  1. I’m having a completely different issue. Most of the webpages crashes while using Kaspersky… I tested with other AV But Kaspersky only hangs more.. Mostly YouTube have issues.. and sometimes my keyboard stops (maybe CPU usage..)????????????????

  3. Thanks for the reply! When you say “browser extension”, are you referring to the on-screen keyboard? I trust Kaspersky to detect keyloggers so I think anyone using it should be good.

    scanning exclusions [Solved][Closed]

    Hi saIamander, welcome to the new Kaspersky Community. Then, when in Exclusions you exclude a file/folder from the scan, it will be excluded from all scans (Quick, Full, Selective). We can try with this: in your Exclusions list edit your rule and uncheck "Scan" (in this way the files will be scanned, see the attached); open Kaspersky > Settings > Scan > Advanced Settings > Full Scan settings > Edit scan scope for Full Scan > Add... > choose your folder and click Select > uncheck the newly added folder to the list; repeat step 2. for Quick Scan.

    Safe Money Fails to Launch Browser

    For about a week now, when ever I try to use Safe Money, I receive a message that the browser has failed to launch. I have changed the default browser and I get the same message with each browser. I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. None of them will open. All of the browsers and Kapersky are running the most recent versions. I am running Windows10 home and version 21.2.16.59 (b) of Kapersky Internet Security. Any ideas? Thank you!

    Thank you for your replay Yes I have the latest nvidia driver installed (471.11) I have no idea if the software u provided is available for win10 or no there page shows linux support only it’s worth mentioning that when i go in graphics mode my keyboard and mouse still light up and num. lock light is still responsive is there is any thing that should be turned on ?? maybe something in my Motherboard or windows ? thank you in advance
  7. Hi, Kaspersky recently detected the SQLitecarve file as Trojan (VHO:Trojan.Win32.Convagent.gen), but Virustotal and Hybrid-Analysis did not recognize the same detection. Will it be a false positive?   8. Dear user, Thanks for your reply. Please check in Kaspersky Security Center, section policies: Kaspersky Security for Windows Server policy, Real-Time Server Protection. In Exploit Prevention, Please be sure the tab “Task Management” is set to “Start at application launch” and check box marked. In KSN Usage, check for tabs Service and KSN. Check all marks in that tab. Avoid mark Kaspersky Managed Protection (that is a service not included in license).
  9. This is a normal phenomenon. The input of the touchpad of the notebook computer is dependent on its driver. The Kaspersky Secure Keyboard relies on the driver of Kaspersky, but the driver of Kaspersky needs to hijack the input, which leads to your touchpad. The driver does not work.
  10. Hello @oldfool, Additional to @Mikhail Shakhov’s information, we have older devices where the touchpads & Kaspersky’s virtual keyboard work, but, not our newer devices. We formally logged the issue with Kaspersky, April 2020. Kaspersky appear to be managing the issue as a “suggestion” rather than a problem🤔 The last communication we had from Kaspersky: quote The compatibility with touchpads is reviewed in frames of 1793236.   11. when I try to use Kaspersky virtual keyboard the cursor cannot be seen when I move on to it. uninstalled Kaspersky rebooted and downloaded again from my Kaspersky but just the same. Have run full scan to no avail This is on a new HP Laptop running Windows 10

    KTS Blocking keyboard input

    I just tried the second option tech support gave me...it was not hard...will see if this works over next few weeks. #2: 1. Open Windows Registry Editor (Win + R > type Regedit > press Enter) and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class 2. Right-click the Class folder and click Find... 3. Type in klkbdflt and hit Enter. (copy and paste) 4. Windows Registry Editor will take you to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e96b-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} wherein you will be needing to check what's inside the UpperFilters record. 5. If there are two values like klkbdflt and kbdclass, you will have to remove klkbdflt and leave only kbdclass and also ensure that there are no spaces left. 6. Afterwards, to apply changes click OK and proceed to system restart. 7. Keyboard should get back to normal.

    @Anton Mefodys i can confirm this also. In my case i must unplug keyboard connector (USB) from PC and then insert back…. Now works… This needs FIX!

    SaLaDin, Yes...tech support gave me a whole procedure to try and fix this that would be very difficult and probably not work. When my keyboard goes out, I turn Kaspersky off and turn it right back on. My hope is that a future update fixes this. This happens about once a week at random times.

  18. Hi, I have the same problem and it always starts when using my online-banking. My keyboard is totally disabled and can only be activated after removing the battery. Is there any way to stop this, because doing online-banking without anti-virus is really a no-go for me! Thank you for your help! Greetings!
  19. Опция "Open On-Screen Keyboard by typing CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+P" в настройках отключена, но применить этот шорткат в других программах невозможно: он в них не срабатывает. Если выгрузить Касперского, то шорткат начинает работать. Можно ли как-то снять блокировку Касперским этого шортката, чтобы его можно было использовать в других программах?
