure from 4.1 to 5.0 is described here. Before updating the product from version 4.1 to version 5.0, check which boot mode is used on the server (BIOS or UEFI). If UEFI is used, the update will fail. To avoid this, you need to update from a special KATA 5.0 image which can be provided by Kaspersky Support. Before upgrade DISABLE NTP on 4.1 Information which is kept during upgrade. 1) You can obtain file upgrade_preparation-1.0-py3-none-any.whl in kata-cn-5.0.0-5201-inst.x86_64_en-ru.iso, just mount it in Windows, go to support folder, copy this file and put it to /tmp via WinSCP to your KATA 4.1. 2) Proceed with steps described in Online help After mounting ISO and running from it you will be prompted to say y + ENTER to upgrade Then press ENTER, read EULA and select "I accept" Then you have two options: leave cluster and bridge/overlay subnets by default (just by pressing ENTER in windows below) or you can change them as you want (especially if these subnets crossover with your infrastructure subnets) Upgrade procedure can take a while, after that you'll be prompted to choose management interface, enter it's details again Enter password for admin Configure DNS servers and press ENTER Enable SPAN capturing by typing y or skip this step as n and press ENTER (you can do it later after upgrade). Don't forget to read this article, kindly pay attention to section "Special considerations for upgrading Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform from version 4.1 to version 5.0" After upgrade you have to perform initial configuration of KATA via web interface using admin (with Local administrator checkbox) credentials being set up during upgrade, please refer to https://support.kaspersky.com/KATA/5.0/en-US/242580.htm and https://support.kaspersky.com/KATA/5.0/en-US/240726.htm Once the configuration is completed, it's possible to log in to Web UI as regular local admin: use Administrator/Administrator login and password, "Local administrator" checkbox must be enabled, too. Change the password for Administrator user and proceed with adding license, creating users etc. Upgrade procedure from 5.0 to 5.1 is described here. Step-by-step guide of upgrade is here. Information kept during upgrade is here. According to KB you have to upload upgrade.tar.gz to /data/upgrade But first, you have to create this directory and set permissions to it to be able to upload upgrade package via WinSCP (in this example we use chmod 777 as an ultimate set of rights, you can use another set) mkdir /data/upgrade chmod 777 /data/upgrade After that upload upgrade.tar.gz to /data/upgrade via WinSCP and unarchive it cd /data/upgrade tar xvf upgrade.tar.gz Give executive permissions to script install_kata_upgrade.sh and install pre-upgrade package Execute as root chmod +x /data/upgrade/install_kata_upgrade.sh sh install_kata_upgrade.sh You'll see this And finally run upgrade (use admin user credentials which you use for ssh) kata-upgrade --data-dir /data/upgrade --user admin --password 'passw@rd' In a while you should receive message about successful upgrade .

Problem Description, Symptoms & Impact KSC 14 is installed and everything is working fine except the backup task: Database is corrupted. One or more repositories are corrupted. Workaround & Solution The error may occur because of the operating system malfunction or an unexpected reboot of the system with disk caching enabled (for example, due to a power loss). This leads to the corruption of the Kaspersky Security Center repositories. https://support.kaspersky.com/ksc13/troubleshooting/other/15975#block7 In the event log it can be found that some repositories are corrupted and can’t be restored. It's suggested to restore KSC from an archive which was created before the issue appearance. If it doesn’t help, KSC reinstalling may be needed. What can be checked additionally? You may also check System event log for the large number of any warnings, such as events 50 or 140. These events may be a sign of a file system problem. If NTFS events such as Event ID 55, 50, 140, and 98 are logged, Microsoft suggests running the "chkdsk" utility. Покопал это дело поглубже. Почему так - не знаю, как не знаю, у меня оно только так, или не только у меня. Как не знаю, специально ли оно так сделано, или оно так случайно получается. Так вот, все они подписаны подписью ЛК, которая на первый взгляд везде одинакова, но антивирус (у меня - стандарт) одним подписям доверяет, а другим - не доверяет. Action: Encryption Reason: The system drive is not compatible with the Microsoft BitLocker encryption. Type of encryption: disk encryption User: .... and the same error is being logged in the Kaspersky Event Log as well, the following data should be collected in order to troubleshoot the issue. Step-by-step guide KES runtime traces collected during the error registration. Run KES product, turn traces on. Run "avp.com PBATESTRESET" command. Restart the product. Retry disk encryption and verify that the error has been logged again. Stop collecting traces and provide them for analysis. Output of the following commands: - manage-bde -status - wmic /namespace:\\ROOT\CIMV2\Security\MicrosoftVolumeEncryption path Win32_EncryptableVolume GET from the client host in question. Здравствуйте! На домашнем ПК с OS Windows 10 Pro (x64 версия 22H2 сборка ОС 19045.2604) стоит Avast Free Antivirus. При открытии одного из сайтов выдалось сообвщение от Avast, что ссылка заблокирована (точного сообщения не сохранилось). Через некоторое время я проводил полную проверку ПК с помощью Avast (вирусов не найдено). Так же я скачал с официального сайта kaspersky.ru Kaspersky Rescue Disk и создал загрузочную флэшку. При загрузки с этой флэшки соответственно запускалось ПО Kaspersky Rescue Tool (версия: 18.0.11.3 (с), дата выпуска баз 08.03.2023 02:16). Проверка обнаруживала: Trojan.Multi.BroSubsc.gen Бесфайловый объект Троянская программа (скриншот приложен). Далее выдавалось приглашение вылечить и выполнить полную проверку (я соглашался). Но в результате в отчете выдавалась ошибка "Лечение не удалось" (скриншот прикладываю - несколько раз пытался вылечить при загрузке с флэшки). Я так же проверял компьютер с помощью сторонних программ. Уже не с загрузочной флэшки, а запуская из под Windows 10: Dr.Web CureIt! AdwCleaner AVZ EmsisoftEmergencyKit Нашлись некоторые подозрительные и потенциально опасные файла (я их все удалил), но этот вирус (или какие-то другие вирусы) данные средства не обнаружили. Так же запускал с флэшки, но из под Windows 10 (в том числе ставил на полную проверку): Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (версия 20.0.10.0, дата выпуска баз 11.03.2023 08:02) - никаких вирусов не нашел, скриншот отчета прикладываю. Но после проверки всеми этими средствами никакой из антивирусов (включая Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool) ничего не находит, только при загрузке с флэшки Kaspersky Rescue Disk каждый раз проверка находит Trojan.Multi.BroSubsc.gen, но лечение выполняется с ошибкой. Прошу сообщить: 1. Действительно ли ПК заражен Trojan.Multi.BroSubsc.gen или это ложное срабатывание? 2. Если заражен - как вылечить? Заранее благодарен! -
To make this quick, Kaspersky is often times using 25%-50% of my C Disk, filling it up with 4GB+ of data I have no idea what is. The problem is uncontrollable, the only way to solve it is to manually disable the antivirus, which obviously is a no go.

