Keyboard and mouse not working after restart

Hello, Thank you for your reply. This is what I have been trying to get help from, however when I try to use the Kaspersky Rescue Disk, my PC is stuck on a black screen after I choose “graphic mode” for it. And I can’t figure out how to use the other two options. Could not find a way to do recovery boot on Windows 11. And could not find an option for it on my biOS either. -

После чего оно успешно может быть смонтировано. В отчетах у kesl появляется сразу 2 сообщения: 1) Доступ к устройству запрещен; 2) Доступ к устройству разрешен. С чем может быть связано такое поведение? Можно ли заблокировать все usb-носители, кроме разрешенных без ksc? Прикладываю скриншот отчето.

Hello I have an issue on my laptop when trying to run the kaspersky secure disk from flash drive ,I get to the first menu as from the picture i attached ,when choosing any of the 3 options,let's say graphic mode ,the screen go black but nothing happens I have waited for along time its stay black and not running ,on my main pc it works fine but on my laptop its not ,i disabled secure boot for checking and it didn't helped ,also my drives are having encryption by bitlocker is it related ? Please help, ive seen alot of people having this issue but nobody got a solution ,one guy said to use tool from 2015 but its outdated i want to use kaspersky Rescue Disk ,please support thank u Edit: also there is a beta version maybe with fixes ? I would like to try but didn't found it

Environment/Preconditions KSC - 12 KSWS - 11.0.1.897 You may find a massive increase in disk usage from the folder report under the Kaspersky folder. The size of the report folder will increase from around 2GB to 12GB, the files in the report folder have random name (like 340a13d9-2a50-4c4e-94d6-82a79d80da4b), which rapidly grows and consumes disk space. The file can be deleted to resolve the disk space full issue, which itself can cause many issues (can't log in to the server, KSWS stop, etc) To delete the file: Stop KSWS. Add permission/owner for the login account. Right-click and delete file. This issue is caused by the Task log setting under Log and Notification tab in the KSWS policy. To avoid the detailed events issue: Ensure that there are no Informational events in the Importance level option in each Component. Remove task logs older than (days) is selected. In case you do the above step and the random file is still keep growing rapidly (100 MB per hour), it may be causes by the flooding event. You can check the event flooding by using "DB Browser for SQLite". For example, the log above is generated by the Application launch control component. You may solve this issue by disabling Application launch control log.

Hi, when I start Kaspersky Rescue Disk and select GRAPICH MODE I get a totally black screen. I can't scan, much less the other functions don't work, always a black screen as I continue. I can only scan from Windows. Depends on what?

On the other hand, when cutting a file from disk C to disk D. Technically you have to do a read on disk C, write to disk D, delete the original file on disk C. If I blocked the read permission, I theoretically shouldn't be able to copy or cut it, since I'm not allowed to read it, right? If an execute permission exists, the execution goes beyond a read, as it needs to be loaded into memory to execute. This would initially involve a disk read and a RAM write. It could block execution without restricting the read, allowing the file to be copied and cut.

So i really dont know if it is good idea deleting some partitions on disk :) some should be important... I have backup of my windows and efi and recovery. So i am able recover it without installation windows. I would try reinstall windows - in windows installation setup i would delete all partitions just only disk will be there (clean install windows) then install kaspersky and check system volume info... Should be under C.

It is important to understand that when this option is enabled the task does not use HDD resources at all. Updater will not only place current updates to RAM. Update temp and cache files will also be placed there. Incorrect expectation: The task uses dedicated amount of RAM, in case if dedicated RAM is not enough for all update files including temp and cache task will continues through HDD. Actual product behavior : The task uses dedicated amount of RAM, in case if dedicated RAM is not enough for all update files including temp and cache then task fails with the error: Failed to update. Reason: insufficient drive space.

