В зависимости от настроек АВ, сработает либо веб-защита (когда включена проверка защищенных соединений и браузер поддерживается), либо после загрузки файл будет детектироваться файловым антивирусом (из-за оптимизации проверок, возможно, потребуется открыть папку с файлом и подождать или просто попробовать просканировать файл через контекстное меню). Префикс UDS (Urgent Detection System) в детекте как раз говорит о том, что срабатывает облачная защита. На всякий случай еще раз: ссылки и файлы на сайте не являются вредоносными и предназначены для проверки работоспособности компонентов защиты.

Hello Berny, In the past i tested this version you suggested me to download but i had some problems with onscreen keyboard, and the issue was i can't put some accents on some fields from my Home Banking! My last name as an accent and my user name needs this accent to work. I asked some help in the topic bellow. "My onscreen keyboard doesn't work on my bank site i can't fill the user and password using onscreen keyboard." And the conclusion was i had to get back to previous version Kaspersky security cloud free because there was no European version available at that time! This is just a REAL shame to broke user's PC like that , never seen this before !!!!!! the up^date of 23/08/2023 just broke my entire computer : no mouse, no keyboard ... and system in hibernate mode !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It looks good🙂 the max protection is that you type in a password input box via K‘s virtual keyboard in safe-money protected broswer. the password input box should be automaticly indentified by K and you will be suggested to use the virtual keyboard. a small lock icon will be displayed beside the input box.

What is the full Windows 10 OS & Build, in Windows Search - type WINVER - post back the results from the winver app please? Run a Database update - allow it to complete. Shutdown the PC using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power on by pressing the power button, login, make sure Kaspersky is running & recheck System Audit for: Safe Browsing? Mail Anti-Virus? Firewall, Error? I just updated my pc and can't run Armory Crate or install AsusAI suite due to no AsIO3.sys file installed. Armory crate installs but doesn't launch. AISuite won't install at all. I tried reinstall it but didnt work. I think its caused by KIS. Most likely, the KIS detects this file as a threat. Any solutions for this or is it just need to be update? Win 11 23H2

I got my new Samsung s24 today, transferred all my apps, everything is going great and i can even login into Kaspersky. But then it asks me to login again to use the password manager and it says that my main password is incorrect, but it isn't. I've tried deleting the app on my phone and reinstalling but nothing seems to work, i've been looking online for a solution but don't really see anything helpful. I also checked on Kaspersky's site, there is a section where it asks me to enter my main password and what i'm entering there is accepted but it's not "correct" when i try on the app so i'm at a loss. Am i missing something obvious? Edit: Yes, i did miss something obvious. The keyboard layout is slightly different so i was typing the password incorrectly by a single character, don't mind me i'm smart.

I never run Full Scans in my system, that's so crazy at best, and in a new system with all new files it may take hours... I run Quick Scans adding in the scope the folders: And with these tweaked settings: Security Level -> Extreme And enabling these settings: In Full Scan settings, you may enable this settings, to run it faster the later scannings: Just because progress remains at 1% for a long time does not mean that it has stopped or frozen there, that % may eventually be updated

thank you for the quick response but sorry i think i might have incorrectly descibed about the issue i can launch steam or epic games but it doesn't have an internet connection. it says it cant reach the servers but after disabling it it can. the website of steam do work fine just the app doesn't so it doesn't let me launch games either

If antivirus is not included in av comparatives test that means company of anitivirus dont want test it because they know that it is in poor shape (means bad protection, or mabye bad performance, many false positives etc).. I really dont want mentione a company bud i remember one german company was verry popular 20 years back... But now is missing in tests (still exists company but in tests is missing) why? Read above... As we wrote every antivirus have a special part (kaspersky have great detection behavioral, ksn cloud, Quick detection, anti ransomware detection etc)

First I can't get my screen to print. If it makes sense to you I have an ASUS keyboard and a dell computer. I have tried the print scr and the alt and F7 key nothing. Windows: 22H OS BUILD 19045.4046 Chrome: 122.0.6261.95 official build 64bit As far as Kaspersky I can't get anything on that. I right click it only shows pin to start, more, history, settings, data base, tools and scan. Run error Failed to run Protected Browser. Reason: Process was stopped. I can only run safe money in firefox. Chrome and microsoft edge can't do.

I noticed my computer has been very very slow and every now and again i get messages from kaspersky saying "previous application launch failed" i have optimized my computer and run a full scan on my computer the other day and nothing comes up as wrong, also when i try to play Fortnite the game lags incredibly bad, it is when i sign out of that game do i usually see the "previous application launch failed".