Hello, I have similar problem... During startup, win 7 won't boot, show me blue screen (picture down). When i try to run kaspersky rescue disk, show me warning. It can't mount partition with "continue" and "skip". I can't to reboot windows, because it won't startup. BIOS detect disk. HDD regenerator find only one bad sectors. Do you now what i can do next? How to solve startup problem? Thank you!

Problem Host connected to KES Cloud Disk encryption disabled in profile Encryption error in host properties Workaround Try to create a new security profile (Create a new one, do not copy one of the current profiles) - do not modify the encryption settings in it (leave it in the disabled status), and assign affected device to it. This steps should help to fix the problem.

Kaspersky premium keeps on crashing

i almost forgot about the topic ? , but after doing a deep digging it wasn't the virtual disk setup so the main program purpose was to get the unallocated part of the HDD to show up in my case i am having a 3tb seagate but it's an old patch which cannot be formatted fully above 2tb so here is what happens i can format 2tb but beyond that the 746 gb remains unallocated so the way to get around it was using this virtual disk setup , once it shows up the anti virus keeps on crashing , i tried the virtual disk setup after i disconnected this 3tb HDD and it worked just fine ''anti virus while the virtual disk setup was installed'' so the main issue here is the unallocated 746 GB once it gets showen up the anti virus crashes any idea how to fix it ? -
I've just ran another scan with Kaspersky rescue disk (via USB stick) I have found a way to determine which HDD or partition is assigned to the alphanumeric string that Kaspersky uses. (It's a bit of a bodge / hack, but it is better than nothing) Try doing the following - 1. (Using the main GUI) open a Dolphin file explorer (or click the K menu > File explorer) When this window opens, chose the HDD partition that you require E.G. sda1 / sdb4 Then after the short name for the volume or dir, notice the long alphanumeric string following it 2. Move back to the Kaspersky main menu And compare the last 4+ digits of your desired HDD or dir that you want to scan. With the list of volumes showing in the main list on the Kaspersky scan menu. Once you find what you are looking for, you can tick only that volume / dir to be scanned. This should save you quite some time, when only scanning the HDD partitions or dirs that you are interested in.

Has anyone Managed to Configure Kaspersky for OSX from within Intune - and can Shed some help on doing this? Basically, we would like to Auto Approve System Extensions - and Also allow Full disk Access and all the Other Settings Kaspersky Requires - without having to Step thru the Process on our MACs manually

We can also, harden some additional tweaks, setting to Deny the following options, in Settings -> Security Settings -> Advanced Protection -> Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications. Once Manage Applications window is open, select Low Restricted group with Your mouse pointer, then 1 click on mouse right button -> Details and Rules, and in the new window, go to tab Rights: Perform Low-Level Access to Disk Perform Low-Level Access to the File System Start Scheduler KLDriver And finally, We will set Password-Protect Access to the Application Management Functions

Hum that's a weird behavior, since I also use W11 + KPremium 21.14 and is running smoothly... Check the health of Your main system hard disk, run a ScanDisk and/or some kind of surface test -> Hard Disk Sentinel. Also, is there any other security solution installed in the system that may be causing an incompatibility issue with K.?
