Добрый день! Устройство - стационарный ПК. Ниже к ответу привожу отчет о системе, собранный утилитой HWinfo. Образ на флешку записывался по инструкции, приведенной на сайте ЛК вот по этой инструкции: Как записать образ Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18. Записывал только на одну флешку, а вот включал ее в разные порты. В передних портах, флешка не запускалась в принципе, в задних портах доходила до черного экрана, но начальная заставка KRD с выбором языка и графического режима была, а далее черный экран. Режим загрузки стоит по умолчанию UEFI без Legacy. Загружать, так же подробно (т.е в несколько портов), как KRD другие LiveCD не пробовал. Перед загрузкой KRD в передние порты загружал с загрузочной флешки Live CD от Eset, но он также не загрузился в принципе, в другие порты его не пробовал загружать, так же записывал только на одну флешку (на эту же...понятно, что с форматированием и перезаписью).

Kaspersky Rescue Disk not operating with my ASUS_VivoBook S513EP-71AM3SB1. 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz. Windows 11 operating Sistem. I have in Bios: Advanced Mode → Boot → Fast Boot → Disabled Security → Boot Control → Disabled With Avira Rescue Disk I have no problem.

Здравствуйте! На домашнем ПК с OS Windows 10 Pro (x64 версия 22H2 сборка ОС 19045.2604) стоит Avast Free Antivirus. При открытии одного из сайтов выдалось сообвщение от Avast, что ссылка заблокирована (точного сообщения не сохранилось). Через некоторое время я проводил полную проверку ПК с помощью Avast (вирусов не найдено). Так же я скачал с официального сайта kaspersky.ru Kaspersky Rescue Disk и создал загрузочную флэшку. При загрузки с этой флэшки соответственно запускалось ПО Kaspersky Rescue Tool (версия: 18.0.11.3 (с), дата выпуска баз 08.03.2023 02:16). Проверка обнаруживала: Trojan.Multi.BroSubsc.gen Бесфайловый объект Троянская программа (скриншот приложен). Далее выдавалось приглашение вылечить и выполнить полную проверку (я соглашался). Но в результате в отчете выдавалась ошибка "Лечение не удалось" (скриншот прикладываю - несколько раз пытался вылечить при загрузке с флэшки). Я так же проверял компьютер с помощью сторонних программ. Уже не с загрузочной флэшки, а запуская из под Windows 10: Dr.Web CureIt! AdwCleaner AVZ EmsisoftEmergencyKit Нашлись некоторые подозрительные и потенциально опасные файла (я их все удалил), но этот вирус (или какие-то другие вирусы) данные средства не обнаружили. Так же запускал с флэшки, но из под Windows 10 (в том числе ставил на полную проверку): Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (версия 20.0.10.0, дата выпуска баз 11.03.2023 08:02) - никаких вирусов не нашел, скриншот отчета прикладываю. Но после проверки всеми этими средствами никакой из антивирусов (включая Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool) ничего не находит, только при загрузке с флэшки Kaspersky Rescue Disk каждый раз проверка находит Trojan.Multi.BroSubsc.gen, но лечение выполняется с ошибкой. Прошу сообщить: 1. Действительно ли ПК заражен Trojan.Multi.BroSubsc.gen или это ложное срабатывание? 2. Если заражен - как вылечить? Заранее благодарен!

Hello, I have similar problem... During startup, win 7 won't boot, show me blue screen (picture down). When i try to run kaspersky rescue disk, show me warning. It can't mount partition with "continue" and "skip". I can't to reboot windows, because it won't startup. BIOS detect disk. HDD regenerator find only one bad sectors. Do you now what i can do next? How to solve startup problem? Thank you!

I've just ran another scan with Kaspersky rescue disk (via USB stick) I have found a way to determine which HDD or partition is assigned to the alphanumeric string that Kaspersky uses. (It's a bit of a bodge / hack, but it is better than nothing) Try doing the following - 1. (Using the main GUI) open a Dolphin file explorer (or click the K menu > File explorer) When this window opens, chose the HDD partition that you require E.G. sda1 / sdb4 Then after the short name for the volume or dir, notice the long alphanumeric string following it 2. Move back to the Kaspersky main menu And compare the last 4+ digits of your desired HDD or dir that you want to scan. With the list of volumes showing in the main list on the Kaspersky scan menu. Once you find what you are looking for, you can tick only that volume / dir to be scanned. This should save you quite some time, when only scanning the HDD partitions or dirs that you are interested in.

