Click the Settings ⚙️icon in the lower part of the main window >>the Settings window opens. Go to Security → Secure Data Input. Select the Use hardware virtualization if available check box. This check box is displayed when the application is installed on a 64-bit version of Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Select the Use advanced features of hardware virtualization check box if you want to turn hardware virtualization on when the operating system starts. ?If hardware virtualization is disabled on your computer, protection using hardware virtualization will be disabled. For On Screen Keyboard, go to the Privacy settings section → Secure Data Input settings → Secure Keyboard Input block, Moderator @Berny has posted an image in his reply above & help documentation: How to configure the display of the On-Screen Keyboard icon. But it is not clear how to add PLC projects into the task settings in the KSC Console. Before PLC Project Integrity Check task setting the PLC Project Investigation task should be successfully executed. Step-by-step guide Go to the KICS4Nodes policy -> Properties -> Logs and Notifications -> Interaction with Administration Server | Settings. Enable Versions of PLC projects option (disabled by default). Lock the padlock. Save and apply the policy. (Data of investigated PLC projects will be transferred to the KCS as Network lists). Go to the Properties of the target host, which will have PLC project checker role. Go to Tasks section-> Select "PLC Project Integrity Check" task -> Properties -> Settings section Click the ADD button -> You will see the list of PLC projects, which were collected by the PLC Project Investigation task. Check the projects that you want to check. Add them to the list. Enable checkbox of the PLC configurations. Apply task properties. Run the task. PLC Project Integrity Check task does not start automatically after the application reboot. You should set the schedule in the task properties. We recommend to run task by schedule at the application launch.

I think the launch was on October 31. My Premium will be one of the first installations to receive the upgrade or patches. And Tuesday was the day.

I think it might related to display resolution, as it works fine on my sons computer, which is set at 1440. My computer is 2160 and the "i" key does not register at all. I boot use Ctrl-Alt-Shift-P to load, to close I have from the taskbar as the "X" does not register on the keyboard. As a work around I use the Microsoft Virtual Keyboard, which works but seems to cause the mouse to lag for a few seconds

Hi, If by icons you mean main screen widgets, then yes, I can rearrange them up or down. Quick switch, is that the switch that turns off child's device? If I swipe the main screen down, I have three icons at the top that say "We are changing", "Contribute to the next u..." and "Personalize main screen". The "we are changing" bit promises the quick switch, but I haven't found it anywhere in the app. Anyway, the app still block the child's device even though the child hasn't reached the allowed use time limit. Hello! I wanted to write in as I am having similar issues and cannot get the On-Screen keyboard to not show up. I'm running Kaspersky Premium 23.0.0.179 on Ventura 13.2 with Firefox, and even though I have unchecked the "Show onscreen keyboard" setting, it still pops up. It's also strange that my issue doesn't always pop up with passwords either, but what appears to be "sensitive information." Please see screenshot of the page I've been able to replicate. One thing I'd like to note: When I click on Preferences within the Firefox extension, nothing happens. I've looked through the suggestions here, but my UI is a bit different and I'm wondering if I'm missing a setting. Thanks for the help!

It's not a KL related issue, although there is a possible solution to fix it. On the problem host launch cmd.exe with administrative privileges Run klcryptstgclean.exe: klcryptstgclean -tl 4 -tf $klcryptstgclean_trace.txt -l klcryptstgclean.log Try to install NAgent. If it doesn't help, perform actions from the Cryptostorage-1.docx file. If installation fails again, send to Kaspersky Support the following files: "$klcryptstgclean_trace.txt", "klcryptstgclean.log", new GSI with klnagent installation logs. It is not KSC and klnagent related issue. It is OS related issue. If workaround doesn't help, try sfc /scannow command, OS restore, OS reinstallation or contact MS support.

My desktop started refreshing every 5-7minutes after I bought photoshop I think? I didn't give much attention to it. After about 3 hours or so I closed my pc after doing a quick and full scan, scans got nothing. After one hour I opened my PC again and kaspersky VPN was failing to be opened with no explanation, I closed it from task manager and tried reopen it but no luck. Then I restarted my PC and all my files were reorganized, all next to each other on the top left corner.

RDP connection invoked via KSC console uses hostname to connect to a host - mstsc.exe is invoked with /v hostname parameter. Edit command line used to invoke mstsc.exe with ip address parameter instead of the hostname: Open Custom tools → Configure custom tools Select Remote Desktop, click Modify Edit Command line text box, it should contain <host_ip> instead of <A>: /v:<host_ip>:<P> /f Disable Create tunnel for TCP port specified below checkbox Administration Console will now launch mstsc.exe with ip address as argument.

Thank you. Just a quick update. I managed to run full scans on both computers today, reports came clean. Didn't have time to reset the router password and onward but I logged in to remove the unknown device, expecting to see it back in a couple of hours. To my surprise, it did't happen. I checked security reports, noticed three additional attempts to connect to my account but failed to add. It has been 10 hours no new devices were added to my account. Since I am busy preparing for Christmas I might as well just observe for the next few days before I take the next step. If all goes well I won't be back until after Christmas. It's not about my Operation System I guess. 2- Yeah I don't want to switch my Anti-Virus Product provider. I know that Kaspersky is the best and I'm an user of Kaspersky since 2008. 3- Today I renewed it. I still have around 364 days.

The latest Edge Chromium version is 88.0.705.56 (Official build) (64-bit), have you checked Edge Chromium for updates? Please check the Kaspersky Protection extension version? When you're using Edge Chromium, any specific sites, where the Keyboard input is not working → may we have a few site names/links to test? Do all Windows updates have a Successfully applied status → in Windows Search bar type View up → select View Update history? Is Anti-banner & Private browsing enabled on the sites when the “Kaspersky disabling the keyboard input” is happening? If “Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages” is switched OFF, does the Keyboard input problem persist? If “Do not scan encrypted connections”, is switched ON, does the Keyboard input problem persist? Does the Keyboard input problem persist if Windows or Kaspersky virtual keyboards are used? Hello @arpa, Welcome! Kaspersky’s On-screen/virtual keyboard cannot be disabled, there is no option available in the software to disable the OSKB. This has been confirmed with Kaspersky Technical Support agent & Kaspersky Technical Support Supervisor. Why is OSKB “popping up”? Have specific hot keys been configured? Re: “close my browser if I can get my cursor off the keyboard, or I have to carefully move the KB out of the way to keep working”, does the X → circled red, image 3, not work? Please let us know? C. Additional @hugop, When the issue happens with the Kaspersky app, Virtual Keyboard, the bank site & Firefox, are you signed into your Firefox account? In Firefox, how is Control media via keyboard, headset, or virtual interface configured? Does "cannot input data into this field using OSK" happen on any other website or is the error only on the santander.pt site? Recreate the error, rightclick on the error. Select Inspect. Select Console Tab. Select Save all messages to file. Select Save -> to save the console export file. Upload the text file to any Cloud service of your choice & post the share link please? Thank you?
