Hi Potzki You can add whitelist the site by adding it to the exclusions of the encrypted connection scanning of kaspersky. To do so: Open Kaspersky > Settings > Additional Go to Network Scroll down and look for Manage Exclusions Click on "Add" then enter: www.live.com.au Click on "Add" again to save the settings. Once done, re-launch your Outlook and check if the issue is still there. Let us know of the result. Regards, -

EAC conflict with Kaspersky Antivirus, Notice says "untrusted system file" [Closed]

Posting this to let everyone know that EAC is now the problem and that this error is happening with other antivirusus and that their anticheat is causing their games to not load for many people period. I am one of these people and wish that there was a way to completely destroy all traces of EAC in my system besides hard deleting them but i cant so i will be stuck with this issue till they fix it. (uninstalled Kas. and tried to launch several games so this is how i know EAC is the issue + some redditors I will make a new edit when this is resolved) -

On the other hand, manually importing Kaspersky certficates, is only necessary under certain circumstances. Re: "theoretically, such a root certificate gives the owner the ability of MITM attack", are you suggesting Kaspersky would launch a MITM attack? :thinking: -

You can create a policy, as you said. Or you can try to upgrade you KES by inplace update. You can create installation pack of new KES and launch setup. It should install it succesfully. And with ne wversion and new policy you can change your password also. I have already tried this and installation fails with a fatal error. It does install over the current version without uninstalling it and because there is a password set it will not uninstall without password. -

Setting --> General section --> uncheck "Launch Kaspersky Internet Security at computer startup (recommended)" reboot pc Go to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP20.0\Bases\Cache folder. Setting Game Mode does not work as described.

I have set Kaspersky to Game Mode in order to prevent scans from happening while I am playing games in Full Screen Mode. I also have the scans Scheduled in the early mornings when I usually have my laptop turned on but I’m not usually playing. What I see happening very often is that the Quick Scan, Full Scan and Root Kit Scans are in progress after I shut down my games. It’s not that the games just quit and it started, I’ve seen the full scans at 80+% completed. Note that this doesn’t always cause problems with all of my games but it definitely does affect the performance on some of them. Why is this happening? Anyone else see this? -

Hi, Nikolay It’s done the upgrade, keyboard it’s come back to working but traking pad stop work. If i plug in a USB Mouse, it’s showing the pointer mouse. Thank you! -
Kaspersky Protection extension not functioning correctly [Closed]

Hi Flood, Sorry about delayed response! It is the crazy season! I hope you had a great Christmas! Thank you for you assistance. Things are back to normal now and I have the 30.147.100.0, extension with easy access to the on screen keyboard. How KPE 2016 got installed: I deleted the new KPE version before upgrading, when it installed automatically, completely out of the blue which left me with 2 KPE’s! If I had deleted the old version I would have been ok! After the upgrade to 2020 I did not have an extension at all so I searched the google webstore, but nothing legit came up, so I searched Kaspersky support. I found the link to the 2016 extension, not realizing it was the wrong one. When I realized it was wrong I continued searching for the most recent extension but could not find it. So I ended up here! Большое спасибо!! Скачаю чтобы всегда было! Подведу итоги, для устранения ошибки можно попробовать: Полностью удалить штатными средствами KES с хоста, перезапустить устройство, заново попробовать установить KES (помогло мне) Если не получается штатными средствами: Удалить через актуальный kavremover (https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/uninstall/1464),ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО перезагрузить ПК. После включения ПК, запустить установку (учёткой с админскими правами); (помогло 06aaa) Воспользоваться информацией со старого форума а именно - установить драйвера отдельно, инструкция ниже и ссылка ниже Инструкция: Please install klhk.sys_x64 driver manually. To do so please right-click at inf file and select install from context menu. After the driver is installed please launch installation once again. Please inform u about result. Thank you! Problem between KES 10.3.3.275 and Windows 1903 update

I have problem with 10 and 1903 update and KES 10.5 Agent - working, KES - dont. Update from KSC - fails. In my case: i uninstall KES by windows programs and features, reboot. Then launch task to install from KSC and KES 11 installed seccesfully. Try to full delete KES from your device, save agent. -

Thank you for quick reply! My devices and licenses are already connected and visible in the My Kaspersky portal. Assuming all the information i need is in my portal, my question is specifically do i need to “disconnect” my device and/or revoke my licenses before i format my pc and install a new operating system. So whilst the article you linked is relevant, i don’t believe it answers my question specifically. -

FLOOD Can I export rules or something...? I have upgraded 2019 -> 2020, not remove and reinstall, due to too much rules I have to set. Making things worse, applications are available for applying rules, but only after launch it once. I have frequent sign-out issue on Adobe apps so learned excluding each app again is not gonna well. -

Thanks for your quick response .I have the latest version of chrome ( 83.0.4103.97 ) and so far i have tried : In internet explorer works perfect ( maybe because the extension is not installed ) clearing the cache in chrome , no effect adding the exclusion , work better but after a couple of minutes starts to give the same signs . I haven't tried a full reset of chrome . -

I've tried these Q&A for days , but still get SSL failed problem , an ugly solution is : If I launch firefox@sandboxie in KART control panel ( click "Get Premium" button ) , then HTTPS connection works fine with KART + firefox + sandboxie .... But it's not usable for daily , I've downgrade to KART V2 temporary . I am going to wait a new option to STOP SSL scaning in KART V4 , if true then upgrade to KART V4, else stay in KART V2 ....