I'll leave the exact steps I did and what results I got, with screenshots and photos along the way. 1- Downloaded the KRD ISO file from the official website. 2- Burned the ISO into a 16GB USB drive using Rufus Portable v3.20, download from this site Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way (see Rufus configuration.png) 3- Booted from the USB drive > KRD screen appeared > Picked English > KRS. Graphic mode —> Empty black screen (see Black screen.jpg) 3.a- Rebooted from the USB drive > KRD screen appeared > Picked English > KRS. Hi there guys. I was wondering if you could help me with an issue that I've just discovered on my Steam installation I run Linux as my main OS for my computer. Occasionally I will used a USB stick with some anti-malware apps on them and scan my Linux box for any kind of malware (Windows or Linux) or associated issues. Естественно, каждый раз при загрузке с нее для проверки антивирусные базы обновлялись. Сейчас на https://support.kaspersky.com/14226 я вижу текст Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 Latest update: August 11, 2021 ID: 14226 Я не понимаю, версия ли это грубо говоря инструментов (ОС, механизмов поиска угроз, т. е. собственно антивируса, других инструментов, доступных после загрузки), или только баз? Дата и время образа krd.iso ни о чем не говорят (сейчас это ‎2 ‎декабря ‎2021 ‎г., ‏‎12:12:26). Нужно ли мне перезаписывать образ, или достаточно загрузиться с него и обновить базы? Как вообще понять, Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 ли у меня, или более ранний? Обновляет ли механизм самообновления только базы сигнатур, или само приложение проверки — тоже?

I created a rescue disk and booted the computer (Windows 2K) with it in graphical mode. So far so good Launched Kaspersky Rescue Tool -> Start Scan. Scanned 2 objects , success File System View - File Manager. Click on the windows device on the computer. Is stuck with the spinning wheel of death. Am I supposed to do something? wait?

Windows 7 Home Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool третий день, как появилось самопроизвольное срабатывание левой кнопки мыши. Проявляется в web браузере Chrome и Firefox. При движении курсора мыши по активному окну при наведении на активные ссылки или кнопки может произойти нажатие LMB. Так же при запуске игры Warthunder на пробном выезде на технике всё нормально, ложных срабатываний нажатия клавиши мыши не наблюдается. При запуске РБ боёв происходит несанкционированное срабатывание оружия при перемещении мышки по коврику, назначенного на левую кнопку мыши. Предположительно вирус притащил при прослушивании аудиокниги на сайте через браузер. Avast тревоги не поднимает, в системе ничего не находит даже при сканировании на старте windows. DR Web coreIt тоже ничего не нашёл. Так же ничего не находит Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool и Kaspersky Rescue Disk в истории браузера, сайт с которого слушал книгу, найти не получилось. при поиске в истории названия книги, которую слушал через браузер, выдаёт только ссылки на youtobe. Пока писал этот текст при выделении текста в ранее написанном сообщении текст был удалён. произошло несанкционированное форматирование текста. Во время набора текста происходит перемещение курсора по ранее набранному тексту. такая же задница происходит в почтовой программе Mozilla Thunderbird.

Hi there guys. I was wondering if you could help answer a couple of questions for me please. Background: I was running Kaspersky rescue disk from USB. My PC has x3 hard drives and multiple different partitions contained on it. (When running Kaspersky rescue disk) The scan box, shows all of my hard drives (and partitions). However the hard drives hare not named in a logical fashion. When I used the terminal to grab the UUID from the HD and partition that I wanted to scan, the alphanumeric characters next to each hard drive / partition. Did not seem to match the UUID of the HDD's themseleves What I wanted to do, was scan 1 particular parttion of 1 hard drive, instead of the entire PC (which is x3 HDD's) and took 5.5 Hrs to complete Questions: 1. Do the alphanumeric strings next to each hard drive, relate to the UUID of the hard drives ? (As they dont appear to) 2. Does Gentoo linux (what Kaspersky rescue disk is based upon), use a different naming scheme for UUID's ? 3. How can I match up each hard drive (icon) and string of characters next to each hard drive, to a UUID / or a specific hard drive or partition ? So that I can just scan, the specific hard drive or partition, instead of the entire PC. TIA for any help or advice

Друзья, хелп. После вынужденного удаления корпоративного KES 11.09 со станции посредством kavremover, после перезагрузки произошла классическая фигня, залочены сеть, USB, звук, etc. Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 стартует(флешка записанная в режиме ISO, флешка записанная в DD, с внешнего DVD-ROM), выбрать язык даёт, варианты загрузки с полной или ограниченной графикой тоже, вариант с проверкой оборудования тоже, но пройдя все этапы с "ОК" и дойдя до "Starting hwsetup ..." остаётся жить в этом состоянии, шуметь вентилятором, как следствие USB Recovery не запустить. Когда-то давно, была ссылка на архив с ftp://ftp.kasperskyftp.com/consumer-products/Tools/USB_Restore/USBRestore.zip который как раз и содержал все требуемые правки реестра, чтобы всё разлочить, но сейчас недоступно. Быть может у кого сохранилось или подскажите иные варианты спасения. Заранее благодарю! p.s. с разных загрузочных флешек Win-PE грузануться могу спокойно, с других линуксовых тоже. Чтобы сразу отсечь варианты: у меня именно такой ноут и именно такая же ситуация, драйверы видимо с тех пор никто не обновлял. Нужно какое-то другое решение, чтобы всё полностью разлочить. Заранее всем большое спасибо!
