Hello kenfromcanada, Thanks for posting back. Why have you chosen Don't Ask and Always Switch? My image may have mislead you, sorry, I showed the options for you to chose the setting you wished to have, as I don't know if you do or don't wish to use Tablet Mode "ever". If you never wish to use Tablet Mode, the settings should be: Tablet Mode OFF Don't ask & don't switch. Regarding the processes, it's important to verify the starting location of any process being queried. Diagnostics Tracking or DiagTracK (Windows) service, runs automatically, sends data to Microsoft. I disable DiagTracK, (imo) MS have more than enough (of my) data. SettingSyncHost.exe, must be C:\Windows\System32, Windows core system file, synchronises system settings, between devices WirelessKB850NotificationService.exe - must be C:\Windows\System32, MS Mouse & Keyboard software. Must be signed by MS. Regarding OneSyncSvc_5ff70 - Sync Host_5ff70, please post an image of this, including Properties. Thank you. -

Full file name, full path, full location, detection verdict. Post screenshot of Reports > Detailed reports > Detected objects. Main Kaspersky window > More Tools > Reports > upper right > Detailed reports > at the upper left, drop down from All Events to Detected objects. How to take and post screenshot: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/492 PrtSc (Print screen) key (upper right part of keyboard)> open Paint (Start > All programs > Accessories) > Edit > Paste, File > Save as (jpeg or png, Not bmp). For clarification: If “it’s” a new Chrome feature it’s out of scope for Kaspersky. The Log non-critical events, is not a scan, it is part of a trouble shooting procedure, suggested to @MDT, to assist them resolve the issue they were trying to resolve. Kaspersky’s documented advice: Scanning files in OneDrive cloud storage In Windows 10 RS3 or later, Kaspersky Internet Security does not scan files in OneDrive cloud storage. If the application detects such files during a scan, it shows a notification stating that the files in cloud storage were not scanned. The following components do not scan files in OneDrive cloud storage: Full Scan Selective Scan Quick Scan Background Scan The report on the operation of Kaspersky Internet Security contains a list of files in OneDrive cloud storage that were skipped during scan. Files downloaded from OneDrive cloud storage to a local computer are scanned by real-time protection components. If a file scan was postponed and the file has been uploaded back to OneDrive cloud storage before the scan is started, this file may be skipped during a scan. When running applications and scripts, the Application Control and System Watcher components download applications from the OneDrive cloud storage to the local computer to scan. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳 -

Sorry for a late reply. I had to be somewhere this morning. The Secure keyboard works and I tested the Print Screen feature and that works as well but.......... in my opinion this not really safe. I did read something about virtualization and if this is enabled in the BIOS and it is, you can see the possibility to block this in the safe money configuration and I don't. -

I gave device for keyboard repair but they used for some other purpose , they tuned off security cloud & i found chrome logged out and all browser settings changed, is there some software to trace what they did with the device by kaspersky or some other vendor? Is it possible to detect if someone has replaced original device parts with duplicate old hardware parts of the device or installed spyware on the device? Most shops here deny to repair in front of customer. -

Safe browser Chrome indicated that all extensions are still enabled, not just the KIS extension, this was not the case with the previous version 2019. I really wonder if it's safe to have those extensions enabled (chromebleed, malwarebytes and ublock) when using banksites. Separate configuration is not possible any more, it worked with KIS 2019. And the secure keyboard is still not working ! Same thing Windows 7 and windows 10(1903.18362.356). -

Un -huh, I’ve seen the main site many times. I already rent Kasper Total. I am NOT looking for more stuff to buy , I am looking for the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. After reading every word in the entirety of the link you provide, still has no “privacy Policy” nor a “Terms of Use”. Those I have managed to find after trudging through dozens of pages, also link to the front sale page. Some pages MAY have the policies, but are buried under the “ACCEPT AND CLOSE” cookie plopper. Shouldn’t we be permitted to read the policies BEFORE we “ACCEPT”? If it helps, the link you provided which I was permitted to extract is “https://www.kaspersky.com/web-privacy-policy”. As soon as I hit that page, the page redirects me to the main page (most all do this) - that being “https://www.kaspersky.ca/” I did manage to find one page that wasn’t covered up with the ACCEPT or leave option, but there was no policy of any kind on that page. ~h~ Thanks for the quick response though. -

Flood, Berny Problem solved 😉 , i decided to re-install KSC Free and voila , the comma are now at the right place giving me a number making way more sense, the last scan returned 1,616,919 yeah !!! The scan last 4hr 28 mn !!! Its a lot of files and I am surprised about that since other AV never returned that amount, not even close . But maybe this is why KSC is the best free AV available to home users ? 🤔 I have scheduled a full scan once a week is it too much ? I dont mind to work my hard drive intensively for 4hrs 30 a week but only if it is necessary . I have also scheduled a daily quick scan . anyway , merci beaucoup to you both for your support its really appreciated to have people like you in this community , have a great week !!! -

Thank you FLOOD for a quick answer of course all programs are licensed but I renewed KAV 2019 just a month ago. I was expecting to be on 2020 version but I stayed on 2019. How do I upgrade to KAV 2020? Would KAV20 work with the same license I received only a month ago? BTW, I would have believed you without the attachments -
Solved. It isn't a virus or whatever. It is a accessibility scan service which ought be used with a special keyboard. It got enabled, god knows how and why. It was marked as ON but in the service panel was OFF. I switched ON and OFF again and I got rid of it finally! I enabled "Show CPU usage" in the developer option and "com.limbika.ahud" was showing all the time. I googled it and found what the service was. Thanks a lot for your help!

Hello Miko, K won't be making GSI "more user friendly" at least not in our lifetimes. Please tell me what's complicated about GSI? I can help. Are you having trouble downloading the GSI tool? Are you having trouble running the GSI tool? Or, knowing which GSI options to select? or ? No problem if you don't wish to pusure GSI, however, can you please let us know: If you FULLY EXIT KIS, does/do the errors still happen? With KIS ACTIVE: can you try with another browser, e.g. Firefox, Vilvaldi, Brave, Opera - Same result? With KIS INACTIVE, can you try with another browser, e.g. Firefox, Vilvaldi, Brave, Opera - Same result? Wikipedia - same problem.... ? Can you please post several URLs that generate the errors please? And, re: using KIS WITH KSC, the error does not occur: Have you done: Disconnect from the internet, Turn off/exit network connection, in other words, if you have a wifi/adsl/cable conx, turn off the router. Press Windows + X Press “A” to launch Command Prompt with administrative privileges. Enter the following commands, one at a time & press ENTER after EACH command ipconfig /release ipconfig /all ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew netsh int ip set dns netsh winsock reset Reboot/Restart PC. Restart Router. Restart KIS. Then retest, without KSC. Please let us know? Thanks!
