  1. Hi @GalaxyAWAC , great news! 45min-1hr to “break the 1% silence” is okay. The product runs two streams as soon as you launch the scan: 1. calculates the total number of files in order to estimate the possible duration of the scan and show the correct % completion. 2. checks the files for viruses. Another good news is that first scan usually takes longer than subsequent scans, as the product uses iChecker/iSwift technologies to shorten the scan times. To put it simply, these technologies are there to shorten the scan time by skipping the objects that were not changed since the last scan.     Network Attack Detected - Port 3389

    For at least a month - I’ve been getting multiple brute force RDP attacks on port 3389. I have remote desktop setup for those times I am out of the office and cannot physically use this computer. I’m attacked from what looks like dozens of IP address. Is there anything I should do to minimize risk? I’m using Windows 10 Pro. The password to this computer is 32 random characters long. there is a PIN that I use every day that is much shorter. I assume that the PIN isn’t useable if you’re not physically in front of the computer using the attached keyboard - but I don’t know much about Windows 10 and how it should work. I have an old router, therefore my computer sits behind the router. I’m also using a VPN. Would a VPN make any difference? Or, have they simply found my actual IP address and getting in through that? My VPN IP address changes every day.

    Hello, Please check the system services “DNS Client” is started and enabled? Press Win + R keyboard buttom and type services.msc to go to system servies manager. Regards.
  6. [BUG] Broken GUI after launching a fullscreen app If I launch a game in fullscreen exclusive mode, at lower resolution than native the Kaspersky GUI is broken, and stuff is outside of the window… BTW also I am still looking for a Dark GUI
  7. A few days ago all keyboard input became blocked and mouse input does not work with Kaspersky enabled. Issue happens a few minutes after enabling Kaspersky. Have used Kaspersky for a number of years without issue, so thinking it must be in a recent update. Have tried a number of things but am unable to solve the issue. I now must use my computer unprotected , Has anyone found a workaround? Thanks
  8. Hello Berny, thanks for your reply. Yes I did 2x quick scans and a complete full scan, nothing was found, it reports clean. I am mostly worried about those trojans found: HEUR/AGEN.1139679 (C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WINLOGUI.EXE) Trojan.Multi.GenAutorunReg.a (System Memory) HEUR:Backdoor.Win64.Agent.gen (C:\Windows\System32\StartupCheckLibrary.dll)What are those related to? how it could get in my system without kaspersky warning, causing all these issues?

For the Reports issue, don’t worry about Quick & Root scans, the info won’t be there, look in: Web Anti-Virus Private browsing Anti-banner IF any of those Reports have events that match the “Webpage and Radio Buttons turn grey”, save (number 4 in our image) the Report as a text file, for example Web-Anti-Virus.txt, attach the Report to your reply please by selecting the paperclip📎 icon ❓ & post several URLs (not sites that require us to use a credit card to sign up to), we’ll test the issue?     Oh my goodness, all good questions yet based on what bomguard did, I didn’t see any of that being done when I allowed them to share my computer. The technicians in the initial chat via KTS did not suggest that, nor in their email responses. I have tried to access the KTS Report page and I can see the dates of “Quick” and “Root” Scans” but when I click to the i button there is a bottom window, but I am unable to see it. I have tried to shrink the image to get the details that you need and it just won’t let me. Perhaps, to save time I should do as you suggested and have the experts at head office take a look at it. I wish I was more tech savvy but I am not able to understand where to look for these things and what they mean. So sorry.
  11. Thanks for your quick reply. I’m running KPM V9.0.2.16299 (Premium version) on Windows 10 V21H1 (Build 19043.1110). When I first started using KPM a few days ago I was presented the create-or-merge dialog box every time I added an entry, but for some reason I don’t now, regardless of url. Haven’t found a url where I get the choice anymore. I played with auth scope some, but it doesn’t seem to affect it. Attached are two screenshots; one before adding a second entry, one showing the entries already merged. The create-or-merge dialog box never shows now. One other thing. When I first started entering websites and create-or-merge was being presented, the cards with multiple entries had an icon to the right of ‘Delete’ on the Menu. I can’t remember what the text was now, as none of my cards has that icon now.
  12. Hello, Our developers suggest to use Quick delete method (recommended), for big video or other big data files, because it is optimal method in this case. It is the "lightest" method of all, which are using in this tool. File shredder initially was developed for deleting of small size files(documents, photo). It deletes files by partition of file on many small files. Small documents of photos are deleting very quickly using this method, but video-file deleting can take over one hour. If HDD is fragmented or some application on PC(uTorrent, for ex.) is using active READ/WRITE processes, it can take much more of time. If the customer selects other multi-circles algorithms, the time of operation can also grow significantly. The developers have analyzed few cases with video-files deleting and will optimize the next version of tool in order to decrease the time of deleting of video and other files, which has huge size. Unfortunately, we do not have any terms of the next version implementation for now. Thank you.

