Je m’en suis sorti en bootant sur le Kaspersky Rescue Disk, et en accédant sans pb aux répertoires inaccessibles par Windows.

I have the same problem on my Probook 450 G7 as described in LinkKaspersky rescue disk stopped booting on “setup hwsetup” message. And after that, I was not able to restart the laptop at all! Pressing power button turned it into sleep state and pressing again just recovers laptop to black screen with 100% fan rotating. That is a shame for Kaspersky in my opinion, both that the tool is not starting on laptop that is 1.5 years old and that it blocks laptop from further operation. Thanks to HP there is an option to press power button for 15+ seconds so I was able to rescue from KRD blocking the laptop. p.s. by the way, the KRD initially just did not boot with same diagnosis as described https://github.com/ventoy/Ventoy/issues/65 so I had to set check_signatures=no.

The program requires Windows 7 SP1 or later. To scan the OS use KVRT 2015 (https://kas.pr/KVRT2015) or Kaspersky Rescue Disk (https://kas.pr/KRD_en)

Не нашёл на Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 после его загрузки возможность включить виртуальную клавиатуру. Как это можно сделать?

Мне нужно было проверить систему, на которой не было антивирусов. Воспользовался Касперским Rescue Disk 18. Не смог найти команды в терминале для отмены шифрования отчётов и выбрать другие параметры проверки. В сети есть настройки более старых версий данного продукта. На новом не смог их активировать, то есть создать открытые отчёты, что бы можно было их скопировать и посмотреть потом, а не в интерфейсе программы сразу после проверки. Так же есть задача проверить компьютер без лечения для оценки и выбора последующих действий. Прошу уточнить, где в базе данных можно посмотреть способ получить доступ ко всем настройкам Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18. В случае отсутствия данной информации в базе данных Касперского, прошу сообщить их в ответе по этой теме.

@Callan Hanna, Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 это последняя версия на сегодняшний день. Она выпущена 28 марта 2018 года. Текст: Latest update: August 11, 2021 ID: 142 относится к статье в базе знаний. Имеется в виду, что эта статья обновлена 11 августа 2021 Образ krd.iso на сайте обновляется каждый день. Туда добавляются свежие базы. Если у вас 18-я версия, то достаточно обновить базы. Версию можно посмотреть загрузившись с KRD по кнопке About (О программе) в зависимости от локализации. При обновлении баз в KRD сама программа не обновляется, только базы.

Когда-то я скачал с https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/free-rescue-disk образ Kaspersky Rescue Disk, записал на флешку и иногда использовал. Естественно, каждый раз при загрузке с нее для проверки антивирусные базы обновлялись. Сейчас на https://support.kaspersky.com/14226 я вижу текст Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 Latest update: August 11, 2021 ID: 14226 Я не понимаю, версия ли это грубо говоря инструментов (ОС, механизмов поиска угроз, т. е. собственно антивируса, других инструментов, доступных после загрузки), или только баз? Дата и время образа krd.iso ни о чем не говорят (сейчас это ‎2 ‎декабря ‎2021 ‎г., ‏‎12:12:26). Нужно ли мне перезаписывать образ, или достаточно загрузиться с него и обновить базы? Как вообще понять, Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 ли у меня, или более ранний? Обновляет ли механизм самообновления только базы сигнатур, или само приложение проверки — тоже?