Reinstall your keyboard driver - If any.. If your keyboard driver has developed a fault, your keyboard may stop working. Been using kaspersky total for a while along with the kaspersky protection extension on chrome. But notice i get lag a lot on youtube via chrome and sometimes web browsing lags a lot. Thing is first time i had tons of issues with kaspersky total settings where i had to change a few such as turning off that on on screen keyboard and that annoying message of would you like to use a protected safe browser or something like that when on amazon or best buy... thus i know it was to protect you but i didn't want that. Also recall my keyboard... didn't work several times ... use a laptop with external keyboard ... and then i remember i did some change in the settings to get rid of it. Anyone know what exact setting that is? i want to turn off kaspersky total temporary and possibly remove kaspersky protection extension on chrome... and i just use the free windows defender in windows and possibly ublock origin to see... if it is indeed kaspersky total causing all these lag issues on chrome and on my computer as well. Was told i could disable kaspersky total temporarily... but even if i do that... it still shows two programs kaspersky anti virus and kaspersky lab launcher... both 32 bit. Thing is i have windows ten pro 64 bit so shouldn't that be also 64 bit? Also would i need to turn off both background processes to see if its indeed kaspersky total that is causing chrome to lag and also my laptop? Read somewhere you have to turn off both kaspersky programs at startup and restart it? if so, how to do that and is it necessary? But would it be better idea to just uninstall kaspersky total and the kaspersky protection extension on chrome and just use windows defender and ublock origin on chrome and see... if kaspersky total is the culprit for all these chrome lag issues? But if i were to then reinstall kaspersky it will have all the original settings right after installing it again? Then i would need to go to the settings and manually change all of it to the way it is now? So should i go to every setting on kaspersky total and take a screenshot of every single settings there is... then when i install it again... i just look at all the pictures to make sure its the exact same settings? My concern is when i install it again, the keyboard might not work and i have to make sure i find the setting that fixes this? Thoughts on what i should do here? Because even if i temporarily disable kaspersky total... well the program is stlll on my laptop... so its not the same as uninstalling it completely right? Also should background scan settings be always off? Always have that on. But that need to be on to give you real time protection or not?

Using Kaspersky Free, 2.1.85.452(b), Firefox Version 108.0.1, Kaspersky virtual keyboard was fully functional in all fields on https://www.particulares.santander.pt/pagina/indice/0,,276_1_2,00.html; we cannot replicate the issue: A. Which Windows OS & build, refer: How to find the version of your operating system? Does the issue repeat in Chrome & Edge? Does the issue repeat with Windows Virtual Keyboard? Does the issue repeat if any browser, FF, Edge, Chrome, are run in Incognito or Private mode? Which extensions (other than Kaspersky) are installed in the Firefox browser please? B. Please do the following: Open the Kaspersky app, select the Settings⚙icon, in the lower left corner of the app. Select Manage settings. Select Export. The Save window opens. Specify a name for the configuration file and select Save. The Kaspersky application settings are now saved in the configuration file. Return to Manage settings. Select Restore to run the Restore Wizard, allow the process to complete. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on the computer by pressing the power button, login. Make sure Kaspersky Free is running, do not import the original configuration Kaspersky settings at this stage, start Firefox, go to santander.pt & recheck the issue with the virtual keyboard? Thanks for reply. I knew that because when I turned off Kaspersky , VPN software launch smoothly and fast. I've contact with VPN support time and they told me that's because of Kaspersky. For that I did change settings.

More detailed scenario: I don't want anyone to have permission to run any EXE files from the D:\Download folder and its subfolders. Otherwise, they can copy, cut, create, delete freely. This is my real goal! In the absence of an execute permission, I denied all read permission on the folder, regardless of the level of trust. This certainly blocks execution, and doesn't interfere with copying files. It only bothers me that the rule actually applies every time someone accesses the file list of the folder in question. My ultimate goal is to restrict the execution of any executable (exe, msi, bat, ps1, com) on the entire D disk. And only allow it to run on a certain folder on disk D. But I consider that the launch of the event by simply listing the files in a folder is so bulky, I think that by putting the whole disk, it could be chaos, perhaps a high consumption of CPU and RAM resources. An anticipatory speculation on my part.

Hello @Stan_natS, how did you create the screenshot? The function using the 'PrtScr' key is permitted. This means that someone is sitting at your computer and operating the keyboard. Only the creation of a screenshot that is triggered by software should be prevented.