Попробую сформулировать еще раз. 1. Есть проект который до поры до времени разрабатывался в qemu. Сделаны сущности, прописаны edl/cdl/idl файлы, прописаны правила в security.psl Работа с GPIO сделана в виде функции заглушки, вместо работы с драйвером выводится сообщение в консоль. И на этом этапе проблем ни с названием соединения ни с порядком старта (а он никак не регламентируется в KoS CE насколько я понимаю), ни с разрешениями - нет. 2. Сущность на которую возлагается функция работы с GPIO линкуется с библиотеками gpio_CLIENT_LIB и bsp_CLIENT_LIB. Изменяется только CMakeLists.txt. За образец взят пример examples/gpio_output И исходящее соединение RPC до другой сущности падает при нициализации на вызове ServiceLocatorConnect Еще раз. С-код не меняется. Только линковка. Windows 11 Home Single Language - versão 22H2 Kaspersky Plus (assinatura de avaliação) - versão 21.14.5.462 Realizei os seguintes passos do guia https://support.kaspersky.com/krd18/howto/14226#block1, mas mesmo assim, ao inicializar a imagem da ferramenta com o Rufus, tanto no ISO Image mode e DD Image mode, ao selecionar a opção 'Kaspersky Rescue Disk. Graphic mode' lnão aparece mais nada na tela e tornando-se necessário o desligamento forçado. Testei também com o YUMI, mas se quer foi reconhecido e mesmo estando em primeiro na prioridade de boot. Mais informações: IdeaPad 3 15ALC6 (AMD Ryzen 5 5500U) UEFI, TPM 2.0, Boot seguro ativado e Inicialização rápida desativada.

Hello, a got a issue whit the Karpersky rescue disk, when im in the interfeace of the KRD, i select the option "graphic mode" to continue whit the recue process and nothing hapen, just a black screen. I read in this forum a similar issue and read that maybe it is an incompatibility whit my Pc, so i tryed to follow the steps about the "Hardware info", but even when i select the option "Hardware info" still continue to a Blackscreen. I called to Costumer service and they just could provide me the same topicforum i read before and nothing else. I dont know what to do now. My pc model is : Asus Tuf A15 (windows 11)

I guess You already have Your W11 completely update via Windows Update, check Optionals also. Also check the health of Your system hard disk, perform a ScanDisk. And finally, I would migrate Your KTS to the new product line, download: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product Your KTS will become automatically in Kaspersky Plus.

Does anyone know where to find the log file/txt file after a scan from the rescue stick? I have resorted to taking photos of the results and photos of the report, but surely it is saved somewhere? Cannot find it on the stick 😒

The error appears as follows: Reason: This PVS template is booted from a virtual disk image (vDisk) instead of a local virtual disk, so it cannot be unloaded. Solution: Create a new maintenance version; Start a target device in the. maintenance mode; Attach a new virtual disk to the target device in this maintenance mode, format it, and set it to the active partition; Using c:\program files\citrix\provisioning services\P2PVS tool,partition to partition, making mirror copies; After the copy is completed, change the boot item of the target device to disk boot and enable it with the virtual disk just copied; Then we can uninstall and install the new virtual machine template; After uninstalling and installing, recapture vDisk.

This article is about Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (KES for Windows) Problem "Removable disk" Encryption is enabled and the policy applied to the machines, but nothing happens when the client connects USB drive. Solution Encryption of the removable drives supports two modes: Encrypt entire removable drive: based on Kaspersky Full Disk Encryption (FDE), the entire disk including the file system is encrypted using klfde.sys. Encrypt all files or new files only: based on Kaspersky File Level Encryption (FLE), files on a removable drive are encrypted using klfle.sys and file system remains unchanged Encryption of removable drives (kaspersky.com). If you have collected GSI from an affected device, check file KL_Drivers_Versions_****.txt: If klfde.sys module is installed on the machine → there should be klfde.sys in KL_Drivers_Versions_****.txt file in GSI. If klfle.sys module is installed on the machine → there should be klfle.sys in KL_Drivers_Versions_****.txt file in GSI. If there's no GSI from an affected device, check: klfde.sys module is installed on the machine (in case of Encrypt entire removable hard drive) → path C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows\klfde_x64 klfle.sys module is installed on the machine (in case of Encrypt all files or new files only on removable hard drive) → C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows\klfle_x64 If none of the above exists, the related component as per Change application components (kaspersky.com) should be installed. Portable mode (which allows access to data outside the corporate network and allows encrypted data to be accessed on computers that do not have KES installed) is only available for File Level Encryption (FLE). Во-первых, у вас очень старый AVZ. Скачайте хотя бы отсюда. Во-вторых, зачем вам AVZ? Это вообще-то не антивирусный сканер, это специализированная утилита. Вы умеете ей пользоваться? Возможно системы заражены. Проверьте для начала с помощью KVRT или Kaspersky Rescue Disk -

Je soupçonne fortement une infection par des virus.
