  2. Hello Mystiky, As well as the information/guidance provided by richbuff & Schulte, are any KAV automatic (Full/Quick) scans running and expansion drives being attached to the system, which KAV will start to scan, at the same time? Please let us know? Thank you.

Como creo que ya se ha comentado anteriormente, en el KAFree el icono aparece en gris, y es por diseño, ya que no dispone de los módulos Anti-Banner ni tampoco del Privacy Browsing, así que no se muestran los bloqueos de ambos módulos, sólo aparece el acceso al Kaspersky Virtual KeyBoard. En las versiones de pago: KIS/KAV/KTS/KSCloud debería aparecer el icono en verde, siempre y cuando se use uno de los principales navegadores soportados: Chrome, MSIE, FireFox. Saludos.

    Hello J M W, Thank you for replying. The reason we ask to test in safemode, is to help determine the root cause, allowing us to provide a solution. Same as why we ask for any reports that may shed light on what is causing Network Speed Checker app, on your PC, to not run, when KTS is active. --- I've tested: on 2 W10 pcs, KTS active, Network Speed Checker app installed. NSC runs without any issues. --- Before KTS was installed, were compatibility requirements checked?: Hardware and software requirements --- To assist us, assist you, please shutdown PC, (these steps will initiate a full shutdown), using the following steps: (1) Open Start menu > select Power button. (2) Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, then release the Shift key. --- (3) When the PC is completely OFF, press the power key to start the device. (4) Login. (5) Start KTS, make sure KTS is running, active. (6) Enable traces (7) Replicate the Network SpeedChecker "Service is unavailable" issue. (8) ** Turn Traces OFF** (9) Save trace files to desktop, as .zip, upload, in your reply, using the "upload" icon, or upload to cloud & pm the link. (10) Detailed reports - select ALL EVENTS, 24hr period, export the report, save to desktop, as a text file, upload, in your reply, using the "upload" icon, or upload to cloud & pm the link.   7. Hello Vitalik93, Welcome and thanks for posting. We also, haven't been able to replicate the (physical) up/down button - keyboard failure, when used in Firefox 68. browsers. Unless krembuk provides us with requested url/s, the only conclusion that can be drawn is, user error. No issues with KIS. Best regards
  8. Just to be sure, can I launch tracing from custom tools and in the mean time take Procmon logs without change Self Defense on KSC policy? I had some issue after policy change so I'd avoid to change it.

(please see "note" at the end of my reply) Google Chrome: Kaspersky Protection extension version? Have you tested Firefox, IE, Edge & Secure Keyboard? --- KIS 19.0.0.1088(x) is compatible with Google Chrome 76.x --- Please post back with 1. to 4. so we may assist with determining why Secure Keyboard is not working in Google Chrome --- Re: "I read KIS 2019 supports Secure Keyboard", I'm unsure if this Supported browsers is the documentation you read, however, the documentation is incorrect / outdated, & is currently with Kaspersky Documentation Team for correction.   13. On the kaspersky site I read kaspersky KIS 2019 suports secure keybord input on chrome on the version until 64. But I use chrome version 76 with KIS 2019 19.0.0.188(g). It's already a very long time on chrome, kaspersky does not show a little popup of secure keyboard input so you have no idea whether kaspersky supports secure keyboard on your chrome or not. Can someone determine whether chrome version 76 is supported for secure keyboard input? I use the kaspersky protection extension on chrome.

  16. Hello krembuk, Do you mean the KTS onscreen keyboard? no, FLOOD. i mean, the keyboard hardware pgup pgdn buttons. they work for some websites, but not in some others when the Protection extension is activated.

    Why do I have a Kaskpersky mouse driver

    Hello user9000, As well an the information from bobbycooper. klmouflt.sys - Driver intercessor is responsible for safety events delivery from the Mouse class devices. Provides IOCTL / callback interface used by KLIF. Do you use Kaspersky OnScreen Keyboard? Have you tried attaching a mouse direct to Dell XPS 15 9570, via usb, does the same mouse "jumping" occur? To confirm KIS is active (without you manually selecting KIS application), please reboot, after logging in, don't select KIS application at all, start Taskmanager, check KIS application status? --- Please also tell us: (1) Operating system full name x home/pro/beta? version? build? release? What Version of Windows Do I Have? (2) KIS (free or licensed? - see below for this question), version? patch(x)? x= letter How to find the version of your Kaspersky Lab product (3) Please post an image of the KIS dialogue box? Thanks so much. Kaspersky free has limitations, if we know the software in use we are able to provide more accurate analysis, information and solutions.

So if I would have a program running, that has malicious files inside it's data folder, but those malicious files wouldn;'t be itself able to "escape" the program and cause any harm, would it still be detected by Quick scan? Because I had this game(Garry's mod) running and probably in one of the encypted(non-executable) files was some kind of adware or something that was detected by Kaspersky after that by using Quick scan. After deleting the game with all it's files the detection stopped. The weird thing is, that Kaspersky didn't have anything in the "Reports" or "Quarantine" and also full scans that happened like minutes before starting the game found nothing.

(4) Restart PC, login. (5) Download and install new Kaspersky installer. (6) Shutdown PC using full shutdown method: Start menu, select Power button, press and hold keyboard Shift key while clicking on Shut down, then release the Shift key to perform a full shutdown. (7) Restart PC, login. (8) Ensure Kaspersky application is active. (9) Activate PSR (10) Activate GSI-Windows logs (11) Manually update available Windows update, replicating KFA blocking Windows update - error 0x80070005 (12) Upload GSI/Windows logs & PSR to cloud, pm link. Quick scan, scans the following objects by default: Objects loaded at the startup of the operating system System memory Disk boot sectors Quick scan can also be configured, via Advanced Settings In Additional settings of Quick Scan window, you can specify Quick Scan settings for various file types and Quick Scan optimization settings, and select Quick Scan methods and technologies.
