  3. Hello Guys, Just to make new update. Today i made a backup copy of all my personal files on my SSD partition that only olds my personal files. Then i put the windows boot usb on my PC usb and boot the machine from here. Remove all partitions and made new ones from Scratch. using windows bootable usb. I did new windows installation. then i installed all single windows update available for my machine. I also update the Microsoft Store and all the apps that comes with Windows in Microsoft Store. I run a SFC command again, clean all temp files, did a system backup image with bootable Acronis true image for WD. In my Kaspersky i went there remove the old equipment from there, i also remove my current subscription. One thing that did changed on my Kaspersky profile previously if i went on downloads section i saw two diferent versions of free software on of Kaspersky Security Cloud and another for the new version of Kaspersky Free 2023 but after remove my subscription i only saw the Kaspersky Security Cloud available to download. I went on the Kaspersky Global Website downloaded Kaspersky Free 2023 for European Countries. I installed this piece of software. I have one Question I am Portuguese Living in Portugal my Windows 10 Pro Version 19045 is in Portuguese, my keyboard layout is in Portuguese. Why the language of Kaspersky Free 2023 interface is in English i read on the global website that the software was also works in Portuguese. So, i don't understand. After sometime of Microsoft Edge Open Kaspersky showed a pop-up message asking me to install the extension Kaspersky protection which i did allow all permissions. Restart my computer and tried latter. Let me tell you another thing i disabled hardware virtualization because my PC doesn't support. Today i noticed another change. In the field of operating System before was written Enterprise edition kind of that, but now is Written "Microsoft Windows 10 Professional x64 Build 19045" it matches exactly with the version i have installed on my PC. Still the problem persists i already test it even in translator if i want to put an accent on a word i can't. Or else if i push two or three times in sequence on the key with accent the OSK shows that error message. I am Stuck i don't know what can i do more to fix that. By the way i am using Microsoft Edge version 112.0.1722.58 (64bits). Please help me ASAP. Because i want to install every piece of software that i usually use on my PC. Thanks in Advance.   5. Hello @templar, there is a slightly older answer to your question from @Igor Kurzin. According to it, a rootkit scan also takes place during the quick scan and the full scan. I think nothing has changed.

  7. Reporting back here Tested csgo with both KIS 21.1 and 21.2 versions they are both blocked. Then i opened ticket with steam support this is what they said. I dont know how to stop Kaspersky interfering with CSGO. I dont want to exit KIS when im playing a game. Is there any solution to this?   8. I recently purchased Kaspersky VPN (yesterday, actually). Previously, I used Clear VPN. I'm having problems using TORRENT and VPN. Calling support, case INC000015065852, they informed that it is not possible to use Kaspersky VPN with any Torrent program. And not even opened a case, which I required after this quick answer. Hi forum is it normal that when I use my windows 11 laptop with i5-10210u CPU, and Kaspersky lab launcher use 11% of the total CPU when I launch any Microsoft office apps or any adobe apps, but also any game my laptop can handle and when I just use my browser it use 6% of total CPU usage and the ran on the new 22.9 version is a bit higher then on Kaspersky free 22.3 version what is the thing that make Kaspersky free 22.9 use so much CPU and RAM then your older 22.3 version
  10. Hello, Something new as appeared with the last update of Kaspersky. I had never any issue with it, I was very happy, but until recently, Kaspersky window opens up without notice on my desktop for no apparent reasons. I tried to deactivated all notifications etc, through Kasperky app and windows, but it still opens up obstructing my desktop, which is fairly annoying. it usually happens after launch like 10-15 minutes after booting the PC. The new UI/UX of Kaspersky is less clear than the one before, and I can't find that option to let Kasperky running in the background without showing up. I'm strating to think to change to another antivirus if I can't solve this issue. Does anyone have a solution to that? Thank you.
  11. Hello everyone, when Kaspersky Internet Security is running, I am unable to launch ROBLOX, as it always returns an unknown error (which does not pop-up when I terminate Kaspersky). I've already added the website + their sub-domains to the exception list, however it did not change anything. The website itself works fine, however the app aka game won't start up. Information regards software: MacOS Ventura 13.2 Kaspersky Internet Security 21.1.0.150f.g Image translates to: An error occurred in the authentication. Please try again.

Now I did a Downgrade to the Kaspersky Security Cloud Free Version: 21.3.10.391 (j). Is it possible to stop automatic Updates not for the virus databases but for the software version itself? Because look if i get a problem with the newest antivirus free from Kaspersky i want to be able to keep the previous version until i find it's safe to upgrade to the newest version you Know! E em propriedades de 3rd Gen Core processor DRAM...não há como atuaizar o driver pois só existe acesso a Detalhes do Driver.   21. @jf grasset Concerning the blocked IP address please launch CMD as Admin and run command “ipconfig /renew”. I am currently on Clouflare DNS (8.8.8.8) but I don’t think this is the fix for your issue. Your next option is Kaspersky Technical Support, the link is available at the top of this webpage ?
  22. hi there KL teams, As we already have the "Pause Protection" menu item, I'd really appreciate a "Pause Notifications" button as well. Thus completely silencing the app for a given amount of time (1h/2h/4h/1day).. It is a bit annoying when a popup show's up in a middle of an online meeting while you present something... Also there are some screen notifications from features like "Secure Keyboard Input" which, if possible, I'd like to "discrete". Let me know, Cheers, m.
  23. I’m new to Kaspersky (Internet Security 2020) and have a couple of questions. Entering passwords securely. So, when I’m in the secured browser (Firefox in my case), and click in a password field, it says “Secure keyboard input is enabled”. Now, I can input my password in a variety of ways, using my laptop keyboard, using the Kaspersky onscreen keyboard, using the Windows onscreen keyboard, and even copy and pasting a password into the password field. Are all these input methods protected? I use a track pad on my laptop (no mouse), and with every other application I’ve ever seen, a tap on the track pad is interpreted as a mouse click. However this doesn’t seem to work with the Kaspersky onscreen keyboard. Is there some setting I don’t have set correctly? Thanks
  24. I've re-installed & deleted vmware programs. Then I've clicked on reset network settings which made the computer unable to connect to the internet. Then I've reset the pc keeping personal files which re-installed all the drivers etc. Then I did a quick windows update search and re-installed the Kaspersky problem and that solved the issue. No longer there. Thanks for your attention.