I am trying to clean a computer using the Kaspersky Rescue Tool from a bootable disk. Kaspersky identifies a virus as HEUR.Trojan.Win32.Adject.Gen and tries to quarantine it but it will not delete the file. The file is a .sys file in the Windows\System32\drivers folder and it keeps changing names. It cannot be deleted by Kaspersky or in Windows regular or safe mode. It says access is denied and that I need the computer administrator’s permission to delete the file. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello I can launch the rescue disk from the USB thumbstick but when I try to launch the Kasperky Rescue Tool it will not launch, nothing happens. I tried to double click the icon and also right click then execute but nothing happens. I tried from the limited graphic mode option also and the same result. The only thing I can do from the GUI is restart it. I attached the hardware information file to this thread. My aim was to scan UEFI for any embedded malware or rootkits. Also I have Kaspersky AV is that sufficient enough to scan UEFI for malware or rootkits? Forgot to mention getting these errors in popup boxes: plugin “Date Time” unexpectedly left panel plugin “Keyboard Layouts” unexpectedly left panel plugin “CPU Graph” unexpectedly left the panel Also I was able to launch the USB from another PC and it had me accept a EULA agreement. The computer I can’t launch it from did not have the EULA agreement on the screen… maybe its a resolution issue and the EULA is not on the screen for me to accept. Only thing I can think of is to disable my Video card in EUFI and plug directly into the integrated graphics port...unless there is another way to change resolution on the fly without me disabling my graphics card…. ??? Salve Una domanda, perché usi saltuariamente Kaspersky rescue disk? Con uso improprio potresti avere più danni che benefici. Lo dovresti usare solamente se il computer sia inutilizzabile a causa di un eventuale virus che lo ha bloccato.

buonasera, io uso kaspersky rescue disk saltuariamente per effettuare un controllo completo all'avvio quando ho qualche problema che l'antivirus non risolve. da quando ho comprato un 14 pollici hp convertibile 2 in uno touch non riesco più a farlo partire nè da cd esterno nè da usb. con l'altro pc 15 pollici e scheda video dedicata va. qualcuno mi può aiutare? grazie..

Hello @Sh7644fc, Welcome. Please remove the rescue disk from the DVD drive, turn off the computer and turn it on again. Then Windows should start as usual.

@KAVuser You are welcome. Just run “Kaspersky Rescue Disk” or “Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool” , both tools will catch infected objects. If not yet done , download > install > scan HDD with Kaspersky Antivirus or Kaspersky Internet Security.

I need to burn and scan some contents of a suspect external drive. If there is no sandboxing/isolation already exists, then malware may infect the rest of the system’ hardware, attached storage, or network/router, right? Please explain what kind of sandboxing or application isolation does Kaspersky Rescue Disk provide, and if it is activated on boot or need user intervention? and for what applications? And if there is a safer way to copy/burn from this drive?

Kaspersky keeps detecting this as virus, but when I click on resolve button, it kind of only update the detection date and time. I’ve tried to remove it using Kaspersky Virus Removal tool, but it didn’t detect it on scan. Tried with rescue disk, and other brands tools like malwarebytes. None of them detected this. Should this be a false positive?

Nachtrag, durch das anklicken von CONTINUE in der im Anhang oben beigefügten Warnmeldung habe ich mir vermutlich das System beschädigt. Es funktionierte nichts mehr so richtig, obwohl das System eigentlich lief. Kein DISM, kein sfc, kein Löschen des letzten Funktionsupdates über WIN-Bootstick, keine Neuinstallation von WIN 10. Ich erhielt nur Fehlermeldungen. Glücklicherweise hatte ich eine Sicherung über Acronis erstellt und konnte eine Wiederherstellung des ganzen PCs durchführen. Übrigens, den Support hat das nicht interessiert da er die Kaspersky Rescue Disk nicht unterstützt, wäre Freeware.

Hi @Beobachter, wie alt ist Dein System? Die KRD ist schon recht betagt und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass sie Deine Hardware nicht zu 100% unterstützt. Es könnte ein Problem mit HD oder HD-Controller geben. Eine neue Version wird es leider erst Ende des Jahres geben. Zur Klärung möchte ich Dich bitten, mit dem Support Kontakt aufzunehmen. Der kann Dir dann (hoffentlich) sagen, ob Dein Chipsatz unterstützt wird. Nicht dass es noch zu größeren Problemen kommt… Eine Altenative wäre noch das englischsprachige!