  14. Thank you for the quick response! I thought of that too… no dice. Also disabled TLS 2.0 blocking and EV certificates options. No connection from those apps, pausing Kaspersky, they come back to life.
  15. Hello, I know this situation. I don’t know who remove the infected jpeg file, website administrator or a bad guy or a security solution. If it is a bad guy who temporarily offline a malicious object, wait for the security product to remove the alarm of banning the URL, and then re-launch the malicious object, the security product will ban the related URL again. This is also a problem. What can now ask KL is if the malicious object no longer exists, can the behavior of banning the URL be resolved ? I will ask our KL chinese virus analyst.   16. Hello @miguelbell20050801, Welcome! KAV needs to access the entire device, including internal storage. KAV cannot do that as the Android does not let it. Is KIS installed on the mobile phone?KIS Android, has Quick scan, Folder scan & Full scan - all done directly on the mobile device. The scan features are available in the Premium & Free version.     Spotify and Andoid Auto Don't Connect

    Greetings. Recently, I installed in my Samsung Galaxy A70 (with Android Version 11), Kaspersky Internet Security Premium, Version 11.70.4.5882. However, it has since prevented me to connect Spotify and Android Auto through Bluetooth. I never got any error messages on my cellular. As a result of this, I took a quick glance at about 270 articles in your Kaspersky Community Webpage, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution for it. I hope that through the Kaspersky Community, I can obtain an adequate resolution to this predicament. Thanks to all of you for your time and assistance.
  19. According to the info in the bug - the issue at this step at MS side. So the case is related to OS. As I understand when there will be news from MS - the fix should be included in the nearest patch for the product. Workaround is known: launch Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) - start explorer manually.

En verdad lo aprecio y ha servido de mucho! :D Le he estado dando un “test drive” estos dias y vengo a reportar resultados, para quien le sirva. KIS 21.3.10.391(d) MBAM Free v.4.4.2.123 ESTÁTUS: En MBAM: Licencia/Trial desactivado Startup desactivado Actualizaciones automáticas desactivadas No he puesto exclusionesEn KIS: Siguiendo lo que indica este enlace: Exclusiones para MBAM en Otros Antivirus - Página Oficial de MBAM , le he agregado exclusiones en el KIS hasta donde he podido, que no fue todo porque no encontré los drivers. O sea, mis exclusiones: No le agregué los web exclusions porque cuando corro MBAM, le he hecho Exit (NO Pausa) a todos los softwares de Kaspersky (KIS, VPN) y le desactivé las actualizaciones de fondo al MBAM, entonces no tiene por que conectarse a esos servidores mientras está funcionando KIS. Como a @JFNoda , me sale en Recomendaciones en KIS que desinstale MBAM, pero no me ha vuelto a salir la notificación popup de Windows. Lo he dejado ahí en Recomendaciones sin hacerle nada. OBSERVACIONES: Kaspersky Browser Extension en FireFox v. 89.0.2 - Se ve verde, se ve normal. A no ser que me esté engañando y algo que no se note no esté funcionando bien (no me he expuesto a propósito a un virus para probar), no veo nada diferente de lo normal. No he tenido fallas de internet. No he tenido pantalla azul (ojalá así siga todo) KIS Quick Scan y Full System Scan (deep settings) se tardan lo mismo en correr que con MBAM 4.3 (ese estaba sin exclusiones en ninguno de los 2 programas) No me ha pasado que no pueda interactuar con la interfaz de KIS, como le pasó a este usuario - Eso me pasó una vez cuando instalé MBAM la primera vez (v.4.3 hace varios meses) y con reiniciar el sistema (no Shut Down y volver a encender, sino Restart) se compuso y no ha vuelto a suceder. Tampoco me ha pasado desde la actualización a MBAM 4.4. Si noto cambio, regreso y reporto. Si da problemas, desinstalo el MBAM porque me quedo con KIS sí porque sí. Saludos y feliz fin de semana a todos!

  22. Hello @razorfancy, Kaspersky protection extension , in KSCF, offers Onscreen virtual keyboard only. Follow this process: Exit all browsers. Reset KSCF to default. Change Do not scan encrypted connections to enabled. Reports & quarantine → clear, take a screen-print & post back? Shutdown PC using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login. Make sure KSCF is active. Run the wicar tests & video the result, post back? Go to KSCF Reports:[a] Save the Web Anti-Virus Report, attach to your reply? Save the System audit Report, attach to your reply? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳 +🐋 So if it was the paid version of Kaspersky Security Cloud the Browser extension would have blocked the https sites even if the HTTPS traffic scan was off is that what you are telling me?
